Accommodations very comfortable for our family of six. Very quiet location. Checking in at night could use better lighting for entire complex. Numbers on condos impossible to see once the sun goes down. Bring a flash light.

Check in, parking and instructions were clear. Lots of start up items, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags. Beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were good. Some could use replacing but all that was needed was provided. 4 new beach chairs are on the lanai which was a huge bonus for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the place and would highly recommended.

It was a relaxing 2 days for our family as we were able to walk along the beaches one morning and spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center just15 minutes away. 2 couples were in the bedrooms, my adult nephew was in the upper room with twin beds and I slept on the sofa bed which was fine for 2 nights. We enjoyed the pool right out our door. Very clean and comfortable indoor furniture and a very pleasant spot on the patio for coffee and bird watching. The place will cool down enough with open windows and doors and the AC cooled off the living room for sleeping one night. Nearest grocery stores are 10-15 minutes either direction (though one is in a 'dry' town so no alcohol purchases). Rooms are as pictured on the site.

Helena's condo was perfect for our family of four. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, convenient to the pool and the property walking paths. Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!

This property was as advertised, and is a great location. A short ten minute walk from the turtle bay resort, which has good dining options and a public beach, and within a 10-15 minute drive of some other beautiful beaches for the family. Very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay. The air conditioning was great...it was spacious and accommodated my husband and I and 2 of our adult children. The chairs for the beach were brand new, and beach towels for all. Kitchen was well stocked. This was a fiftieth anniversary trip and our other children staying in other condos thought ours was the best for price and space! Thanks Aimee and Jason!

The Good: Excellent location, well stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and paper towels, brand new beach chairs (4), nice cooler for day trips, free parking, tile on bottom floor, pretty view on the deck, AC in living room and upstairs bedroom excellent. The Bad: Ants in the bathrooms (I would suggest Talstar to eliminate) kitchen cabinets need good cleaning inside and out, Tub in downstairs bath drains so slowly you have to take a shower in standing water (gross), no fan in downstairs bath, upstairs carpet stained, AC unit in downstairs bedroom never cooled the room at 72 degrees, which is the max you can set it for according to directions, Living room furniture not sufficient for 4 adults, no TV's in bedrooms (my fault for not checking the listing carefully, but we usually expect to have them on vacation), deck covered with bird poop. No place is perfect, but this unit could be fantastic with attention to a few details.

This condo itself is great! Checks most boxes, was VERY clean n location worked. The beach was a bit of a walk. It was fine for us as we’re a very active family but it may not be good for everyone. It’s almost a full mile from door to beach. Kitchen could use some things to help make your stay better such as Tupperware, there is NONE! The fridge door (left side) is broken n gets annoying to close with a hassle every time. The pantry is full of pans therefore you either reorganize or don’t have anywhere to put any of your food. The upstairs shower does not have a trim so floor gets soaked n slippery. Downstairs shower…..ugh the curtain, takes up 75% of the shower n touches you the entire time (& drains slow). The master light don’t work (wires still out from previous review n no cover) there are lamps but it’s dim. Thankfully the fan works awesome. Make sure to read the rules of the condos/resort not just for the one you’re staying in as they have MANY rules that we had not known about….such as the pool AND any common areas close at 9, security kicks you out (& they are super rude)! This was not kool for us as we had many family/friends staying at the same condos and couldn’t hang out past 9. Had we known this prior to booking we wouldn’t have stayed at these condos. There are also many rules that have very large fees so make sure you read them all before booking! The resort itself is not well lit n it’s hard to see! Overall not bad but know before you go!

Listing stated new furniture, but the main level bedroom king bed had right and left side dips. The barstools in the kitchen were almost worn through on the backs. The listing also said there were beach chairs, but one seat was ripped and the other was rusty. The downstairs bathroom didn't have a fan which lead to higher humidity. It was nice to have use of the washer and dryer, but they ran very loud and made it hard to sleep if you needed to do laundry in the evening. Cooling unit in main bedroom ran warm. Sugar ants found in kitchen, dwn bath and on nightstand in loft. (I know these are pretty hard to get rid of, didn't bother us, but worth noting). We were able to secure beach chairs and everything else went smoothly. Having two bathrooms was great! The back deck was nice too, overlooking the golf course. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beach towels and big cooler available. Pool was refreshing and clean. Parking was right out front, easy access to condo after ascending a flight of stairs. Beautiful plumeria trees on grounds. Quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors. Great location to visit north shore and Laie.

