What a great property! Amy checked us in and made sure everything was perfect at breakfast. Both the shared areas and the rooms were so clean! We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. This gem is a real value!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I was looking forward to using the outside fire pit and was told it would be available during my stay but when I had inquired about it when I had arrived I was told the chairs were removed and put into storage.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. More protein items would be a nice addition such as a breakfast meat. Friendly helpful efficient front desk service. Very clean. Fitness room is well maintained and clean. Close to restaurants and a Walmart if needed.

The hotel is only a few years old, so very new. The staff is all pleasant and hardworking. You dont see anyone dozzing off at the desk. The work out room is amazing, as is the breakfast. We met the General manager Debra and she is great! We'll definitely be staying here again.

I was alone and felt very safe in the building and on the grounds. The fire pit was a great addition and each night I returned from the Fall Festival it was being used. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. i will refer friends and family to Microtel.

What I didn't like was that there was 1 microwave for 20 people waiting in the line to heat up their frozen omelettes. It would be much better to have a chafing dish set up with the omelettes heating up inside. I also did not like the people laughing and carrying on below our bedroom window at 12:30am around the firepit because we could not sleep until I complained about it and someone smoke with them. What I did like was the hotel was clean, the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. The parking lot was safe and new and they had little dog treats set out. The decor was very nice in the lobby. There were a few certain lazy families who left all of their leftover food, waste, plates and cups behind all over the tables and just got up and walked away after breakfast as if they were at a restaurant and took it for granted that someone else would clean up after them and the garbage bins were right next to their tables so maybe the management needs to put up a sign telling people to clean up after themselves. I would stay here again but ask for a room away from the front door where the fire pit is.

Me and my 10 year old daughter went to checkin around 11:00pm. First the card reader didn’t work for them for about 15 minutes than when we went to the room it was not even cleaned after someone else’s stay. Bed sheets, pillows were on the floor and table. Bathroom was dirty and garbage still around. We didn’t get the room until midnight. After back and forth. I will see a way to post pictures of the condition the first room was given to us.

My sheets had to be changed because when I went to inspect as I always do, there was blood specks on my sheets and pillowcases. I informed manager and it was taken care of, but staff need to do their job they get paid for in the first place! The noise that a group of drunk guys was making in the parking lot was unacceptable and hotel need to make sure that people aren't disturbing customers with loud noise and loud music! Other than that all else was fine!

Room 331 door would not open with our key. This has been a known issue but has not been fixed. Staff had to keep opening the door for us.

We checked in and the bathroom sink drain was clogged , no hair conditioner and very little shampoo. The front desk was notified and they addressed the issues. The worst lighting ever ! There is hardly any light in the room ! No overhead light at all and you can not shut the fan off on the ac. The breakfast was decent , premade omelets but the description on the bins was washed off and you couldn’t read what was in them , including the breakfast premade sandwiches. They had begun waffles you could make , pre packaged fruit , bagels , bread , coffee juice, protein bars. I probably wouldn’t stay at a Microtel again because of the severe lack of lights in the room.

Very noisy hotel rooms. Paper thin walls meant that I was awake in to the wee hours listening to whatever my neighbor was watching on TV. Not a restful environment. The black out curtains allowed all the lights from the parking lot in at the sides.

The place was great! Not a lot of people seemed to be there at the same time as us. The beds and pillows were too hard for me and my husband so we barely slept, on top of the people upstairs from us were making noise at 7:30 in the morning. We did not get a chance to grab any of the continental breakfast, but it smelt really good! It was a cute spot if you need to just stay the night!

Very nice hotel to stay at. Beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were so soft. Got a great nights sleeps. Very quiet, safe and the staff was great I would definetly recommend. One of the nicest hotels that I've stayed at.

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament that was 1/2 hour away. It is located in the picturesque, quiet small town of Warsaw….walkable to the quaint downtown…a very short drive to Walmart, a pharmacy and a few fast food options, but if you have the time, hit up some of the great local restaurants. Rooms were a good size, clean, well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer. The front desk staff were fabulous and very accommodating. The beds/pillows were very comfortable….loved the outdoor seating and fire pit…..would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Terrified experience with hotel and Exxxxpdia both paid online $300 for 1 room 1night and front desk also charge me by saying that it’s a security deposit for around extra $400. Since I have been calling and email to both Exxxpdia and hotel both are dying to refund one payment they charge you double with in expected amount. Staff said they don’t have manager who can talk over the phone. I’m on my vocation and these guys make it horrible experience for me and my family. why they are doing this kind of scams.

Staff was not manning desk and had to wait an inordinate amount of time for service. Checkout same, but not quite as long as check in. Staff did not know how to check in an Expedia booking, so took FOREVER to get checked into the room. Room did not have shampoo/conditioner/soap containers filled.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell it was going to be a great stay. Front desk lady was very patient and helpful. The room was super clean and had all the amenities I needed for my trip. The breakfast bar in the morning was ready by 6:00 (if not a bit earlier) 5 star all the way. I will definitely be looking for more Microtels to stay at in the future

The reason im giving this a 1 star is because i was charged twice for the room, i went to the front desk the next morning to resolve the issue and they where unable to help me but took my info to have the manager call me. I waited 5 days and no call so I called the manager. He was completely unhelpful and tried to gaslight me and say that they never even ran my card. Which is crazy because i kept telling him the exact amount i was charged since its on my credit card purchases. So now im having to dispute the charge on my credit card. I wish he would have been helpful and refunded me the extra charge instead of trying to keep my money. I will end it with the room was clean and breakfast was pretty decent.

One of the hotels where my husband and I have had so much fun staying at! The hotel is so clean as well as our room! The location is convenient to the Downtown and also to restaurants and groceries stores. The staff is very helpful and accommodating especially Jaysob Diosana. We will definitely stay at this location if we are in the area.

(1)All I wanted was cereal and orange juice for breakfast. There was no milk for the cereal and no orange juice. And (2) They need at least 2 persons running the front desk in the morning. There is only one person working the front desk and breakfast. They don’t have time to do both! It takes up too much time for the guests to check out and to wait for the breakfast food and supplies to be refilled. This happens every time we stay. The staff are very try hard to help the guest.

Cute and clean, no frills and friendly experience. It was perfect for a short stay amidst travelling. It’s like a tiny home experience in a hotel. Only disappointment was the breakfast, requiring us to microwave eggs if we wanted them.
