Tru by Hilton Charleston Airport

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and centrally located to many of the attractions that we visited. I would recommend and stay there again!

Parking was easy, rooms were clean.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is nice. My room was ready when I arrived. My room was very clean. It is across the street from North Charleston Performing Arts Center and Coliseum which is very convenient. Literally 2 minutes. The parking is free.

Enjoyed my stay for 4 nights. The staff were helpful when I needed to add an extra day to my stay. Room was cleaned. Parking was good and the hotel was close to the event I was attended with local shopping closely nearby. I will definitely book my next stay at this location.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with the news that the hotel had oversold their King rooms. We were given 2 Queens. If those were queen beds, I'd be surprised. Very small and very uncomfortable. Was told I'd receive $189 back as compensation, however I have yet to see it. The people next door played music and were very loud until the wee hours of the morning. They also greeted us every morning by being loud in the hallway and slamming their doors. So much for the claim of quiet times between 10pm and 9am. They also didn't clean our shower. Very disappointed in this hotel.