To start with the good. Initial communication was good and owner was flexible when we needed to shift dates and expand our stay by a day. The community and unit were beautiful on the surface. Unfortunately, the positive vibes stop there. My family is allergic to mold and you could smell the scent as soon as you walk in. The upstairs mini-split was okay but the main downstairs and bedroom units were full of mold. We brought this to the owner's attention and agreed to give it another night with the units off and reach back out if we needed to adjust. This turned out to be insufficient. We woke up itchy from the mold and hot from turning the A/C off the next morning and decided we needed to check out early. The owner was unreachable. We sent pictures of the mold, ants and baby roaches to the owner and have tried to reach out many times since our stay, giving the benefit of the doubt around the holidays. If you aren't allergic to mold and can look past the bugs, the location is very nice. If you are allergic, or are grossed out by bugs......KEEP LOOKING!

I would never rent this place for the price, it wasn’t worth it. It was also really dirty had hair in the drains the drains would get clogged just gross! The light fixture above the bed was hanging so ir afraid it might fall on you while sleeping. We didn’t have hot water bc the heater switch was turned off!!

A couple of minor comments. (1) The WiFi didn't work (the box itself didn't have power). (2) Could use a deep cleaning...for example the grout was pretty black. Otherwise, the place was great and was a good value!

The location was great for exploring the North Shore and spending time on the Turtle Bay beach/grounds. Nice trails near the beach. The unit was very homey feeling, nice lanai with views of the golf course. The beach chairs are all rusted and almost unusable. The condo was clean upon arrival but throughout our stay there were pests; a lizard, millipede and unfortunately a roach in the upstairs bathroom on our last night there. Only disclosing this in case this is a deal breaker for you. If they could seal up the windows properly and address the issue this place would be perfect. The A/C units upstairs and in the primary room downstairs don’t work. It does feel at least 10 degrees warmer in those rooms. Minimal communication from hosts. No response to my questions that I sent before checking in.

The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private half bath if folks are sharing the loft. While bugs did get in from having the windows open the unit itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that they had a few things we could use at the beach so we didn't have to rent or purchase. Pre-trip the instructions and info they gave us was very helpful for our arrival. We used some of their recommendations. Overall, a great stay!

Quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors. Great location to visit north shore and Laie.

We had a great stay, this is a nice quiet location close to everything on the other side of Ohau. The condo is equiped well enough that we were able to do some cooking and hang out after dark comfortably. It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys included as well. We would for sure stay here again.

It was a relaxing 2 days for our family as we were able to walk along the beaches one morning and spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center just15 minutes away. 2 couples were in the bedrooms, my adult nephew was in the upper room with twin beds and I slept on the sofa bed which was fine for 2 nights. We enjoyed the pool right out our door. Very clean and comfortable indoor furniture and a very pleasant spot on the patio for coffee and bird watching. The place will cool down enough with open windows and doors and the AC cooled off the living room for sleeping one night. Nearest grocery stores are 10-15 minutes either direction (though one is in a 'dry' town so no alcohol purchases). Rooms are as pictured on the site.

The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private half bath if folks are sharing the loft. While bugs did get in from having the windows open the unit itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

The chairs for the beach were brand new, and beach towels for all. Kitchen was well stocked. This was a fiftieth anniversary trip and our other children staying in other condos thought ours was the best for price and space! Thanks Aimee and Jason!

This condo was amazing. Lots of room, lots of equipment in the kitchen, nice beds. We had two children with us. One did fall backwards down the very steep stairs to the loft. So be careful!!! Lots of beach toys.

