Excellent stay! Check in very easy staff was very friendly all around. Would highly recommend anyone to stay! Breakfast was great. Pool was clean which was one of my main points of choosing to stay there for my granddaughter to enjoy and that she did! Overall it was a great experience!

The property was top notch. Rooms were clean and quiet. Gym and pool were very well maintained. Oddly, there are some ringing chimes outside coming from the north side of the building. A clerk said it was from some nearby trains. They were melodic but unusual. Our deskman, Hunter Bowman, was great as well as Trisch from housekeeping. Overall, it is a really nice place to stay!

Hot water a little quick to run out around 9am or so…typical, but unfortunate. Complimentary bottled waters at check-in. Asked for late check out the night before. Was told the latest they could extend was noon. Website and check-in itinerary listed it as noon. Desk person said, “no, it’s 11:00.” So I got my checkout extended until the time I expected anyway. Need to have a team member meeting about check out time, or correct website/itinerary message. Unfortunate, again…not enough to keep me from going back, but enough to make you go, “hmmmm.” Overall, very pleased. Just confirm any questions you may have…don’t assume.

Room was nice and clean. The overall hotel appearance was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Parking was adequate for handicap vehicles. The pool was the biggest hit with the little one. Will add this location to my places to stay when in Avon.

The hotel was very clean and organized, staff was super freindly and the area felt safe. Close to shopping and all the best eateries. The cons, beds were very hard. So me personally i didnt get good sleep. But you may like a firmer bed. The pool was indoor which is great but 1 it was very small. 3 good strides and your at the other end. 4ft was the deepest so its more of a wading pool than anything and NO hot tub. Also it was salt water. So accompany that with dry soap for showers you get the idea. Breakfast was standard hotel food waffle marker was the best they had going for it. But it wasnt kept stock we had to wait 10 minutes for them to refill the syrup so the kids could eat their waffels. But if your looking for a safe clean hotel this is the place for you. But we will try the Marriott across the street next year when we come back to Indianapolis.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Avon. The facility was clean, and the staff were all very friendly. Minus one star due to the pervasive cost saving trend of not offering daily housekeeping. Perhaps I'm crazy, but I feel a daily room refresh is appropriate when I pay $450 per night (no, I'm not crazy for paying $450 for a room at the Hampton Inn--it was Indy 500 weekend).

The room was dirty! A half empty water bottle on the floor, a penny and dirt on the floor. The tub was gross!!!! The carpet on the side of the bed had crumbs on it. Not staying here again!

I stayed at this hotel from Friday evening through Wednesday morning. I was told upon checking in that housekeeping services were every other day so they would be in on Sunday, make bed, empty trash etc. I put a few things away Sunday morning thinking they would be in. When I returned that evening they had not been in. So I thought maybe Monday. Housekeeping did not come in one time during my stay. The trash was overflowing by the time I left and I ran out of toilet paper by Tuesday. Fortunately I had some small travel size TP rolls with me. Yes, I could have asked but should I have to? I don’t think so. I will not stay here again.

We have stayed at this location several times. It seems it has been newly renovated, everything was nice and clean and fresh. The only complaint is the breakfast hot food was cold. Not sure if the catering pans had a heating unit on them but the potatoes and eggs were cold. I should have searched for a microwave to heat my food!

Mixed review of this hotel. AVOID ROOM# 518 at all costs! I'll cover the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good breakfast options in a well layed out lobby. Really liked the make your own waffle station. 2. Hotel is faily new (3 or so years old) 3. Rooms were well layed out with lots of plugs and lights 4. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with 5. Location is great Cons: 1. We had booked a King Suite and were given a smaller room on the first day. Room# 518 should be avoided at all costs as the HVAC system is located right on top of it and it's as if there is a helicopter outside consistetly hovering over the roof. It's loud. The fridge also made loud noises. We asked for a room change and it wasn't done until the next day. 2. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis. Only when you check out. Had I known about this before, I would have booked elsewhere. Not a big deal but it's nice to have your room clean when you come back from a day of being out. 3. The pool is small and is about 3 to 4 ft deep. For the price, it's not worth it. Due to the shortcomings, I would look elsewhere.

My overall experience was good but I had a issue with noise from the room next to mine I was in room 306 but I could hear the person who was in room 308 at night. The door that apparently connects the 2 room did not keep noise out between the 2 rooms

I booked a 7-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Avon through Expedia (July 27 – August 3) for my family, including my daughter who uses a wheelchair and has special needs. Went to check in, was informed that they could not find my reservation for that night, but had me down for the next night, even though I had changed reservations over a week prior. The manager told me “that’s between you and Hotels.com. You need to contact them directly”. Then while I was outside trying to contact Hotels.com via telephone, over 10 minutes later, the manager came out and stated she had “found” the correct reservation after all. When I went back in, I was told that the manager had not looked in the right place.

We were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The room we had was very nice and comforting. Breakfast was good with selections of omelets,hard boiled eggs,waffles,sausage,oatmeal,cereals,fruits, milk, juices and the best coffee we have ever tasted at a stay. I would definitely recommend this location.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Only issue was breakfast was difficult because the food was not replaced as it went empty and we were left to go else where to eat due to having travel plans.
