Casa Tavera was the perfect spot for our quick visit to Merida. Easy to find, parking, lovely rooms, sweet pool and patio, Goff breakfast and the best staff! Location is easy walking to the historic district with loads of excellent restaurants close-by. We will return!

El personal es súper amable y atento, desde que llegamos nos atendieron increíble. Las habitaciones son enormes o al menos la que nos toco, súper limpia, iluminada, la alberca agradable. Si estás en la alberca y se te antoja una copa de vino o algo de tomar te lo encuentran.yo olvidé mi cargador y están haciendo lo posible por enviármelo. Lo cual agradezco mucho. Aunque estuve 1 día sin duda a mi regreso casa tavera sera mi lugar de hospedaje. Ah, cuenta con estacionamiento, en la parte trasera del hotel pero siempre te acompañan ellos.

La entrada fue bastante mal ya que nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas tipo sótano y la que había daba hacia las mesas del desayuno donde no hay privacidad si la dejas abierta. No tiene parking y pague extra por un parking que tenían concertado por unos 250mex. Por nuestra parte no aceptamos esa habitación y en principio no había posibilidad de cambio. Después de decir que nos íbamos se resolvió y nos dieron otra está sí que tenía ventanas y nos devolvieron amablemente el dinero del parking. El desayuno era normal. El WC se atascó dos veces sin tirar papeles y que tuvimos que desatascar nosotros mismos buscando en dos ocasiones el desatascador. En la habitación habían tapones para los oídos lo que nos llamó la atención por la noche habían fiestas locales y hasta las 2 de la mañana con música a tope que no nos dejó dormir. Aunque esto no es culpa del establecimiento lo cierto es que apenas dormimos esas dos noches.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, offrant un confort et un service rare pour cette catégorie. Le personnel était particulièrement attentionné, serviable, de bon conseil et arrangeant. Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses, et la piscine est le petit plus qui rend le séjour parfait.

I was traveling alone and was provided with a single room and bathroom. The room was large and spacious and had everything I needed. working AC, ceiling fan, comfortable bed, and full bathroom. Super easy check-in service and kind staff. Staff were attentive and responded to all my requests. They had breakfast brought up in the morning and scheduled a massage in my room. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The location is perfect. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and had everything that is important to me: comfortable bed, high quality pillows and linens, well appointed bathroom with great water pressure and a mini fridge. The staff really sets this hotel apart from most! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

There was no working AC in our room and our room was very humid given it was right next to the pool and the room was not well insulated. We had a cockroach in our room as well as a salamander that came out of my shoe. Would not stay here again.

El lugar es bonito. Todas las instalaciones están muy limpias y en muy buenas condiciones. El servicio y las atenciones del personal son excelentes. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites con mucha amabilidad. Además, se hubo a cerca de los principales puntos turísticos.

Es un lugar bonito y acogedor, la recámara estaba muy espaciosa y muy linda, buen gusto en los detalles, silenciosa, segura, el baño también muy amplio, de verdad te sientes cómo en cada, las señoritas Joselin y Celeste, siempre atentas a brindar un excelente servicio, si volvería a Casa Tavera, el desayuno incluido estuvo bien para empezar el día, en conclusión me agradó mucho este alojamiento ✨✨

Todo excelente. Lo único que en nuestro caso lamentamos es que el sol te despierta desde las 6 am. No hay cortinas. Muy bien ubicado y muy comodo

We enjoyed our stay here. They accommodate us even when we arrived really early. Service was excellent. They gave us recommendations about where to eat near by. There was no street noise in our bedroom and the bed was comfy!!!! We’ll surely return here!

Casa Tavera es un excelente lugar para descansar. Es nuestro primer viaje a Mérida y la verdad la experiencia fue muy grata. El personal se esmera en atender a los huéspedes y en realidad disfrutas del tiempo que permanezcas en Mérida. Desde hoy es nuestra nueva casa en esta ciudad!!!

Es un lugar bonito y acogedor, la recámara estaba muy espaciosa y muy linda, buen gusto en los detalles, silenciosa, segura, el baño también muy amplio, de verdad te sientes cómo en cada, las señoritas Joselin y Celeste, siempre atentas a brindar un excelente servicio, si volvería a Casa Tavera, el desayuno incluido estuvo bien para empezar el día, en conclusión me agradó mucho este alojamiento ✨✨

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The location is perfect. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and had everything that is important to me: comfortable bed, high quality pillows and linens, well appointed bathroom with great water pressure and a mini fridge. The staff really sets this hotel apart from most! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

The property was ideal for our needs. Reasonably priced, it offered many amenities and provided breakfast every morning. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Close to down downy without being in downtown. Wonderful!!!!

El lugar es increíble. Perfecto para conocer Mérida por primera vez o regresar a ellla. Los desayunos incluidos son muy ricos La atención y amabilidad de las anfitrionas, Joselyn y Celeste es inigualable. Demetrio fue muy atento. No recuerdo el nombre de quién limpiaba nuestra habitación y también fue muy amable, nuestra habitación siempre estaba perfecta.

Le pondria una observación: el desayuno es muy malo lo que demerita la calidad del hotel. Jugo de bote, huevos mal preparados hasta quemados, pan de caja etc...malo. Todo lo contrario del hotel y el servicio del personal que es excelente.

Casa Tavera is probably my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was incredible, the room was so comfortable and clean, and the entire hotel was just beautiful. We arrived after their check-in, but they arranged for us to be able to access our room after hours. After a full day of travel, we were a bit fried and required help with the entry keypad, and one of the owners was on site to kindly walk us through it--setting the tone for the high level of service they provide. Every morning, our stay began with a tray of fresh coffee and cookies brought to our room before exploring the city. The hotel is very close to Paseo de Montejo, countless restaurants and bars, and so many shops; and the staff was kind enough to make recommendations throughout our stay. I will absolutely be checking for a room here for my next stay in Mérida, and recommending it to any friends who take my advice to visit this beautiful city!

The staff here are very attentive and excellent. They greeted us at the door, helped coordinate an outing after our original tour company had to cancel. Also, provided superb dining recommendations and local area activity information. The hotel is quiet, safe, secure and has comfortable accommodations. Daily cleaning, wifi and air conditioning all in order. I would recommend Casa Tavera for your stay. Thank you :)
