1 Br Private Victorian Apt in Convenient City Location on Half Acre Sleeps 4

Historic property, beautifully furnished with lots of nice touches. Very friendly and helpful host, who also made great dinner recommendations. Highly recommend.

Parking was easy, but the apartment was quite dirty. The location was in a reasonable driving distance from lots of activities, but the area itself did not feel safe enough to walk around with a small child.

Very clean and host was very attentive.

Our space was dusty and the floors were really dirty. They desperately needed vacuuming. We left for the day and came back to find a window open in the living room (I'm assuming the host let himself into the space without our knowledge...which left us feeling rather uncomfortable) We didn’t think we had to arrive on our first night at any particular time, we hit traffic called our host a half hour out as he requested, we were almost an hour behind schedule and he said he would consider us a "No Show" if we weren't there in thirty minutes.

The host was gracious and the apartment had everything I could want to feel comfortable. The location was very convenient to the colleges and in a gorgeous neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back again.
