Pretty quiet neighborhood. House was super clean and beautiful. I loved that it had no stairs and good parking and air conditioning. Beautiful view and relaxing outside deck.

We first walked into the house a few minutes after 4:00 p.m., to be greeted by one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. There is a great view from the back of the house. The layout is roomy, the furnishings are very nice and comfortable (the master bed is soooo comfy), and the kitchen is well-equipped. The smart TV worked great with our streaming apps (we watched Barbie :-)). The location, across from the Community College, is ideal for walks, and we even walked over to the Astra Lumina display one night - very handy. All in all, we were quite pleased with our stay a High Point Guest House and would like to stay there again. Two very tiny comments - the toilet paper holders, especially in the master bathroom, fall apart easily (just an minor inconvenience), and we could not locate any just plain water glasses. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for an extremely pleasant stay.

Our stay at the high point guest house was very nice. The house was clean, neat and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were traveling with an elderly family member the only issue was the steep driveway in the rain.

The guest house is in a safe neighborhood near a local college and park. Top floor of a 3-story multi unit building. Lots of amenities included such as cooking utentils, TV and deck. Was perfect for a night between airport & cruise port. Most of unit is newly renovated. Area is safe, has one reserved parking spot & near to 7-11 and some local restaurants. We ordered food to the house with no problems. Only caveat is those afraid of heights might find the walkway and deck high up for their tastes.

Nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. We had easy access to the Ferry to Seattle. There were local stores for us to purchase food to prepare at the guest house. We would stay again when we return to Seattle in the future.

We needed a mobility friendly place. This satisfied that need. The only challenge was the driveway which had about a 25 degree downhill slant. Otherwise, the apartment was easy. Very clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The house was perfect. Great kitchen with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view from the deck. Very responsive management. We needed new batteries for TV remote and someone was there within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again.

Great property. Liked the access to major attractions in Seattle. Very clean, nice view but the weather did not allow us to access the deck on the evening we were home. Comfortable beds. Worked well for 4 adults traveling together

We stayed here for the night before our cruise. Perfect to stay after arriving from the airport. We were able to check in early (thank you!). This place could not be cleaner - and very comfortable. Thanks for making the start to our vacation so great.

They got us early check in which was great. Either the cleaner or spray was way too strong. We had to Open all the windows and hang outside for a while before it tamed down. They already sent me a please review thing stinky do we get free refills?

When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌

My family (husband, sons 11 &13 and I) absolutely adored staying here. The interior is bright and beautifully appointed, the beds incredibly comfortable, but what is the best feature is the porch with the beautiful view. There’s a small college across the street and the light coming in the windows at night is pretty bright, but otherwise the neighborhood is fairly quaint and quiet. The only ‘problem’ we had was figuring out how the heating/AV system worked, but the contact person responded quickly to our messages and we figured it out. Will certainly be staying here again!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The porch overlooks West Seattle, with a mountain peak on the horizon. About a 20-25 minute drive to the Space Needle, Chihuly, Pop Culture Museum, and Pike Place. About a 15 minute drive to Lumen Field (great stadium tour!). About a 25 minute drive to the airport. So very conveniently located. Clean, nice floor plan, safe. Property maintenance company called and texted me back almost immediately after I reached out to them with a question.

A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. The view from the upper patio was beautiful. Only suggestion I would have is maybe a couple of standing fans for those of us that run a bit warmer while sleeping. If you want the heat on, you have to have all units on heat and even with it down to the lowest setting, a couple of us were still quite warm in bed without much airflow from the ceiling units. To be fair, we didn't contact anyone to request one, so they may have had them available.

