Un hotel muy cómodo, camas nuevas, baño es pequeño al igual que el gimnasio. Pero la alberca está muy muy fría. Las personas muy amables y rápidas en lo que se solicitó. Lo recomiendo.

The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal. There are convenience stores closeby. The pool has a nice small pool area which I liked. I had a very good time while I was here.

For the price and location this is a good deal. Right next to the biggest grocery store in the Yucatan, it's great for workers with long term projects in Merida. That said, THERE ARE NO AMENITIES IN YOUR ROOM. Not even coffee in the lobby or ice machine anywhere on the property. If you don't BYO you'll have to buy the plates, glasses, pan and cutlery we bought at the desk for 300 pesos, as well as water and a coffee maker if you drink it as much as I do. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet, wifi was good, stove, fridge and sink were new and there was plenty of hot water. The ONE WEIRD THING is the towels and floor ALWAYS felt wet, as if the AC unit were raining on the floor, and the towels didn't even dry when we placed them on the builtin heating unit. The linoleum floor also felt wet ALL THE TIME, probably a manufacturing defect. Other than those minor quibbles, it was a good deal in a prime location nearest a lot of Merida attractions, especially the convention center. Will come again.

Muy agradable. Sin embargo el clima tuvo fuga de agua al final y aunque estoy acostumbrado al ruido del clima este en ocasiones fue muy ruidoso y llegaba a despertarme por lo demas esra bien el servicio

Mala atención; descortesía en general. La habitación que me entregaron estaba muy sucia, me lo tuvieron que cambiar. Después, me dijeron que no había quien hiciera la limpieza de la habitación, a pesar de que me quede tres días. Mal servicio; se confundieron con la factura, el internet muy malo y el guardia de seguridad grosero y desatento.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help, offered to show us the room type we booked before we checked in, we adjusted our reservation to 2 rooms for the 4 of us. Always with a smile and even helped us order some food when our apps weren't working. Would stay here again.

Llegamos 11am y no nos permitieron el acceso ni a las instalaciones ni mucho menos a la habitación, aunque consultamos por el “early check in” no lo manejan y el hotel incluso parecía vacío, ya que no había tanto auto estacionado. Veníamos manejando por horas y les importó poco, pésima la atención y empatía de este lugar, no es el mismo concepto de un hotel tradicional.

Llegamos 11am y no nos permitieron el acceso ni a las instalaciones ni mucho menos a la habitación, aunque consultamos por el “early check in” no lo manejan y el hotel incluso parecía vacío, ya que no había tanto auto estacionado. Veníamos manejando por horas y les importó poco, pésima la atención y empatía de este lugar, no es el mismo concepto de un hotel tradicional.

Me dieron una habitación sencilla con una cama matrimonial cuando yo tenía una suite con 2 camas matrimoniales, cuando hice la reserva justo eso quería y aunque costaba más caro no me importó y aún así me cambiaron de cuarto pero el precio me lo dejaron igual no hubo ajuste ni por el inconveniente ni por el cambio de cuarto a uno inferior, en recepción dijeron que expedía había hecho el cambio y que no podían hacer nada y que no tenían más cuartos, estaba furiosa nunca me había pasado nada esto así que ojala y no se repita

The hotel was basic and that’s fine. Hospitality was horrible. They act like they don’t want to be bothered. Also, they ask if you’re fat or skinny upon check in. This is not a joke, they actually have that question on the form. They tell you about all the things you can’t do but never bother to tell you about the good things, like the fitness center or what’s in the area. They make you leave your ID just to use the iron!! They have my credit card information, I wouldn’t steal the cheap iron. I absolutely hated this place!! My toilet didn’t work, they gave me excuses, she said it was because of lime in the water. I don’t care why. I had to insist on a new room. I didn’t want to call maintenance every time I poop.

Un lugar muy agradable y lo mejor para mi enfrente del hotel está un casino y a un costado un súper mercado y al rededor buenos Restaurant.

Un buen hotel si vas a Mérida en auto. Sin el está lejos de todo. Muy buena atención y habitaciones precio calidad bueno. Cada que vamos a Mérida allá nos quedamos.

The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal. There are convenience stores closeby. The pool has a nice small pool area which I liked. I had a very good time while I was here.

Ligger langt fra centrum men tæt på shopping hvis man vil det. Vi tog lokal bus ind til centrum. Man skal betale for at få køkkenting, hvilke er mærkelig når man booker hotel med køkken.

Me gusta mucho llegar aqui en familia, esta bien ubicado, cerca de mis dos plazas favortias de Merida. Las habitaciones muy lindas y el servicio siempre excelente.

The property was perfectly located next to the conventions center. Check in was easy, and staff was really nice. The beds were a bit hard, but I still had a good sleep.

