Lo unico bueno es que si esta muy limpio, el personal es bastante grosero, sobre todo en restaurante. las pocas personas amables son el señor Ernesto de recepcion y Jonny de servicio a cuartos, nos llevaba la comida diario, muy amable. los demas, MUY GROSEROS, escuche, que cuando pedi un poco mas de arroz en mi caldo, ya que estaba recien operada, el de cocina le dijo, es una cucharada nada mas, y si no le gusta, que se vaya a otro lado!! nunca regresaria a ese hotel.

We recently stayed at Hotel Las Margaritas in Mérida, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very early, around 7:00 a.m., and although check-in is officially at 3:00 p.m., they kindly allowed us to check in right away. This made a huge difference for us, as we were able to shower, relax, and prepare for our medical appointments without any stress. The location is extremely convenient—literally right across the street from Clínica Mérida—which was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the room daily and changing towels every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was always spotless. We stayed on the upper floor and had no issues accessing our room, as the elevator was fully functional and convenient. Another great convenience is that the hotel has an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy to grab a meal without having to go far.
