The hotel is conveniently located near to the beach with clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a bit of a walk up the hill to the main village but you can eat at the hotel, the restaurant has a good menu and breakfast is the standard self service with a reasonable variety of choices. The main entrance has stairs leading up to it but there is a lift a few yards further along if you have mobility issues and there is a large car park directly opposite. I'd certainly stay there again.

This hotel is quite close to the rather small beach. It has a large lobby and some helpful staff. The first room could not be locked from the inside so after a written complaint as my verbal complaint was not taken seriously we were given another room with some added facilities the following day. However, there were black ants in this room, the commode seat was coming off at one end and the bed was so soft that I woke up with serious pains in my lower back on both nights that we slept there. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—a beautiful sun trap with comfy beds that was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The breakfast was nice and good value for the price, but the queue for the lone coffee/tea machine was long and slow so it is recommended that another machine be installed at the other end of the counter. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the views of the beach were lovely. It would be nice if all rooms are thoroughly checked for issues and fixed so that customers have no cause for complaint.

Un grand merci à Sandra et Julien! Votre accueil était exceptionnel. Hôtel très bien situé. Petit- déjeuner sympathique. Parking public en face. Piscine sur le toit. Seul petit problème d'insonorisation dans les chambres.

Great location room.105 was very clean and modern comfy bed ,with very helpful friendly staff great walk in shower handy lift to the 1st floor very close to free parking and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Access to local shops and bars is via either a quite steep hill or up 180 steps not for people with mobility issues Noisy room due to busy road and bar below, it was a superior room with coffee pod machine (we couldn't get it to work properly ). Very small.pool area , beds and cabanas needed updating , and didnt like the look of the buffet style breakfast

The property is located about a 2 minute walk from the beach; unfortunately Menorca had just endured a hurricane a day or 2 before so we were unable to use the beach. The hotel itself is clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and there are Balinese beds available first come first serve. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely choose this hotel again when returning to Menorca.

The location is good. Near the airport and by a small beach. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our first room wreaked of cigarettes and the second had water marks/mold. The third room was a win! Very clean. Plenty of parking. Restaurants near by. Reasonable price. Choose first floor, otherwise you will here all of the noise from the rooftop deck at night and in the mornings. Overall, three stars is about right.

La struttura potrebbe essere gestita meglio, parcheggio inesistente perché va cercato nei dintorni della cala e di giorno è sempre pieno. Colazione con scarsa scelta e mal gestita, camere un po strettine e poco isolate dal rumore. Pulizia camere buona. Pulizia delle parti comuni invece da rivedere. Soggiorno quindi per me appena sufficiente e sicuramente non ritornerò ne mi sento di consigliarlo ad altri.

Albergo nuovo, tutti i confort per un 3 stelle. Possiamo ritenerci complessivamente soddisfatti del soggiorno che rispecchiava le nostre aspettative. Punti di forza: la terrazza panoramica dove si fanno i pasti, la musica di intrattenimento, personale reception molto gentile ed esauriente, posizione dell'albergo a due passi dal mare e dai bari servizi, ombrellone gratis per la spiaggia, servizio doccia con fornitura di asciugamani dopo il check out se ti trattieni al mare in attesa del volo del rientro. Punti deboli: camera tripla un po' piccola (3 letto aggiunto, pieghevole), bagno interno con assenza di aereazione, colazione poco varia, personale di servizio ai tavoli insufficiente rispetto al numero dei clienti, pulizia delle camere non ottimale, terrazzino mai pulito in tutta la settimana. Consiglierei comunque questa struttura per il soggiorno! Buon rapporto qualità e prezzo. Sabrina

We loved our stay at Osprey. The restaurant and pool area are beautiful. Room was spacious and had free parking directly across the hotel. Only complaint was the hard beds and someone was smoking in the room above and it caused our room to smell like smoke our last 2 nights. Not sure, but seemed to be an issue with ventilation.

Great hotel, amazing location to the beautiful beach. Pros: - location - fairly new - roof top pool - beds are comfy enough - very friendly reception Cons: - rooms are small, but not a big deal - breakfast is limited, but again.. not a big deal - no coffee or tea in the rooms

Checkin was quick, room was spotless and pool area is so chilling and views beautiful. Drinks and food nice and reasonable. Great for beach but steep long hill or 186 steps to get to bars/restaurants. Staff so friendly nothing to moan about but air con could be better. We put ours on lowest and still didn’t cool our room even after maintenance man had checked it.

Me sorprendio para bien, a pesar de ser 3☆ esta increible, muy acogedor y muy bien mantenido! Tiene una terraza para tomar algo estupenda con muy buenas vistas. El desayuno muy bueno y todo muy limpio! La atencion inmejorable... El concerge que esta de noche es super amable! En resumen todo de 10!

