La habitación era la doble superior, era muy bonita, la cama muy grande, las vistas espectaculares a la ciudad en el piso 10.La habitación nos encantó.El cuarto de baño grande pero la única pega fue que la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba bien.Algunos chorros estaban atrancados y no tenía mucho de hidromasaje. Pero por lo demás genial.

Fantastisk ophold i meget unik indrettet historiske hotel -vi blev opgraderet til suiten, hvor vi kunne benytte jacuzzien og slappe af efter en god aftensmad i restauranten Blev mødt med utrolig venlighed og gæstfrihed af personalet. Der er p.t. renovation af gaden , men disse gener blev absolut opvejet af stedets charme og service. Desuden ligger hotellet centralt for de fleste attraktioner og den historiske bydel

El hotel está muy bien, muy céntrico y con buenas instalaciones. La habitación 105 no era muy grande, pero dispone de una cama de 2m y una estupenda bañera en la propia habitación. El único pero, fue que la limpieza era mejorable, que había hormigas en la habitación y las sábanas cuando llegamos estaban muy arrugadas que nos dieron la sensación de no haber sido cambiadas, pero si que lo estaban. En resumen, muy bien en general, para repetir.

Service is lacking. Failed to change our bed sheets when they were dirty with sand on them. And the next day, lack of toilet paper…the lobby is very small inside a restaurant and the lady wrote the hotel information on a very small card it is was not readable…rooms are very small and on two floors with no view. Otherwise location of hotel is excellent.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. The room was spotlessly clean and had a very large, extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel has not been kept up over the years. It was extremely hard to sleep with all the noise from outside. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus but it was so noisy outside that I couldn’t sleep well.

The hotel is in walking distance of many popular things to visit . I had a room with 2 floors if you don’t mind the stairs it’s great bathroom and shower are on lower level . Very comfy able bed we had a great time

The location is perfect for a tourist visit. However, we got a duplex that meant to have a table, closet and bathroom in your entry floor and the bed in a second floor, without a bed light in both sides, only in one, and no space to put your cloth plus no space around the bed to move and to go to the bathroom in the night going down is quite uncomfortable . if you choose this hotel from my view do not select a duplex room.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet, und ausgestattet mit einem großen, bequemen Bett. Wir haben einen erholsamen Schlaf gehabt. Angenehm große Dusche. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt.

It was a cute little place, centrally located in the city. Front desk people were fine, however, we didn’t have any contact with staff other than check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but stairway up to loft bed was slippery and had glass railing, so treacherous when needing the restroom down below in the middle of the night. Also, the bed was in need of replacement as is sagged on one side. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly, could leave our luggage with the staff until it was time for our check-in. Offered to call us early once our room was ready for faster/earlier check-in. The area around the hotel couldn’t have been better. We loved our stay and will be sure to book again anytime we are in Malaga.

Jeg overnattet her kun én natt men hadde et veldig fint opphold, hyggelige engelsktalende ansatte og de oppgraderte meg gratis til et større rom uten at jeg spurte. Beliggenheten er veldig bra rett ved Plaza de la Merced hvor man finner mange restauranter og butikker samt taxiholdeplass til når man skal dra igjen. Det eneste lille pirket var at vanntrykket i dusjen var litt dårlig og at den hadde individuell kontroll for varmt og kaldt vann som jeg ikke er så glad i men i det store bildet er det bare en bagatell

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse på hotellet. Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af imødekommende personale og vi endte endda med at få opgraderet vores værelse, hvilket virkelig løftede hele opholdet. Servicen var i top venlig, professionel og klar til at hjælpe. Vi følte os godt taget hånd om fra start til slut. Kan varmt anbefale hotellet og glæder os allerede til at komme tilbage.

Not a 4 star hotel. Check in is late, at 3pm and early at 11am. We arrived at noon and the front desk informed us there were two rooms available for check in now but my Duplex room was basic and this one was nicer so we would need to pay €80 more. We said no and he continued to push for us to see the room because it was just €80 more. We left our stuff, and when we came back later we were told the duplex room with a king bed was only for one person. So, we owed another €30 for the second person. Annoying again. Room was smelly, didn’t have toilet paper when we arrived, NO comforter on the bed, just one thin sheet. No tea/coffee. Basic for sure.. Then at check out no one was at the counter. After waiting a while we finally just left the key and walked out

The premium room was not ready for the first night, but they changed it form the second night. The premium room was ok. The breakfast was terrible. By ordering the / coffee and the breakfast. The drinks were coming after 25 minutes. The breakfast even later. The staf did not know how not know how to prepare the breakfast. No butter, the bread toasted to hard, boiled eggs in a big scale etc Really totally not ok. My recommendation if you take the hotel go breakfast at a coffee bar. The last breakfast after my complain we do not have to pay it. The pizza was very good in the restaurant.
