We enjoy staying here when we come to Stuart/Jensen Beach. We love that they are a pet friendly hotel, and we always bring our dog with us. The rooms are clean, updated and very comfortable. Unlike other hotels that are pet friendly, you cannot tell that there have been dogs staying in the rooms because they are so clean and sanitized! No doggie smell anywhere! We will definitely be back again.

Every time I visit family in Stuart we stay in this hotel. It’s clean, quiet and the convenience of having refrigerator, microwave and a sitting area in the room is great. This time I realized there was a washer and dryer downstairs so one night when we stayed in I did a load of laundry and didn’t have to do it when I got home! Breakfast was also pretty good and comes with the stay. Will definitely stay again!

The property looks very simple, not inviting. The staff was nice. The room where I stayed smelled musty and the AC did not cool well. Stayed 2 nights, never got new towels or room service. Walls are thin, you can hear people walk on the hallways.

The hotel and customer service was good But I felt like the floors in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. No garbage bags in bathroom trash or in trash can in kitchen area. I had to use my personal shopping bags for trash.

The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. The fans in hotel bathrooms don’t usually work as well but this one wasn’t to bad. The breakfast buffet had a large selection but it never varied. The hot food like French toast got hard around the edges in their warmers. Coffee was very good and available 24 hours. We would stay there again in the future knowing what we know.

I stayed just one night while my house had work done and I was happy to have Home2 nearby. It is a brand new property and is super clean and well-managed. All the service, including front desk, were friendly and helpful. This location is not near the beach or anything. But it is across the street from Publix and convenient to Jensen Beach as well as downtown Stuart. The room had an unusual layout, with everything along one long wall, but it was very spacious and modern. Nice couch, lots of lighting options and the TV was large and easy to use and stream. It had a desk on wheels and a professional office chair. Well appointed with dishes, glasses, coffee, sink, large fridge, microwave. I would definitely stay here if I needed a longer term option. The breakfast was just ok, but better than some other budget hotels. The coffee was surprisingly decent!

We enjoyed the room, nice and large with big refrigerator. TV could be placed more in front of bed. The pillows are very hard and flat… please consider getting MY PILLOWS from Mike Lindell, very comfortable and they don’t flatten!

This hotel is very well kept, clean and very inviting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good with many options, however, some of the food that was supposed to be warm, was cold. The room was clean and smelled nice. This hotel is great except for the noise from the very busy road out front. Our room faced the busy road and there was traffic morning, noon and night. I would highly recommend earplugs if you stay here. Other than the noise, the hotel is great!

Stayed there for a long weekend while visiting family. Was really happy with everything except that the AC unit in the room doesn’t shut off and is quite loud if you’re not used to the noise. Let’s just say I didn’t sleep much during that trip but other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel to all.

Worst front desk staff ever! Very rude and unprofessional especially the girl that I had to deal with in the morning. I had an appointment and was running late to get back to the hotel in time to check out, so I called to see if I could extend my check out time to 12:30 because I was ready approved for a 12 PM check out by another employee. Without hesitation she said absolutely not because I had a pet. I said ok fine I would make sure to be out on time. Next thing I know $86.38 was charged to my card. I call back and inquire about it and she tells me she charged me a 1/2 day rate in case I’m late checking out. Now mind you it was only 10:30 and I was approved for a noon check out that she already knew about so why on earth is she charging my card? Her response was in case I was late returning from my appointment. I already told her in our prior conversation that I would be out on time, so that was completely unnecessary. Anyway, I was out by 11:50 am and when I checked my account again not only was the 86.38 taken out but another $186. I called back again and was told that it was another day charge for my room but it was being refunded. It’s been 3 days and still not in my account. This hotel has gone drastically down hill since the old general manager left. I will NEVER stay here again

We stayed at this hotel evacuating from a hurricane in SW FL. the hotel was very safe and solid and retained power throughout despite numerous tornadoes in the area. One staff member at front desk was very unhelpful but ALL the rest were gracious helpful and friendly. I’d especially like to recognize Nico, who went above and beyond at a very stressful time when he must have had to answer the same questions over and over from anxious guests. Also loved the pet friendly aspect. A winner in every way, would stay again and highly recommend!

The hotel was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. The morning complimentary breakfast was really good. The price was also at a very competitive spot making it much more appealing than Air B and B’s or verbo homes. The room was spacious and had a full size fridge and a dishwasher and other kitchenware. Much better than any hotel we stayed at before Home2. We greatly appreciated the stay and the comfort the hotel and staff gave us especially after being on airplanes the entire day. Can’t thank them enough

Booked it to stay one night for a friends reunion from the moment we got there to the time we checked out the whole staff had a smile on their face and helped with anything we needed or asked. The complimentary breakfast was so so good and a nice variety for everyone’s pallet. Waffle station, cereal, eggs, yogurt muffins, bagels etc.

The breakfast was my issue. Not resolved during stay. They offered a lot of breakfast sandwiches that were hard as rocks. They offered no separate egg or sausage. If that doesn't matter to you at all then this is a great hotel, clean, well staffed and comfortable.

We were only in a few days and this location was perfect. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the hot breakfast was worth the stay alone. Fresh. Hot. We’ll be back to visit soon
