Its a nice and renovated hotel to a good standard and you are right next to the beach. The buffet food is excellent, even though you have to pay for all drinks, even water! The strange requests for additional payments to go to the gym (5eur/pp/hour) and extra parking (16eur/day) are however making it hard to say this is a 4star hotel. More likely a 2star with a really great chef.

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and fell well below our expectations. Although the hotel appears to cater mainly to an older clientele, the Saturday night entertainment was excessively loud and far from relaxing. The hotel also feels tired, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. We were also disappointed by the customer service. Staff were generally unfriendly, the cash-only towel deposit was inconvenient, and having to pay immediately for every drink rather than charging it to our room was not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel. Overall, the experience did not offer good value for money, and we would not choose to return.

This hotel is marketed as a luxury 4-star property, but my experience was nowhere near that standard. The poor maintenance, visible repair work in the bathroom, and lack of attention to detail made the stay very disappointing. The attached photo speaks for itself. After experiencing the hotel firsthand, I can understand why it has around a 2-star rating on Google Maps. In my opinion, that rating reflects the actual experience far better than the advertised 4-star image. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
