All Facilities were not open and will take some time since property is new. 11th floor barbeque is non operational. Nothing for children (entertainment). Overall very good property, professional staff and good service.

Room assigned was next to 3 elevators. Because of the building being new, there are still some issues; such as emergency lighting turning on during the night, the safe have low battery, phones do not work properly, and the hand shower device can not be transferred to the regular shower head. I thank Mr. Rahul Chauhan for assigning me a room that was functional.

It was nightmare. The check in was one of the worst. Also someone decided to repair the lock of room next to mine in the middle of the night with drilling and hammering. I was not warned or offered another room unless I had to come out and make it clear that I mean business and will not accept the torture in silence. The new room was finally given at 1 AM. Sleep ruined tii rally.

This is the first time I’ve bothered to leave a hotel review, I’ve stayed at a few Holiday Inn Hotels around the world and always found them to be great value, with friendly staff to cater all your needs. The reason I’m leaving this review is that I was staying in Lucknow for the cricket World Cup match and because I’d been travelling around I got the tickets couriered to the hotel before my arrival, the tickets were waiting for me when I checked in, which might seem an easy task, however none of the other hotels that I’d stayed in prior to the Holiday Inn Lucknow managed to deal with this request as efficiently. Also, I had flown from Mumbai to Lucknow and when I landed none of my checked in luggage had arrived. The front desk manager at the hotel handled all the communications to Mumbai airport and my luggage arrived at the hotel the next day after he’d arranged for it to be on the next flight. Once again thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making my stay seamless.

The house keeping did not replenish tea bags and sugar free. At the time of checkout, a simple F&B bill was to be paid. After payment the print took some extra time, which is a very unusual thing to happen.
