Buiten dat er handdoeken waren valt er weinig goed te vertellen! Levensgevaarlijke trappen geen rookmelders in de kamer en geen uitweg moest er ooit brand zijn! Geen ruimte in de kamer, je kon amper zitten op dé bedrand! Geen ruimte op het toilet, onmogelijk om te gaan zitten!! Muren die van papier lijken te zijn zodat je alles hoort wat er naast je gebeurd! De buurt ken ik goed, ik heb er vier jaar gewoond. Voor mensen die er nog nooit geweest zijn moet het een rare ervaring zijn. Het is een achterbuurt van het oude centrum van Malaga op nog geen vijftig meter van de buurt Cruz verde, een buurt waar de politie bijna niet durft te komen. Heb een klacht ingediend bij de brandweer want dat loopt ooit eens mis!!!

Decepcionante en general muy bien ubicada pero no se puede estacionar el acceso con escaleras muy pequeñas y empinadas cuyo tramos no da la altura mínima de una persona normal quedas con el techo las habitaciones son ridículas no hay champú en la ducha la taza te chocas las piernas con la pared de enfrente hay que hacer alpinismo para entrar a la ducha no hay ningún cubo o cepillo para barrer el aire acondicionado no funciona en general decepcionante

Forferdelig tungvint. Totalt 4-5 mail, kun på spansk, Der du måtte legge inn masse info og trykker du på feil knapp kanselerer du oppholdet og mister rommet. Utrolig trangt bad. Måtte sitte på tvers på toalettet. Kun barn har plass til å sitte rett. Døren inn til dusjen er så trang at overvektige sansynligvis ikke kommer inn. Ingen branndeteksjon i rommet. Er du over 1,5 meter må du nesten ned på kne for å komme opp trappen. På bekreftelsen står det etasje og en bokstav. På dørene står et nummer. Måtte trykke på knappen i mailen og lytte etter hvilken dør som sa klikk. Bokstaven sto på innsiden av døren!!! Bortsett fra det så var beliggenheten utmerket og rommet rent og komfortabelt.

Room was clean although basic but had everything I needed for 1 night. Stairs to get into room were very steep and there was no lift so wouldn’t suit anybody with mobility issues.

Boendet var väldigt enkelt, den digitala incheckningen som var på spanska var katastrofal! Att bära upp våra resväskor uppför branta smala trappor med höga trappsteg var nästan en omöjlighet. Great for a max of one night on a budget. We landed from the airport and needed a place quickly so we booked this. Check-in was terrible, you’re forced to verify your phone number to complete check in but my verification code didn’t send. I had to try 4 times and still no code and the 5th time it said I would get charged. I then used another phone number, same thing. I had to contact the help chat which was also really slow. After checking in, the property access was smooth, you just need to click links sent to your email and doors will open. The property was very loud, you could hear everything outside which made it hard to fall asleep. The bedding was also very odd quality and looked a bit dirty. The bathroom was small which would’ve been ok if your knees didn’t hit the walls on the toilet (I’m a short person as well). The location though was fantastic! Very close to so many walkable things and price wise it was great. Do not forget to click the checkout link to checkout or you do get fined which is frustrating because at most hotels you can just leave but oh well.

Air Conditioning was not working. I paid for a room with AC service. I was not informed that the AC was broken. I had to open the window to refresh the room and to get sleep and I was a lot of noise from the street and the floor fan. Also there was a little roach in the bathroom ceiling.

First time staying here, the auto-check in procedure was totally new to me but worked perfectly (just click on the "open door" link buttons in the confirmation email and hey presto the doors click open. Room was small but very clean and comfortable bed. Only complaint was no towels in my room and no staff to ask, otherwise all good, great central location and will definitely stay here again if price is as good

The location was excellent, however not having a physical room key was a little inconvenient. We had to purchase our own hand soap and toilet paper. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working, however a fan was provided and it did slightly cool the room down. All in all, you get what you pay for.

Centrally located hotel. Clean. If you're looking for a quality stay , it may not be for you. Room I stayed in had one window , overlooking the inside staircase so not great. Sound proofing - non existent. I could hear person in next room snoring and as the room was directly opposite the staircase , you can hear everyone getting in and out. Bathroom - to get to the shower you need to put you leg above the toilet seat. But all in all I only used the room to sleep in so it was ok for 3 nights.

After seeing the vast mixed reviews of this property I was nervous for my stay, however, the only complaint I have/had was that the pillow was too firm. Everything else was perfect! The room I selected was very small (enough space for one person) The location is amazing, just a 5 minute walk into Malaga central, a supermarket right across the street, very quiet neighbourhood at night, the room had fully Working AC and the shower was amazing. The walls are slightly too thin so you can hear some noise from other guests but it is bearable, I also love the key system they have where your phone unlocks the doors (very secure in my opinion) cleaning staff are very friendly (however most of them do not speak English) which was no problem at all. Everything is self explanatory when checking in and I can honestly say I would definitely stay here again! Overall I would recommend this property if you are either solo travelling or only visiting for a few nights!