This condo itself is great! Checks most boxes, was VERY clean n location worked. The beach was a bit of a walk. It was fine for us as we’re a very active family but it may not be good for everyone. It’s almost a full mile from door to beach. Kitchen could use some things to help make your stay better such as Tupperware, there is NONE! The fridge door (left side) is broken n gets annoying to close with a hassle every time. The pantry is full of pans therefore you either reorganize or don’t have anywhere to put any of your food. The upstairs shower does not have a trim so floor gets soaked n slippery. Downstairs shower…..ugh the curtain, takes up 75% of the shower n touches you the entire time (& drains slow). The master light don’t work (wires still out from previous review n no cover) there are lamps but it’s dim. Thankfully the fan works awesome. Make sure to read the rules of the condos/resort not just for the one you’re staying in as they have MANY rules that we had not known about….such as the pool AND any common areas close at 9, security kicks you out (& they are super rude)! This was not kool for us as we had many family/friends staying at the same condos and couldn’t hang out past 9. Had we known this prior to booking we wouldn’t have stayed at these condos. There are also many rules that have very large fees so make sure you read them all before booking! The resort itself is not well lit n it’s hard to see! Overall not bad but know before you go!

To start with the good. Initial communication was good and owner was flexible when we needed to shift dates and expand our stay by a day. The community and unit were beautiful on the surface. Unfortunately, the positive vibes stop there. My family is allergic to mold and you could smell the scent as soon as you walk in. The upstairs mini-split was okay but the main downstairs and bedroom units were full of mold. We brought this to the owner's attention and agreed to give it another night with the units off and reach back out if we needed to adjust. This turned out to be insufficient. We woke up itchy from the mold and hot from turning the A/C off the next morning and decided we needed to check out early. The owner was unreachable. We sent pictures of the mold, ants and baby roaches to the owner and have tried to reach out many times since our stay, giving the benefit of the doubt around the holidays. If you aren't allergic to mold and can look past the bugs, the location is very nice. If you are allergic, or are grossed out by bugs......KEEP LOOKING!

Check in, parking and instructions were clear. Lots of start up items, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags. Beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were good. Some could use replacing but all that was needed was provided. 4 new beach chairs are on the lanai which was a huge bonus for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the place and would highly recommended.

The location was great for exploring the North Shore and spending time on the Turtle Bay beach/grounds. Nice trails near the beach. The unit was very homey feeling, nice lanai with views of the golf course. The beach chairs are all rusted and almost unusable. The condo was clean upon arrival but throughout our stay there were pests; a lizard, millipede and unfortunately a roach in the upstairs bathroom on our last night there. Only disclosing this in case this is a deal breaker for you. If they could seal up the windows properly and address the issue this place would be perfect. We stayed a week at this property with our 3 kids, ages 18, 14, and 11 and it was just what we were looking for! It is a great location if you are planning to have a vehicle and travel around like we did. We wanted a safe, chill area for home base while we were traveling all over the island. It had everything we needed and the kids liked that they had their own space/bathroom. We never turned on the AC as we opened the big sliders and the weather was perfect! The pool was great for when some of the family wanted to chill but others wanted to get out. We did use some of the beach items that were available. They definitely need an upgrade as a lot was old or broken but it got the job done and we didnt have to buy anything extra which was a plus! Tons of great beaches for all kinds of activities close by if you're driving and the resort has some great ones too if you just want to walk. There was an ant problem as soon as we arrived and we did only keep a few items it the microwave and fridge and kept everything tidy. The microwave still didnt protect the items. A few other bugs too. Nothing we couldn't handle as we are from a desert and understand in some conditions its just how it is sometimes. Aimee was great the whole time. Superb communication! Randy was great too, very helpful and accommodating to our needs if we had any! Sounds like they had an exterminator come. Just a hiccup in our stay. It was clean but could use a deep clean. Overall great and would stay again.

Well-appointed unit with view out over a golf course. As vacationers from a big city and coming immediately from a stay on Waikiki, we appreciated the quiet! (And the separation of upstairs/downstairs bedrooms.) Kitchen was great for preparing most of our meals. There are walking trails and the small beach at the Resort that were fun to explore, but mostly used as a base for exploring the whole North Shore. Though common these days, the only seating for eating, etc. was on high stools at breakfast bar and lanai table -- uncomfortable for older folks with mild mobility limitations. A few cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom were disconcerting, despite being scrupulous about food storage and after-meals cleanup as warned, but not a major problem. One overhead light/fan fixture was non-functioning. Owner responded to questions within several hours.

Location is perfect and everything you could want on the north shore is within 20min. Beach towels and chairs while there. The hosts are very responsive. There was a small ant problem and they were very responsive and even called me to help get someone professional in the condo to fix it. I have never had a host call me so it was very reassuring that the problem would be fixed. Overall was an amazing stay!

