Beautiful view of the bridge and ocean. Clean hotel. Kind staff. Swimming pool was very slippery so I slipped and hit my head on the rail. Luckily I didn’t have any serious injuries, but I think the management should do something about this because elderly or children could have serious accidents. Only one pool was open (for very short hours) when we visited in March, so I felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. Breakfast buffet was so-so.

2度目の滞在でしたが、サービスレベル、ホテル内の設備、レストランなど、やはり何も不満を感じない素晴らしいホテルです。特にサンセットタイムは最高。あえて言うなら、部屋のアメニティが少し物足りないことと、フィットネスルームのマシンが少ないことくらいなので、もしまた行くとすれば、もちろんヒルトンが、隣に来春オープンする系列のCanopyにします。

設備も新しく、部屋も綺麗でした。伊良部島を見渡せるオーシャンビューは絶景で記憶に残っております。朝食も1度行きましたが、無難に美味しかったです。カードキーもウッド調で可愛かったです。持ち帰りたかったです。エアコンの音もほぼせず、音に敏感な私も快適な睡眠を得られました。バスタオルを追加で借りようとしたら500円とのこと。そこはどこのビジネスホテルでも無料で貸してくれるでしょう、、と思いました。とにかく廊下が長いので、角部屋でよかったのですが、水を汲む場所が遠いなと思いました。同様にエレベータも。また、コインラインドリーはもっと増やすべきだと思います。ビジネスホテル同様の6台程度。これでは少なすぎます。待っている方が多くいました。諦めた方も多いでしょう。何か対策をされた方が満足度が上がると思います。ホテルとしては、とてもよかったため、そういった難点が目立ってしまいましたが、基本的に再訪したいです。ちなみに、大人2名で利用させていただきました。

出来たてなのでとても綺麗。ラグジュアリーな様でそうでもなくカジュアル寄り。空港やショッピングモールでもよくいるヒルトンオーナーを誘うカウンターがフロントにあって通るたびに誘われるのが鬱陶しい。スタッフの応対は良かった。ラウンジが利用できる部屋じゃないなら冷蔵庫には何も入ってないので不便。ランドリーが圧倒的に少ない。ビーチベットが高い。

Right at the sunset beach. The hotel is well maintain and lots of water activities offered. You might want to reconsider if you are planning to stay the winter time as the outdoor pool will not be opening. The breakfast is amazing.

객실이 매우 깨끗하고 메이드가 친절했어요. 매일 청소 및 비품 챙겨주셨어요. 조식이 가지수는 적지민 매우 만족했어요. 늦은시간까지 먹을수 있어서 매일 조식신청하기 잘 한것 같아요. 2월 중순이라 비수기여서 실외품은 1곳만 운영했지만 너무 즐겁게 잘 놀았습니다. 따뜻한 온수가 나와서 좋았어요. 키즈클럽이 유료로 운영되는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 프로그램이 디양했더리면 아이가 잘 이용했을것 같아요.

初めて宮古島に旅行に行きました。こちらは空港からもアクセスがよいので少しお高めですが利用させていただきました。宿泊のお部屋は7階のオーシャンヴュー。チェックイン時に伊良部大橋が見える側のオーシャンヴューに変更可能との事で追加料金は必要でしたがお部屋を変更していただけました。同じオーシャンヴューでも伊良部大橋がしっかり見えるお部屋があるのを知らなかったので提案していただいて良かったです。7階のラウンジからも伊良部大橋を眺めながら飲み物や軽食などいただけたり、朝食もそちらでいただくことができ、時間を有効に使えたので滞在中は有意義に過ごすことができました。水周りも清潔でしたしスタッフの方も親切にしてくださいますので居心地が良かったです。

チェックインの際、ホスピタリティの視点からかもしれないけど無駄な挨拶と話が多い。お陰でチェックインカウンターは長蛇の列。おまけに対応するデスクは３つだけでチェックインするのに30分かかりました。ホテルは新しい開発エリアにあり繁華街から離れているのにホテル内にはコンビニ的なショップはなく車で街まで行くハメに…。極め付けはディナーでアレルギーについて詳しく聞いてきたにも関わらず、アレルギー食品が盛られてきた。人手不足な中でオープンした背景があると思うが、スタッフのトレーニング不足を肌で感じることがしばしばありました。国内や世界各地のヒルトンホテルブランドの中では最も残念なレベルでした。

Beautiful new property with 2 flaws: check-in—-no one checks in til after 3 even when half the property is vacant. The front desk takes your name and after 3 they start calling you up one party by one party. The lobby is fullll some people having arrived since 10 am flight; like us!. We’ve never seen this before. The breakfast buffet—-they tell you at check-in the breakfast line is a problem —-very busy and they’ve extended their eating time til after noon so we could breakfast in the afternoon if we wanted. There’s posters everywhere showing red and orange crowds/lines all morning. We went down at 730, 900 and finally 930 for the line. There’s seating outside they don’t use. They need to create another space—-maybe the 8th floor bar/deck could be a spot. My husband wanted to just go get a 7-eleven sandwich instead of waiting so long for the breakfast we already paid for at the Hilton. Hotel is lovely tho—-perhaps just need to work out the kinks of a new property.

First time visiting Miyako Island and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The hotel staff were exceptional! Extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent and staff in both restaurants were great. I was there for two weeks, and the shift supervisor was very concerned that I would get tired of the menu and offered several times to prepare something different for me. I speak zero Japanese, but the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and spoke to me in English as much as possible. Not expected from me by any means. One of the best places I have stayed. View from my room will be hard to best in any part of the world. Thanks Hilton Miyako!

ロケーションは最高、新しくて滞在していて超快適。スタッフのサービスはさすがヒルトンという感じ。レストランも良く、特に朝食ビュッフェの内容は素晴らしい👍。現在お隣が同じヒルトン系のホテルの建設中で、そこだけが景色的にはマイナスも、静かだし問題は何もなかった。