LOS CUARTOS DE LA PLANTA BAJA SIEMPRE HUELEN MAL, POR LAS COLADERAS DE LOS BAÑOS, ESO NO OCURRE EN LOS NIVELES MAS ARRIBA, SOLO LOS DEL PRIMERO PISO. NO HAY CAFE DE CORTESIA, NI AGUA EN HABITACIONES POR LO MENOS DE MEDIO LITRO O POR LO MENOS UNA PEQUEÑA CAFETERA.

I stayed there in 2020 and it was better, there use to be dishes to borrow but now they charge everything. I guess some guests could’ve broken some and it wasn’t profitable anymore. There used to be a morning snack and now there’s nothing. Quality has gone down but it’s still an okay suite with stove (was malfunctioning) and a fridge.

El ingresar no te avisan que no te dan agua , en mi habitación había un sobre cuando ingresé que se entiende fue basura del huésped anterior que dejó sobre el buró y no lo quitaron por dos días hasta que yo lo tiré a la basura. Entiendo que es un hotel “poco convencional” como lo indican en recepción pero si al ingresar te lo explicaran o en la página cuando reservas te aclaran esos puntos , sería lo ideal y evitaríamos confusiones. En la habitación no hay amenidades de uso diario (crema o jabón para el cuerpo), solo un mini shampoo y un jabón en el lavabo. No hay botellas de agua. El aire acondicionado es sumamente ruidoso u no deja descansar.

Este hotel tuvo bastantes problemas. No me volvería a alojar aquí. No tienen platos, cubiertos ni ollas. No sé para qué tienen cocina si hay que pagar por platos de plástico y un tenedor y una cuchara. Ni siquiera el café es gratis. No hubo internet durante más de dos días. Llegué a trabajar y tuve que irme temprano porque no podía. La gerente no respondió a ninguna de mis solicitudes de reembolso y cuando le comenté que la piscina estaba muy fría y sucia, no le importó. No recomiendo este hotel.

Términos generales, el hotel está bien las instalaciones la limpieza. No obstante, ello lo que me decepcionó y al final decidí cambiarme de hotel, es que tienen una cocina con refrigerador, motivo por el cual lo seleccioné, sin embargo, no hay ningún utensilio vasos ni alguna botella de cortesía gratis y para usar la cocina, tienes que pagar un Set con utensilios. Yo únicamente compré una cuchara que venía con un tenedor, un plato de cartón y un vasito de plástico, y eso me costó 15 pesos, la verdad es ocioso que promuevan el hotel con la facilidad de cocina cuando materialmente no se puede utilizar. También es la primera vez que me hospedo en un hotel y ni siquiera una botella de agua de cortesía disponible en el cuarto

For the price and location this is a good deal. Right next to the biggest grocery store in the Yucatan, it's great for workers with long term projects in Merida. That said, THERE ARE NO AMENITIES IN YOUR ROOM. Not even coffee in the lobby or ice machine anywhere on the property. If you don't BYO you'll have to buy the plates, glasses, pan and cutlery we bought at the desk for 300 pesos, as well as water and a coffee maker if you drink it as much as I do. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet, wifi was good, stove, fridge and sink were new and there was plenty of hot water. The ONE WEIRD THING is the towels and floor ALWAYS felt wet, as if the AC unit were raining on the floor, and the towels didn't even dry when we placed them on the builtin heating unit. The linoleum floor also felt wet ALL THE TIME, probably a manufacturing defect. Other than those minor quibbles, it was a good deal in a prime location nearest a lot of Merida attractions, especially the convention center. Will come again.

Great shower pressure and temperature!!! Was the highlight of my stay. Front desk staff friendly and courteous. Enjoyed having a kitchenette did not appreciate not having any cutlery or even mugs unless I rent them, not fair practice

El simple hecho que hay tv,pero no hay canales, como en todos los hoteles, acá solo tienen una interfaz muy complicada y tienes que meter tus credenciales para ver apps, el precio de la noche muy cara para la calidad del cuarto, en todos los hoteles te dan el café, aquí te lo cobran y ni siquiera te ofrecen, porta vasos o algo para lo caliente

The property is nice, but the staff is terrible. At check-in, the employee was in such a bad mood that he failed to copy our IDs on the first try and had to ask a second time. He repeated instructions as if we were stupid. Finally, he handed us the room key. While the hotel is good, the TV never worked, but I did not want to be mistreated again, so we just left it alone.The next day, my husband went to the lobby for coffee and a staff member said it cost money, though there was no sign posted. An employee named Diana treated my husband like a homeless person. She turned to a coworker and whispered, "Can you believe they wanted to fill their thermos for free?" My husband only brought his thermos to avoid using paper or plastic cups. We decided to leave the property. When I asked Diana for her last name to report her, her attitude was unbelievable. I will definitely report her and never stay at this property again. I also forgot to mention that the towels are very old. I initially chose this property because the bed is awesome and I slept as i was at home.
