After a not pleasant experience with my previous hotel decided to leave and for the last days stay in a better hotel. That was one of the best decisions in my Thailand’s trip. The room was AMAZING with whatever you can imagine inside. The pool, spa and perfect beautiful gym. The view of my room in 17ty was perfect and it was close to everything. Do recommend whoever want to have a great time to check this hotel out

The room had windows that open for fresh air and a nice little balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named “Game” who operates the shuttle service and works at the front. Breakfast spread was more than enough and the sauna/onsen was a dream. Amazing.

My room was at high floor but facing nearby condo, very close. Happy to have onsen facility but service ends at 10pm, 9pm is last slot. A bit early. Breadfast was western and thai style with mini sushi bar. So far so good. Since the bed is comfortable and clean, we give 4*.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful- can’t fault them. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe, close to all the amenities such as the shops and BTS. Luckily, someone else had also written this in their review which was the deciding factor to book this hotel. The room was big and clean- the layout made it luxurious. Gym had sufficient equipment to do my workout; pool was clean but cold( I traveled in Dec during a cold spell in Bangkok). However, the staff were so accommodating and made the access to the onsen super easy to warm up. A very good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold Thai and international food available. For me, it was delicious and offered sufficient healthy selection. However, my friend felt it was expensive (for Thai standards)as it didn’t offer enough variety eg add sour dough bread, more yoghurt flavours, etc. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and have rebooked for my next stay.

This hotel really was amazing. It’s right at the centre of Bangkok and the shops and shopping malls are right around the corner. You can literally walk to the nearest station and shops. The location is absolutely amazing The hotel itself is very mordern yet classic. If you looking for a place to rest, luxuriate and recover from jet-lag this is the one. With its Japanese Onsen (which is separated by gender) Sauna, Pool and gym. This hotel really was an amazing stay for me. So much, that I even extended my stay for a couple more few nights. All staff is very friendly, helpful (extreme knowledge about possible events and attraction which are available to book around Bangkok and even other places in Thailand) and welcoming every time. Brands and Coco were extremely helpful with all my enquires and questions. The room itself, was absolutely amazing the bed was super comfortable. The sheets super soft yet firm which made it hard to stay awake. The bathroom and the toilet was what sold me when booking as I really am a clean freak and like to take my time getting ready. The lighting option and big mirror were amazing. With high tech Japanese style toilet. Breakfast was very nice and fresh with different varieties such as continental, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine. You can even asked for specific things to be prepared in front of you by the many cooks. Overall you really get an amazing experience in the hotel. Cons: personal nothing.

Beautiful entrance, gorgeous pool, onsen, sauna and nice gym. Friendly spa/gym manager Kris was great! Spacious rooms/units with combo washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed, large bathrooms. There are plates, pots etc supplied but only spoons.. no cutlery can be supplied we were told. One drink per stay was really miserly tho.. only choices were two cheap beer, pop or coffee or two! Not even one cocktail. Staff were lovely! Friendly housekeepers, happy to supply whatever we needed. Reception friendly and helpful…Kace among others. Employee Am was kind enough to make colour copies of something we needed and came to our room twice to deliver them. Doormen and security also very friendly. Hotel is conveniently located in the Sukhumvit area.

Overall, it's fair. Some staffs were very helpful, but the other were not. The hotel was new and clean, but maintenance was poor, the whole bathrooms smell like sewage. Never solved... Linens were worn out... and Smoking area was above the swimming pool, so it's not good for kids to play in the pool, some even smoked marijuana there...

Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Nice and convenient location that’s off the main road. Generally clean, but there were some spots of mold in the shower grout. The lounge chair in the room was useful but starting to show wear and tear in its structural stability. TV remote was not very responsive and was a bit of a nuisance since the tv turns on automatically everytime I returned to the room.

Although this hotel is only one year old, the room is not as clean as expected. Finger and hand prints can be found almost everywhere and dusty. Not sure because of the materials or type of woods that could not be easily kept clean? The white sofa bed/chair had a dark stain on it. Must say that the room is very spacious and the shower pressure is really good. BTW, the breakfast is average and could be improved.

Wir waren schon öfter in Bangkok in unterschiedlichen Hotels, das SILQ Hotel hat uns als bisher einziges auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und der Checkin lief sehr angenehm und schnell ab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer, welches top ausgestattet war. Super ist auch die Küchenzeile und die Waschmaschine. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Toilette, die auf japanischen Niveau ist. Das Bett war ungelogen das bequemste, auf dem ich je geschlafen haben, wie auf Wolken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und bietet für alle Geschmäcker passende Gerichte. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll, zum Teil auch überdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen trocken bleibt ;-) Das Gym ist mit nagelneuen und hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, nur ein klassisches Laufband fehlt leider. Es gibt nur ein Assault Band. Die Lage fanden wir ebenfalls ideal, nur wenige Minuten von der BTS und der Sukhumvit Road entfernt. Wir können das SILQ Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

I stayed in an Executive Suite at SilQ Residence and Hotel, and it was exceptional. The one-bedroom apartment-style room was spacious, well-designed, and had stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet convenient. Excellent amenities made it feel like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again. The moment I got off the taxi, I was welcomed by the receptionist and the concierge, Coco! Everyone (literally everyone!) has been so attentive to take care of me such as opening the car door, getting me drinks, and answering any questions. And Coco is probably the best concierge I've met. He knows what you need to know about Bangkok and recommends based on what you wanna do. He even arranged a massage session for you. The service is just spot-on! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The apartment was wonderful short of some supplies to self-clean in the kitchenette. Real letdown in bring luggage down from room on departure. Failed to bring down everything all placed together in the room for the purpose. Having to communicate directly to have important items returned.

Das SILQ Hotel And Residence ist ein erstklassiges Hotel mit exzellenten Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren besonders begeistert von unseren Zimmern, dem Pool und den beeindruckenden japanischen Toiletten. Das einzige, was fehlte, waren Eggs Benedict zum Frühstück. Abgesehen davon war unser Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir schätzen diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und planen, wiederzukommen.
