This hotel was clean, staff friendly and despite no internet ( out of their control we had a great stay. The pool area had a grill we were able to use for a team dinner. We are glad David got the pool going before we got there.

I chose this property under the impression that it was close to The Villages, but that was NOT the case. Despite that, the condition of the property was essentially "like new". The pool/jacuzzi worked perfectly and were like new. The staff was absolutely incredible!! Super polite, super helpful, and super friendly. Ever the breakfast was great, and the dining area was clean. Im extremely particular but was very happy with this site. One thing that I did dislike was that most of the patrons seemed to be out of state (or area) workers and the parking lot was full with large work trucks and some trailers. I did worry about my car being damaged, but fortunately that did not happen.

Beds are so comfortable though pillows set off my allergies so bad. Thankfully I always bring my own pillows. Breakfast was ok. Pool was nice and gym as well. Lots of options for dining out.

We chose this location specifically for the pool and hot tub that we could use while in the area since we have kids. The pool was closed and we had promised them swim time. The staff and hotel were great but no pool during the hot summer was a bummer for us so we left a day early.

It appeared older than we thought. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on carpet. Bloody stain on bed skirt. Stain on bathroom wall. Breakfast was sad with few options. Location was easily accessible. Staff was friendly. Glad it was only one night.

This is a seemingly brand new hotel, so it's mostly very clean and new. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The negative review is due to the fact that during our one-day staff - It was supposed to be two - there were bags of trash in the hallways and near the elevator that were never picked up. Even worse, was a used towel left outside of our room door that was never picked. We witnessed multiple hotel employees walk by the garbage and the towel without picking them up, and on multiple occasions. We said nothing because we wanted to see what would happen. This isn't a destination hotel, this is a place you stay for a night or two while doing something in the area, but we're not likely to stay there ever again due to this disregard for cleanliness. Again, new and otherwise clean property, with friendly staff. Just no sense from the management team about training their team to provide top notch customer service, which includes not leaving garbage and dirty towels in the hallway.

Front desk staff was great, but the room was dirty. No one cleaned the mirrors & the sink was dirty & had multiple hairs in it. There was hair in all of the towels. The curtains were taped together & the chaise was arranged so you'd be staring at a wall iyou sat on it

We arrived around 10pm and left after 15 min when we found small brown roaches in the room. We did not cause a scene and the front desk attendant was very understanding and kind. When I called the next day, after not hearing from the manager as promised, to ask how to start the refund process, I was told that although the manager was onsite, she was “too busy” to speak to me. The second time I called an hour later, the lady on the other end told me again the manager was too busy to talk to me and then hung up. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly at a hotel.

Since the bathroom doesn’t have proper ventilation, there is black mold in the bathroom towards the ceiling and on the wallpaper also underneath the desk area and in the kitchen/hallway area. Also, I understand it is Florida but I killed 5 spiders in one day. There may be a need for an exterminator to come out to the property.

The room was clean and comfortable. A very quiet hotel. Free parking. Pets are allowed, saw a few dogs at check out. There was a Dunkin Donuts off the parking lot. It was only 10 minutes to the Villages and shopping, both grocery and other shops. We had a free breakfast which was good. Standard kind with a good selection Did not use the pool, too cold. I would use them again for sure.

Overall, stay was OK. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, Our bedroom faced the parking lot and street and the traffic going by was noisy. The breakfast was not good but can be made better if there is adequate amount of breakfast items and quick replenishment of finished items.

The hotel is nice and close to I-75. The breakfast was good and very convenient. It was very quick to get on the turnpike from the hotel. The only problem was how firm the mattress in our room was. We both had difficulty sleeping and woke up in pain from the bed. We're older and overweight... So, this might not be an issue for others.

The shower control wasn’t working properly which meant I didn’t have time to take a shower before I left unfortunately there wasn’t time for them to fix it and have me be able to get out the door to my appointment hotel should always look at the controls of their showers their toilets and their sinks

The property seemed fairly new and really clean. The staff at check in was friendly. After checking out I discovered a deposit on my credit card I was asked to leave for $25 at check in for possible purchases in the lobby was charged $23. We purchased nothing. I called three times to get the charge removed and was told each time they would check their cameras. After the third time I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I never have received a call from anyone at the hotel to let me know anything and was never allowed to speak to a manager. Too bad we would have stayed here every time on our drive to Sarasota.

The staff at this hotel were awesome. Without getting into too much detail all that is needed to know is that the person working the counter when we checked in was great. Super clean and newer property with very friendly staff. Location is the best part. Right and the connection of the FL turnpike and i-75. Super convenient with gas stations and a Dunkin literally in the parking lot of the hotel.

“The Villages “ should not allow their name to be associated with this property. It’s not that close to it and the area it’s in is WAY different than the villages. If you’re expecting a “Villages” type vibe, do not stay here, I guess that’s the kindest way I can put it …. That being said the hotel was pretty clean and the rooms were pretty nice and the staff friendly - if you were transplant this hotel into a different city I would stay there again but I would not stay where it is located. Due to multiple factors wasn’t super comfortable

The toilet was not working when I arrived; I was tired so I didn’t feel like going back and forth about a toilet(does not flush at all). The breakfast wasn’t good. The sausage looked burnt and dry, the staff member got a paper bowl in front of me and didn’t let me go first to get a bowl for the oatmeal; the oatmeal was not good.

Great hotel. Very clean. Perfect location for an Orlando vacation when checking into Orlando the next day. One issue, the complimentary breakfast was very poor. The gravy for the biscuits was awful and the turkey sausage had bone pieces in it. I should have gotten a bowl of cereal or prepackaged muffin. The hot items were very poor quality. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone and don’t let the breakfast stop you from choosing this wonderful hotel.

The hotel was clean, there were a couple faded stains on the fitted sheet to one of the beds that must not have come out completely after laundering them. The only complaint I really had was that at 7:45 am the breakfast was completely picked over on Saturday morning. We had to go out and purchase breakfast that morning. On Sunday morning we arrived early and the selection was much better. They were actually restocking the breakfast food on Sunday.

This place was a great stay overall. Clean, comfortable, and nice inside. I usually stay at hotels with a free breakfast included and this place did not disappoint! They have a pancake maker, cinnamon rolls served hot and fresh, a toaster, and more. I will say that the earlier you go for breakfast the better stuff they have available. For example the first day we ate breakfast super early like within 15 mins of it opening and they had delicious sausage links, whole eggs with yolks and everything, sausage gravy and biscuits, omg it was literally heaven. But then the next day we went later closer to the middle/end of breakfast and there was barely anything good left and they had different selections like there wasn't biscuits and gravy it was soggy scrambled eggs and instead of the amazing sausage links it was dry turkey sausage patties which just weren't as good. They definitley try to clean up the breakfast early at least when we went which was a Wednesday & Thursday so if you want a 10/10 breakfast here go early!
