The hotel management was kind enough to change our non-refundable date after I goofed on the day we were arriving. That was very appreciated. Conversely, one of our two double-queen rooms was switched out for a king before we arrived and sold to another customer. There were none left when we arrived and three of us had to share a king room. So, despite me paying $200 for two rooms, I spent the night on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. I feel we should have been offered another king room to give us all a real bed on which to sleep. Unless your extra is a child, the sleeper sofa is NOT an acceptable bed option, though it was treated as such. Thank you for the date change, but I think we'll find other accommodations next go round.

We were in Room 209, and it had the most peculiar (not good) smell! It may have been the air conditioner as the bathroom did. It smell that way and it didn’t have an AC vent. I considered asking for another room, but didn’t think it was worth the trouble of moving everything since we had already settled in. I was hoping the smell would not be there when we got back from our outing, but it never did subside. We got used to it after about 20 minutes after entering the room, but it really hit you when you first came in from outside or from the bathroom. We were there for 2 nights. It may be as simple as cleaning the AC filters, but it should definitely be addressed. I didn’t see anyone at the front desk when we left, so I did not mention it to them. The walls are also pretty thin where you could hear conversations next door. We had thought they were in the hallway just oustside our door, but they were in their room. The hotel is a bit old and there was a couch in the lobby that was turned upside down so as not to use (may have been ripped or broken), but other than that, the hotel was ok. I’m not sure I would stay there again as there were other choices in that same area. The location was very convenient.