Perfect get away to explore Seattle! Very clean! Quiet neighborhood. Check in was super easy. We had a fantastic time here! Only complaint would be the light that comes in through the blinds at night(nothing an eye mask can't fix though!)😊

My family of 6 stayed here 2 nights and we have to say Wow! We were not sure when we pulled up and saw the outside. It's ok, but the nice surprise was the totally remodeled inside! They did such an amazing job on the remodel. All the appliances and furniture were very nice. Bathrooms were amazing-jetted shower with rain head in master along with heated mirrors. The beds were very comfy and soft and each room had its own AC. Nice outside balcony to relax and enjoy sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, stylish and convenient to downtown — what more could you ask for? The house is recently renovated and is pleasantly decorated, has multiple big beds for couples and is in a good location. It was perfect for our large family group of three couples. Wonderful back deck under a giant big-leafed maple tree. Quick Uber to T-Mobile Stadium, Pioneer Square and the aquarium. Across the street from the house is a large, gorgeous public garden and trails through wooded areas. We asked for an early check-in because we were attending a wedding that day, and they were nice about trying to accommodate us. Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed the Gardens right across the street. Walked safely to the restaurant suggested in your stay manual. We did have a challenge with setting the temperature, but we figured it out and it worked well. Uber worked best for transportation. I had researched public transportation, but it was too challenging, so we went with the uber. Reasonable prices and quick service. Communication by text went very well. Thank you. We would return to your property as it had all we needed.

They got us early check in which was great. Either the cleaner or spray was way too strong. We had to Open all the windows and hang outside for a while before it tamed down. They already sent me a please review thing stinky do we get free refills?

The house was perfect. Great kitchen with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view from the deck. Very responsive management. We needed new batteries for TV remote and someone was there within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again.

I chose this listing of High point guest house was fist because the house layout as one level rental. My mom has mobility issues, and the property works perfectly for her as well as our family of 4. Friendly cleaning staff during our check in, plus super helpful listing manager. Long story short, my dad experienced health issues during our stay, and the listing manager was working with us and extended our stay with great patience. Overall, convenient and quiet neighborhood, comfortable setting, super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

Great property. Liked the access to major attractions in Seattle. Very clean, nice view but the weather did not allow us to access the deck on the evening we were home. Comfortable beds. Worked well for 4 adults traveling together

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The porch overlooks West Seattle, with a mountain peak on the horizon. About a 20-25 minute drive to the Space Needle, Chihuly, Pop Culture Museum, and Pike Place. About a 15 minute drive to Lumen Field (great stadium tour!). About a 25 minute drive to the airport. So very conveniently located. Clean, nice floor plan, safe. Property maintenance company called and texted me back almost immediately after I reached out to them with a question.

Enjoyed the Gardens right across the street. Walked safely to the restaurant suggested in your stay manual. We did have a challenge with setting the temperature, but we figured it out and it worked well. Uber worked best for transportation. I had researched public transportation, but it was too challenging, so we went with the uber. Reasonable prices and quick service. Communication by text went very well. Thank you. We would return to your property as it had all we needed.

This house was perfect for our one night stay prior to leaving on our cruise. The house was clean and updated. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was even basic amenities available which helped me not have to unpack as much from my luggage for one night. Easy access to the house and all communication was easy to understand. Unrelated to the house just know that this area is not walking distance to any basic eateries. We had no car and so we had to rely on Uber rides. The neighborhood the house is in is very quiet and nice. Would highly recommend!

We were in West Seattle for a family event and this house was perfectly located for us. Great to be close to restaurants and the drive near Alki Beach at night was beautiful! The house had everything we would need and was great to have option of driveway or street parking. Would definitely stay here again!

When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌

Perfect place for our quick stay. So many trees out the back deck and feeling high in the air almost felt like a treehouse for adults. Absolutely spotless, comfy beds and super easy check in. Quiet neighborhood and driveway parking was added bonus. Highly recommend!

High Point Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay! It was as pictured in the app. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/grill were well equipped for cooking. Each room had its own thermostat which we loved. The deck is very nice with a great view and we also enjoyed the fire pit on the lower deck.

In the photos it looked larger and less like an Ikea showroom. Somehow, they squeezed a queen bed into a bedroom so tiny that we couldn't get our suitcase into it. The neighborhood is awful -- you can't get anything without driving, and it's a decent drive to get to hip areas in West Seattle. Given the weather, we never could use the deck and outdoor space.