Die Hotellage ist super, da es nahe an der Bucht liegt. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat leider nicht viel Auswahl und ist auch nicht lecker (hier wurde leider das günstigste eingekauft). Außerdem ist ein kostenloser Check-In wirklich erst um 15:00 Uhr möglich. Wir kamen um 14 Uhr an, wollten unsere Koffer gerne ins Zimmer bringen (falls dieses bereits bezugsfertig war) und dann direkt zum Strand gehen. Das Zimmer war laut Rezeption bereits fertig, jedoch hätten wir für 25,00€ pro Person im Restaurant des Hotels essen müssen um die Zimmerkarten zu erhalten. Fazit: Hotellage - Top! Essen - Flop!

We had a great stay, we will definitely return. Staff was amazing and the hotel was also great! Location is also really good. We were also able to reserve a taxi to the airport through reception which was really nice :)

Had a lovely relaxing holiday at the hotel. Staff were great (& overworked by management - 1 person running bar & restaurant meant delays in service). Rooms were lovely, clean & spacious. Food good, aside from breakfast. Choice was limited, but most annoying, none of the 'hot' food was ever hot! Fried eggs cooked perfectly, but never had a warm one, let alone hot one! Some great restaurants nearby & beautifill beach & area. Would recommend for a great holiday

The hotel is conveniently located near to the beach with clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a bit of a walk up the hill to the main village but you can eat at the hotel, the restaurant has a good menu and breakfast is the standard self service with a reasonable variety of choices. The main entrance has stairs leading up to it but there is a lift a few yards further along if you have mobility issues and there is a large car park directly opposite. I'd certainly stay there again.

The first room could not be locked from the inside so after a written complaint as my verbal complaint was not taken seriously we were given another room with some added facilities the following day. However, there were black ants in this room, the commode seat was coming off at one end and the bed was so soft that I woke up with serious pains in my lower back on both nights that we slept there. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—a beautiful sun trap with comfy beds that was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The breakfast was nice and good value for the price, but the queue for the lone coffee/tea machine was long and slow so it is recommended that another machine be installed at the other end of the counter. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the views of the beach were lovely. It would be nice if all rooms are thoroughly checked for issues and fixed so that customers have no cause for complaint.

Great location room.105 was very clean and modern comfy bed ,with very helpful friendly staff great walk in shower handy lift to the 1st floor very close to free parking and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Access to local shops and bars is via either a quite steep hill or up 180 steps not for people with mobility issues Noisy room due to busy road and bar below, it was a superior room with coffee pod machine (we couldn't get it to work properly ). Very small.pool area , beds and cabanas needed updating , and didnt like the look of the buffet style breakfast

The property is located about a 2 minute walk from the beach; unfortunately Menorca had just endured a hurricane a day or 2 before so we were unable to use the beach. The hotel itself is clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and there are Balinese beds available first come first serve. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely choose this hotel again when returning to Menorca.

A localizacao muito boa, limpeza ok, mas o café da manhã decepcionante. No primeiro dia ja foi fraco, no segundo dia cortaram pela metade, e quando reclamei me enviaram um email falando que era devido o baixo numero de hospedes e fim de temporada. Entao é melhor que nao vendam hospedagem com cafe da manha. Um cafe da manha ridículo nada a ver com o que ja experienciei nas ilhas baleares.

The staff was very welcoming. The lobby smelt so good and fresh. The room is very clean and I like the beach decor. The bartender was very attentive and helpful. Our hotel was close and walkable to Cala En Porter beach. The beach is amazing.

Amazing hotel views and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants! Reception staff were really lovely and always helped by booking taxi’s and cleaners were also great! Rooftop pool was very nice - only suggestion would be more subtle, instrumental only music as there was a whole afternoon of sad country songs which wasn’t the best vibe whilst relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooftop terrace was excellent. Great use of the space to relax when you don’t want to go the beach. The location was also great, 2 min walk if that from the beach. 10 min walk to restaurants/supermarkets. Aircon worked perfect and the beds were comfy (if you like firm, which we do) All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves aren’t cleaned very well. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all 3 rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust, dirt, hairs etc on the floor. It seems as though cleaning is done very surface level and furniture isn’t moved, so the floors don’t get cleaned properly. Our final room, whilst the hairdryer worked, it was falling apart and the toilet seat was loose. The rooms would benefit from being checked after cleaning/maintained. This was a shame as the rest of the property was great and we enjoyed our stay bar the took cleanliness. Sound travels quiet easily through the rooms so you can often here other guests.
The rooftop terrace was excellent. Great use of the space to relax when you don’t want to go the beach. The location was also great, 2 min walk if that from the beach. 10 min walk to restaurants/supermarkets. Aircon worked perfect and the beds were comfy (if you like firm, which we do) All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves aren’t cleaned very well. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all 3 rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust, dirt, hairs etc on the floor. It seems as though cleaning is done very surface level and furniture isn’t moved, so the floors don’t get cleaned properly. Our final room, whilst the hairdryer worked, it was falling apart and the toilet seat was loose. The rooms would benefit from being checked after cleaning/maintained. This was a shame as the rest of the property was great and we enjoyed our stay bar the took cleanliness. Sound travels quiet easily through the rooms so you can often here other guests.
