Villa with pool 7 minutes from the beach walking. WIFI + Air Conditioning

Lovely house close to salinas, dunes and beach and not far from the village of La Marina. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are good communicators from booking to end of stay even showing concern that we were warm enough when the weather took a cold turn for a few days. We have stayed at this property several tines and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to this area. Another fantastic stay! Thank you Salvador and Victoria.

As with our last visit we had a wonderful holiday, this time with an extra family member who also thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Mimi met us promptly and we found the property immaculately clean and tidy as last time, with welcome provisions on arrival. The house is a home from home with everything and more you could possibly need from a holiday rental. The weather was generally kind to us and even though the evenings were chilly - it was March after all- we enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on the terrace in warm sunshine. The bird watching was great! We visited local nature reserves at Hondo, Clot de Galvany and Lo Pagan but it was a real pleasure to walk around the salinas at El Pinet itself. Thanks again Salvador and Victoria- we will return soon! Sincere thanks for returning my sunglasses! You are so kind and it is much appreciated.

Lovely villa in which to spend a holiday! A warm welcome from Mimi who showed us round. Everything provided to make our stay perfect. Fresh fruit milk biscuits and drinks meant we could start relaxing straight away. The villa had everything we could possibly want. The area was quiet and peaceful. Car was needed. Great communication throughout from owners. Thank you Victoria and Salvador.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Terrasse sehr einladend mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Empfang vom Reinigungsspersonal sehr herzlich. Als der Wasserkocher defekt war, wurde umgehend ein neuer besorgt und die Eigentümer, haben, per WhatsApp, sich noch einmal gemeldet.Der Pool ist vom Haus in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß, dieser ist sehr sauber, unendlich lang, nicht überfüllt und 3 Lokale direkt am Strand vorhanden. Das Naturschutzgebiet liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist sehr schön, viele Flamingos und andere Vögel. Größere Discounter (Aldi, Lidl, ect.) per Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Ort selbst hat auch kleinere Geschäfte, Pizzeria, Café, Lebensmittel usw., zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten. Für Kinder ist in der Nähe nichts, außer das Naturschutzgebiet, Pool, Strand. Wir waren zu zweit von März bis Anfang April dort (4 Wochen), in dieser Zeit war es sehr ruhig dort. Gerne fahren wir dort wieder hin.
