Great hub for accessing assorted galleries, bars, restaurants, Arts Academy, etc. Unit is modern, comfortably furnished, and modestly appointed. This area is mid-gentrification, so be sure you are comfortable with an urban setting before booking, and note that there is not an elevator (unit is on the 3rd floor). I appreciated the white noise machines in the bedrooms, and quick guide for local places of note to visit. The recommended garage was close & easy to access, and there's a Kroger in the same building. I didn't have problems, but noise transfer through the floor from the above unit could be a dealbreaker for some. I very much appreciated that I wasn't asked to clean before I left!

Liked the location and the space. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Coffee Emporium and some other nearby restaurants especially on Elm Street. Nearby grocery is also convenient. Secure parking a block away.

Perfect location for bars, restaurants, streetcar access, and other distractions. Only detractor was the construction taking place just under our windows, somewhat annoying but certainly not the fault of the owners. Lobby area (1st floor) resembled more of a back lot at Lowes lumber but the unit itself was excellent. Great kitchen, showers, and comfortable beds. Would stay again, no question.

We were staying in town for an FC Cincinnati game and wanted a place close to a connector station. There are two very close which was great for getting to and from the game. Communication and check in instructions were quick and clear. The apartment is a great size and very nice. Very little outside noise and just a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Parking is close in the new Kroger pay lot and with the connector, you don’t need your car once you arrive. We unloaded then parked and enjoyed our time. If I ever need a nice place close to downtown and Over the Rhine, I’ll be back.

Beautifully decorated, clean and situated right downtown. Cons/ it’s up 3 flights of stairs and the neighborhood is very loud at night. They combated this with a sound machine in the bedroom which I appreciated. I loved the character of the place and the bed was very comfy. 5⭐️

Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

On the 3rd floor with no elevator. The condo was nice and clean, but getting our stuff up there was difficult. I tried to call the host because we were having trouble checking in and he never did call me back. Would not stay here again.

We came to have some time together. We loved the apartment and having 2 beds 2 baths was wonderful. Perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean; the hosts thought of everything. Location was terrific and we enjoyed walking to all our destinations. The welcome book had great restaurant recommendations. Communication was very easy and our one question was quickly answered. Would definitely recommend!

Appeared to be black mold in walk in shower. Either that or it was grout. Shower floor felt slimy and hadn’t been scrubbed. Quiet hours were suppose to be 9am to 9pm, no one abided by it. Whiskers coming from under sink from previous tenants. Had streaming tv but no instructions on how to use it. Overall interior needs attention many floor boards had holes. No toilet paper holders

Clean comfortable 3rd floor apartment downtown Cincinnati. conveniently located near several restaurants/bars. Kortni was friendly and very helpful before/during our stay. Short uber ride to riverbend music center. FYI early morning dumpster pick up is pretty loud but i wouldn't let that keep me from an other stay.

What a fun couple nights in Cincy! The entry has a creepy back alley feel to, and theres the creaky stairway, all leading to an amazing property. Once inside the exposed brick adds so much character. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Could ask for a better location as far as access to the Connector loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

This is a great property. It has a fun feel to it with hardwood floors in the living area and modern rooms and bathrooms. It is in walking distance to Vine Street for great restaurants and also Music Hall.

We had a fantastic visit. Location is in the heart of otr; tram is around the corner, easy walk to TQL; easy to take transit to Findley Mkt. The place was clean, stocked with all items necessary to hang out, everything was as stated. The pull out sofa bed was a lil uncomfy, but an air mattress in on site! The nightlife noise was expected, so we brought a box fan. We would stay here again! Thanks!

Nice property with big beautiful windows and brick walls in a great location. Steps going up to property are many and steep and it’s a bit loud due to the Bar below and general city noise, however, it was easy to get to and the location was centralized to many great activities.

We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right through it. There is a white noise machine in the bedrooms, if you are not used to sleeping in an apartment/city noises...you probably should use it....and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing it. Overall it is a great location, well appointed apartment, and I would stay here again.

The apartment is a fantastic city retreat with its converted-warehouse feel. We parked the car once and walked everywhere — saw amazing sights and had great food. Would definitely stay here again! We had made an error in our booking and the host made it right with no hassle.

Decided to arrive in the city a day early. Had an issue with the hotel we booked. Contacted Dan the host, he answered his phone and quickly got us a response. We were traveling with small children, and every concern we had was easily accommodated. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Liked the location and the space. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Coffee Emporium and some other nearby restaurants especially on Elm Street. Nearby grocery is also convenient. Secure parking a block away.

What a fun couple nights in Cincy! The entry has a creepy back alley feel to, and theres the creaky stairway, all leading to an amazing property. Once inside the exposed brick adds so much character. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Could ask for a better location as far as access to the Connector loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

We were staying in town for an FC Cincinnati game and wanted a place close to a connector station. There are two very close which was great for getting to and from the game. Communication and check in instructions were quick and clear. The apartment is a great size and very nice. Very little outside noise and just a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Parking is close in the new Kroger pay lot and with the connector, you don’t need your car once you arrive. We unloaded then parked and enjoyed our time. If I ever need a nice place close to downtown and Over the Rhine, I’ll be back.

This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home! Walked to TQL stadium for a game and also walked to Great American Ballpark. Plenty of places to eat and get treats for the kids within short walk. Plenty of space to kick back and relax back at the place. Accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Took daughter and three of her friends to celebrate her birthday and obtaining her advanced degree. Location was perfect - walk to everywhere - coffee shops, Washington Park, Findley Market, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Everything needed on site. Great beds, roomy bathrooms, nice amenities, and even air mattress was comfy. Clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was walkable and full of great restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Our host had wonderful recommendations for local spots to eat. We attended a Reds game and the Cincinnati Zoo. Both were amazing experiences. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the trash pickup right outside our window early each morning. That’s what comes with staying in the city. The location and comfort of the apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right through it. There is a white noise machine in the bedrooms, if you are not used to sleeping in an apartment/city noises...you probably should use it....and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing it. Overall it is a great location, well appointed apartment, and I would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Close to the casino and an easy drive to the Riverbend music theater. Great for 3-4 adults. Would not recommend sleeping on the pullout couch or air mattress. Check out is simple, no elaborate cleanup required.
