Stay was good little miscommunication from reservation call number but resolved. Only thing is since it is pet friendly i didnt expect to see the entire hotel surrounded by holly bushes. They are poisonous to dogs if eaten, so juat keep your dogs from eating them and your good

Unplanned stay at the only place available served its purpose. It was clean and comfortable and appeared updated. Our room had minor issues that were not a deal breaker. It was a much needed surprise that the property was in great shape. I would stay again if needed.

The hotel is under renovation. there was no coffee, drinks, snacks or any kind of food available except for vending. The Hotel is Ok at best. People were friendly, but only thing available to do is sleep. The Doors were at least on the inside, and rooms were clean but dated. Maybe after renovation it will be better.

No major issues during our stay. We were able to check in a little early and drop off our things before going to our baseball tournament down the road. Our only negatives during the whole trip was being able to hear other people in their rooms and the fridge didn’t work in our room. Something definitely needs to be done about the noise level. It is uncomfortable knowing that someone in another room can hear what is going on in your room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and you can tell that they are in the process of updating the entire site. We will definitely stay here again next time we have a tournament in Crowley.

The carpets are stained, the floor was non smoking but there was ashes in the corners by the bed and burn holes in everything. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only 2 small bars of soap. This was last minute stay i didn't have anything with me and they didn't provide anything. Room did not feel clean.

Had a damp scent in the building. Worse when you first walk in, before you actually make it to your room. The bath tub was not clean, and we did not use it. We used our plan b. There was on employee, she was hearing impaired and couldn’t talk, but she was very willing to help me. I just wrote what I needed down for her

In town for an event in Crowly. Immediately upon entering, it felt as if the heater was on or the ac was broken. There were several of us in line and we were all sweating while waiting. I'm a little discouraged with this location as this is not the first time I have stayed here and the first time was so much better. There was also a terrible cigarette smoke smell throughout and to be honest it was so bad, that I did not stay for the whole night. The room was not bad, but the shower curtain definitely needs changing as there was brown moldy look at the bottom. To be honest I got a shower, dressed and left so didn't inspect the whole room. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Paid $$, stayed 3 hours and checked out.

At check in I was told I was given a handicap room on the first floor. I travel quite a bit and have never requested either one. The handicap room was not the issue, unless it deprived a handicap person from receiving it. I had that in my thought when I requested another room and was denied. I never stay on the first floor especially in front of the elevator and ice machine. Very noisy area especially when you have a large gap at the bottom of the door. On another note you could also provide newer towels and wash rags which are quite worn.

The attendant was asleep at the desk. Had to wake him to get coffee. Breakfast was cold eggs and sausage. The milk pitcher had a thick ring on the inside of dried milk. No one was thete to refresh anything. The washcl9ths were very soiled. We left to go next store to the waffle house to get breakfast, came back and our keycards were disabled. Thiscwas hours before checkout. No apologies at all!

I booked a handicapped accessible unit and upon my arrival the elevated was out of service and I was unable to have handicapped accessible room. The attendant at the front desk was most apologetic and accommodated with a room on the first floor very close to the entrance. Since we were staying one night, that worked. I noticed upon my check out, the elevator repair men were there to fix the elevator.

This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed in in Louisiana so quiet the staff is beyond polite, beautiful spirits. I just really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel itself was nice. Area around needs cleaned up bad. Not a fan of paying $130 for a room online then getting there to pay another $50 hold fee on top that you won’t give back to me for 7-10 business days especially when you take it out automatically

You won't have to worry about getting scalded from the hot water. They are doing their part to save the planet by never washing the shower curtain. Also, they don't polute the water with harsh chemicals from sanitizing the shower. Breakfast was great for cereal lovers, as they weren't wasting energy on a toaster or waffle iron at 8 am sunday. They didn't have to throw away any fresh fruit that didn't get eaten. Also, saved me from all that caffine by having empty pots.
