I stayed in September which is out of the ski season so didn’t get the experience of it being a spa hotel as I was the only guest and had to ask to use the jacuzzi and other facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating though. In season when the hotel is full it’s probably a very different experience. Hotel room is a little dated but clean, breakfast was very good. It Is a good location being midway between the old town and the top of town where the gondola is.

The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.