The room was tiny, which wasn't the main issue - but the bathroom layout made staying in that room impossible. The bathroom was narrow and the toilet faced a wall such that IF you were to sit on it your knees would be crushed. ALSO the toilet was in front of the shower such that you would have to steop OVER the toilet to get out. We check-in and checked-out within an hour - we never slept in the room and left for another accommodation elsewhere.

Der Check in war komplett automatisiert übers Internet und sehr einfach. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, was auch zu meinem Punkteabzug führt. Es war so klein, dass man sich nicht normal auf die Toilette setzen könnte, sondern schräg darauf sitzen musste.
Der Check in war komplett automatisiert übers Internet und sehr einfach. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, was auch zu meinem Punkteabzug führt. Es war so klein, dass man sich nicht normal auf die Toilette setzen könnte, sondern schräg darauf sitzen musste.

Veldig dårlig og forvirrende info fra hotellet. Kun på spansk selv om jeg hadde bedt om info på engelsk. Hadde jeg ikke fått hjelp til oversettelse så hadde jeg ikke kommet inn på hotellet. Ellers sentralt beliggende. Standard i veldig nedre sjikt, spesielt bad var dårlig med kraftig mugglukt og trangt (og litt ekkelt). Vil ikke anbefale mer enn max 2 netter der, mest pga hygiene med bad.

No support provided as uts a self service hotel. Never seen any staff at the property and check in and out all done remotely and all messages sent in Spanish. Please English speakers, thus is not your place. I sent a message asking them to communicate in English without success. I was lucky to meet a guy at the entrance who helped me with translation otherwise I wouldn't be able to check in. Need a staff at the property to support people.

Formalitees tres compliquees, nous avons mis 1 heure pour entrer dans notre chambre car les codes ne nous avaient pas ete envoyes. Une fois entre dans la chambre il n y avait pas d electricite, nous avons du attendre l intervention d un technicien. Un supplement est demande pour le menage et aucun geste commercial

I was supposed to check-in from 3.00 pm to anytime but there were nobody to receive us, the door was closed. Theoretically, I am supposed to have several numbers of 10 digits which they were supposed to send to me. Anyway, I was trying to get in touch with the owners, calling the door, by calls, by email and nobody care about that service. I wasted around 3 hours trying to contact someone but no one answered l. not even the hotel.com help center could do anything about it.

First time staying here, the auto-check in procedure was totally new to me but worked perfectly (just click on the "open door" link buttons in the confirmation email and hey presto the doors click open. Room was small but very clean and comfortable bed. Only complaint was no towels in my room and no staff to ask, otherwise all good, great central location and will definitely stay here again if price is as good

Could not check in. Link they gave me doesn't work. Could not reach them by phone (nobody answer the phone). Had to look for another hotel and that took me hours because everything was fully booked. Our day day was completely wasted from 15.10 until 22.15. Total dissaster.

Buiten dat er handdoeken waren valt er weinig goed te vertellen! Levensgevaarlijke trappen geen rookmelders in de kamer en geen uitweg moest er ooit brand zijn! Geen ruimte in de kamer, je kon amper zitten op dé bedrand! Geen ruimte op het toilet, onmogelijk om te gaan zitten!! Muren die van papier lijken te zijn zodat je alles hoort wat er naast je gebeurd! De buurt ken ik goed, ik heb er vier jaar gewoond. Voor mensen die er nog nooit geweest zijn moet het een rare ervaring zijn. Het is een achterbuurt van het oude centrum van Malaga op nog geen vijftig meter van de buurt Cruz verde, een buurt waar de politie bijna niet durft te komen. Heb een klacht ingediend bij de brandweer want dat loopt ooit eens mis!!!

OK for a budget traveller. Location is pretty central but there were a few dodgy characters lingering around the street at night. A lot of building work going on the building opposite and as my room was at the front of the building I got construction noise from early in the morning. It's certainly not luxury but if you can get this place at a low rate then it is ok

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean. But the log in process was very stressful and I can't say I'd felt particularly safe in a room with a lock like that. Opening the doors by pressing a button?!

The room was very small but cheap. The location was perfect and the room and building were clean. there is a lot of building work going on locally, but that will pass. Ideal if you are travelling on a budget.

We enjoyed our stay, lovely room , clean and comfortable, good night’s sleep, quiet location but with easy reach of bars and restaurants, in the centre of Malaga old town, the self entry system worked really well, the entry instructions were emailed to mobile. Would definitely stay again when in Malaga.

Great location. Very basic. The check-in process is quite stressful make sure you don't leave it to the last minute. Everything is automated, there is nobody there that you can talk to. No TV in room, there is a/c though and the bathroom is small. You have to pay extra for housekeeping. The street below can be noisy at times. If Ryanair did accommodation, this would be it.

The room was fine and location is great. Two negatives i) toilet has no space for legs (!) And ii) lights are either all on or all off i.e. no softer lighting for bedside. But overall good value compared to others.
