We stayed at Nevins Inn for one night during our Wild Atlantic Way trip. We were accommodated in a delux room in the Lodge next to the main building. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and modern with a walk in shower. Toiletries,hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. We chose to eat our evening meal at the property and can highly recommend the food there. Breakfast was served at the inn and this too was very enjoyable with plenty of choice. The only downside to the stay was that the hot water supply to the shower seemed to have failed in the morning so I had to have a very lukewarm, almost cold shower. I overheard another guest saying the same at breakfast so obviously not just our room was affected. There is plenty of free on site parking at the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend a stay at Nevins Inn.

Great Bed and Breakfast with pub attached. Good music great food clean and staff is very helpful. You want to experience Ireland this is your place. Not far from Croagh Patrick good place to recharge for a night or two. Owner is a gentlemen who lived in states for a time.

We only stayed one night, however the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The pub was nice, with quality foods and a good selection at the bar. It's a bit of a remote location, but it served our needs well.

The staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Our room had an ocean view. Complimentary breakfasts were made to order and delivered in a timely manner. Conveniently located between Westport and Achill Island. Parking can be limited at times, especially if there is a Sheep Show in the car park across the street.

We flew into Dublin, drove to Nevins in around 3 hours and spent one night here to start our trip south on the Wild Atlantic Way. Lovely authentic Irish Inn with a great little restaurant and live music on some nights. We enjoyed meeting Bertie and Bella - the food service robots that are catlike and enjoy a tickle around the ears. The owners are on site and enjoy meeting the guests which is a treat. It's scenic with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with all amenities you would expect at this price point. Lots of parking across the road and a nice patio for dining when weather permits.

Loved this place! It was conveniently located between Achill and Westport. The staff was lovely, the restaurant had a fairly diverse menu and we loved our room. We stayed in one of the apartments (rather than the main location). It was clean, spacious and very quiet. Breakfast came with the stay and we were pleased when we were handed the menu to order from. Everything from a simple Irish breakfast to eggs benedict. We are hoping to one day be back in Ireland and if we are in the same part of the country, I would definitely stay here again.

First, the restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Second, the staff is really very friendly and helpful. The room though was good but not great. It was a bit small, the sink was clogged and the TV remote didn’t work. All in all it was a good place to stop for a night on a western Ireland road trip and the food was top notch.

Amazing stay!!! Our family is near Achill but we booked somewhat last minute and based on reviews and price we booked here. So glad we did! It’s updated, super clean and quant! And then we come to find out we’re related to the family that runs it. John and his son were so wonderful. Food was delicious and staff was fantastic! I will definitely stay here again. Room was huge compared to others in Ireland. Can’t beat the friendly staff!

We stayed in the Lodge, where we had comfortable beds, ample room, and lovely natural light. The hotel is on the Great Western Greenway, which we didn't realize or we would have arranged a longer stay to do some more hiking. Everything was more than satisfactory - the owner even went out of his way to make up for a quite minor inconvenience during check-in. We likely won't go back to Ireland for a while - there's a lot of world to see! - but when we do, Nevin's will definitely be on our list of places. An excellent option for lodging, especially if you're a hiker or cyclist.

The rooms at the Nevins Lodge were newly renovated and a spacy :-) bath. The beds are spatious and new. The people at the pub were very helpful and very supportive. When you book we recommend you ask for rooms to the back of the building. The Nevins is at THE Wild Atlantic Way, with at least during the day a lot of traffic.

Hôtel très sympathique. Bien accueilli. Chambre petite mais très mignonne et rénovée. En bord de route mais cela n'a pas été gênant. Nous avons mangé au restaurant dessous qui était très bon et très typique. Le samedi soir il y a beaucoup d'Irlandais qui viennent ici. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

The staff were wonderful and they let us know what was going on for the evening as well as fixed a broken light in our room shortly after we told them it was broken. The music in the pub was also wonderful and the people were open and caring❤️❤️. Finally, breakfast was wonderful. I am gluten and dairy free and they accommodated nicely:)

We had a fantastic stay at Nevins and will recommend here. Our room was spotless and very cosy. Great having a kettle for a cup of tea. Breakfast was delicious every morning as was the restaurant food each evening. Restaurant staff and bar staff were all very attentive and friendly. The bar always had a lovely fire glowing. Joanne and Genevieve were great singers and good fun on our first night. We will return again. Thank you. Tony & Cally

Beautiful stay in an amazing location! We came for a wedding that was on in a hotel 5 minutes away so, we didn't get to spend a lot of time there unfortunately! From check in to check out, the staff were incredible, welcomed us and got us an early check in to get ready for the wedding! Check out wasn't until 12 which was fab 😍 shower was amazing, bed was so comfy, breakfast was delicious, overall a great stay and would definitely recommend

Would highly recommend Nevins Inn. When we checked in, the kitchen was about to close. They asked if we wanted anything to eat and they would keep the kitchen open for us so we could order. Great hospitality, great service and rooms were beautiful!

The staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Our room had an ocean view. Complimentary breakfasts were made to order and delivered in a timely manner. Conveniently located between Westport and Achill Island. Parking can be limited at times, especially if there is a Sheep Show in the car park across the street.

It is a great place to stay . Perfectly located on the way to Achill Island . Great , authentic Irish food , hospitality beyond expectations , very accommodating staff . I highly recommend a stay in Nevins Inn.

We stayed in the Lodge, where we had comfortable beds, ample room, and lovely natural light. The hotel is on the Great Western Greenway, which we didn't realize or we would have arranged a longer stay to do some more hiking. Everything was more than satisfactory - the owner even went out of his way to make up for a quite minor inconvenience during check-in. We likely won't go back to Ireland for a while - there's a lot of world to see! - but when we do, Nevin's will definitely be on our list of places. An excellent option for lodging, especially if you're a hiker or cyclist.

We only stayed one night, however the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The pub was nice, with quality foods and a good selection at the bar. It's a bit of a remote location, but it served our needs well.

We flew into Dublin, drove to Nevins in around 3 hours and spent one night here to start our trip south on the Wild Atlantic Way. Lovely authentic Irish Inn with a great little restaurant and live music on some nights. We enjoyed meeting Bertie and Bella - the food service robots that are catlike and enjoy a tickle around the ears. The owners are on site and enjoy meeting the guests which is a treat. It's scenic with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with all amenities you would expect at this price point. Lots of parking across the road and a nice patio for dining when weather permits.

The staff were wonderful and they let us know what was going on for the evening as well as fixed a broken light in our room shortly after we told them it was broken. The music in the pub was also wonderful and the people were open and caring❤️❤️. Finally, breakfast was wonderful. I am gluten and dairy free and they accommodated nicely:)

We had a fantastic stay at Nevins and will recommend here. Our room was spotless and very cosy. Great having a kettle for a cup of tea. Breakfast was delicious every morning as was the restaurant food each evening. Restaurant staff and bar staff were all very attentive and friendly. The bar always had a lovely fire glowing. Joanne and Genevieve were great singers and good fun on our first night. We will return again. Thank you. Tony & Cally

First, the restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Second, the staff is really very friendly and helpful. The room though was good but not great. It was a bit small, the sink was clogged and the TV remote didn’t work. All in all it was a good place to stop for a night on a western Ireland road trip and the food was top notch.

Stayed one night August 2026. Our room was in the Lodge next door. Lovely big room, spotlessly clean and a decent sized en-suite. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent - we both had the full Irish. Cooked to perfection and sufficient to keep us going all day. Overall I would have to rate as excellent.