The condo was in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that they had a few things we could use at the beach so we didn't have to rent or purchase. The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private half bath if folks are sharing the loft. While bugs did get in from having the windows open the unit itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was as advertised, and is a great location. A short ten minute walk from the turtle bay resort, which has good dining options and a public beach, and within a 10-15 minute drive of some other beautiful beaches for the family. Very happy with our stay!

What an amazing place to get the chance to stay! This condo was perfect for traveling with young children for the safety of the resort, spacious layout, and the cooler and toys available for us to use during our stay. We enjoyed the nearby fruit farm stand, bay for swimming and playing at the beach, and the walking/running trails. The condo itself was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private laundry machines and we used the kitchen daily. I certainly hope to stay here again for my next visit to Oahu's North Shore!

This condo itself is great! Checks most boxes, was VERY clean n location worked. The beach was a bit of a walk. It was fine for us as we’re a very active family but it may not be good for everyone. It’s almost a full mile from door to beach. Kitchen could use some things to help make your stay better such as Tupperware, there is NONE! The fridge door (left side) is broken n gets annoying to close with a hassle every time. The pantry is full of pans therefore you either reorganize or don’t have anywhere to put any of your food. The upstairs shower does not have a trim so floor gets soaked n slippery. Downstairs shower…..ugh the curtain, takes up 75% of the shower n touches you the entire time (& drains slow). The master light don’t work (wires still out from previous review n no cover) there are lamps but it’s dim. Thankfully the fan works awesome. Make sure to read the rules of the condos/resort not just for the one you’re staying in as they have MANY rules that we had not known about….such as the pool AND any common areas close at 9, security kicks you out (& they are super rude)! This was not kool for us as we had many family/friends staying at the same condos and couldn’t hang out past 9. Had we known this prior to booking we wouldn’t have stayed at these condos. There are also many rules that have very large fees so make sure you read them all before booking! The resort itself is not well lit n it’s hard to see! Overall not bad but know before you go!

We had an excellent time while we were there and the condo was just as described online. Everything has been freshly updated and was an excellent shape. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts we're very attentive on any requests needed. We have rented in one or two condos just neighboring this one and by far this was the best experience we have had thus far and will definitely rent again. If you are a family or individual in need of a good condo this is definitely for you

We really enjoyed the resort grounds and the easy access to the beach. The restaurants at the resort were good but limited. The North Shore is a remote area so access to surrounding areas can be tricky with the traffic.

We had a great stay, this is a nice quiet location close to everything on the other side of Ohau. The condo is equiped well enough that we were able to do some cooking and hang out after dark comfortably. It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys included as well. We would for sure stay here again.

Helena's condo was perfect for our family of four. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, convenient to the pool and the property walking paths. Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!

Well-appointed unit with view out over a golf course. As vacationers from a big city and coming immediately from a stay on Waikiki, we appreciated the quiet! (And the separation of upstairs/downstairs bedrooms.) Kitchen was great for preparing most of our meals. There are walking trails and the small beach at the Resort that were fun to explore, but mostly used as a base for exploring the whole North Shore. Though common these days, the only seating for eating, etc. was on high stools at breakfast bar and lanai table -- uncomfortable for older folks with mild mobility limitations. A few cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom were disconcerting, despite being scrupulous about food storage and after-meals cleanup as warned, but not a major problem. One overhead light/fan fixture was non-functioning. Owner responded to questions within several hours.

Loved the view over the golf course. Had all the things needed to really make this a destination for families. We were out and about a lot and didn’t really use the amenities of the condo we did enjoy the Turtle Bay hiking and restaurants.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay. The air conditioning was great...it was spacious and accommodated my husband and I and 2 of our adult children. The chairs for the beach were brand new, and beach towels for all. Kitchen was well stocked. This was a fiftieth anniversary trip and our other children staying in other condos thought ours was the best for price and space! Thanks Aimee and Jason!

Everything about this Condo was nice. The only thing that we had to report was the leaking A/c unit up in the loft. Everythimg else was stellar and we csnt wait to return. We loved the lanai which overlooked the golf course. It was besutiful & serene
