- Delivery of keys: it is made in the office Formentera Break located in Paseo De La Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07870 Formentera.- Office hours: from 10:00 to 20:30 h.- Check in: as a general rule, check in is from 13:30 h on the day of arrival. Check in will not be made after 00:15 h. Arrivals outside office hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 00:15 a.m.) are by appointment only and subject to an additional charge of 40 EUR.- Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. - Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition.- Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying.- Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR per person per night.
