Honestamente, el tema en esta experiencia en Casa Realm, fue la limpieza. Mis sábanas estaban sucias, las toallas del baño igual, el baño se sentía sucio y además, estaba lleno de hormigas.

Me alegró mucho escoger Casa Realm para pasar mi fin de semana. El lugar está muy bonito y todo estaba muy limpio. Está ubicado en una calle con muchísimas opciones para comer y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. La atención que recibí también fue excelente.

Location: it was very close to center on a street where it was safe to walk and near restaurants and cute shops. Staff: the only person on premises who cleans the rooms was nice. Hotel: I don't know if I missed reading where it says NO staff on site that means NO front desk on site just NO one! They give you a code to open front door and get the room key from a box near front. I don't think I liked that idea because tv in our didn't work what if I needed from them. Room: was ok, but the tv did not work we had to watch YouTube videos. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. They let me put my luggage in a small storage room until my tiny room was clean. When I called they answered right away.The hotel does look like in the pictures. If I had to stay longer then 1 night I would not recommend.

When I arrived, there was just a third of a roll of toilet paper (for a 10 day stay), no soap, no shampoo, just a small paper basket in the bathroom which was empieed just once when I asked. There is a restaurant next door which is very noisy on weekends (I was there for 2 weekends) until 5:00 a.m.!!!!! I think it was the workers lingering after they close. Found nail clippings after they had supposedly "cleaned" the room on 8th day of stay
