Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of parking available and the free breakfast buffet had both hot and cold options.

Hotel is in excellent condition !

Suit was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast attendant was very cheerful, helped my grandchildren with their food. Pool was a hit with the grandchildren but a bit too cool for me to stay in too long. Overall I recommend this hotel highly.

Great staff, very pleasant. Visit was to gather for dinner with family and grill out. No chairs on patio and it was 72 degrees. I get it that weather is ify but it is mid April. When I spoke with the front desk after booking she said the patio was open with grills and fire pit. We had to use our camp chairs. Nice that they provide all the grilling tools. They should check the grill for cleanliness, we had to run it awhile to get it clean. Our room was not at all like the pictures. No table to sit at. I showed the front staff the photo and she said they didn’t have any rooms like the picture. Very disappointing but she put us in the ADA room which at least had a small table. Breakfast was great. Pool very clean. Lobby very nice. We needed a printer which they had. I will be staying again but will make sure I get a room with a table! Loved having a separate bedroom. Perfect for family visit. Very pet accosting too!

Great place for pets

Make sure you do not get the back side, ground floor rooms. I was room 110 for my first night. There seems to have been a big oversight by designers in regards to curtains. There is the standard light filtering privacy shade and then regular fabric curtains. There is no light blocking shade. There are 2 massive, very bright and very close flood lights for the rear parking lot. I was able to get about 3 1/2 hours sleep due to the almost daylight effect coming through the top, sides and bottoms of curtains. The early morning desk agent was apologetic, empathetic and very helpful in moving me to a 4th floor, front facing room and that made all the difference for my next 3 nights. If you have business to do or kids I would highly recommend avoiding the rear facing, ground floor rooms until the hotel can fit the missing light blocking shades. Other than that, the hotel is extremely clean and new, the rooms large and a great value. The front counter staff were all excellent and the 2 breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The pool could use a new filter and some attention and the gym was very well equipped. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and hope the curtain issue is addressed.

Room was beautiful. Pool was nice although very slippery tile around it - kids slipped multiple times while walking. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Would stay again!

Checked in at 9pm on a Saturday, got room 100, near an exit door where people smoke and loiterers hang around (refuse this room if you get it). it was dated and dirty. At about 1:30am, an insanely loud noise woke us up from a deep sleep. Asked lady at front desk to come validate the unbearable sound, she did confirm and apologize. Offered to put us in a different room or compensate us and I opted to be compensated and we packed our belongings and left. She said someone would call and it would be taken care of, but it’s now 5 days later and there has been no refund, phone call, or any attempt to correct this horrible experience. Upon leaving, there were drug users near the front lobby doors actively using. Very disappointing considering the price of the room was about $200 for the one night.

We loved the beautiful location of this hotel - close to everything we needed, but far enough off the highway to be quiet and feel safe. Our room was amazing and SUPER clean! The housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we asked or needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming - thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Great hotel! Super clean rooms

All of the areas in the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was good with a nice variety and very organized. The only negative comment is that the heating/cooling system was very loud in our room.

I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons. The rooms were not very clean, the television did not work, and the hotel failed to adequately apologize for my experience. The first room the television did not work, and I was asked to come back to the front desk after unpacking to get a new room. I’m not sure why they couldn’t give me a new mobile key. When I got to the new room, I discovered the following issues: 1. There was visible dust on the nightstands, televisions, and alarm clock. 2. The alarm clock time was not set correctly, and it was dusty and dirty with spots. 3. The built-in plug on the nightstand by the bed did not work. 4. There was a dead bug in the light fixture by the closet. 5. The counter space across from the closet felt dirty/dusty upon touch. 6. The shower floor was dirty and dingy. 7. The shower head look dirty and appeared to have gunk on it. The décor in the lobby and the hotel were both aesthetically pleasing; however, cleanliness of rooms is nonnegotiable. It is never acceptable to come into a dirty and dusty room. I paid around $330 for a 2-night hotel stay and the least I should be able to expect is a room that has been thoroughly cleaned and is in good working order.

Property is new and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel often when I visit Eau Claire. Normally it’s pretty clean and my stay is uneventful. That was not the case with my recent visit for 2-nights on Thanksgiving day as the room I was staying in had a bug issue, the remote didn’t work, and the heat went. I had to change rooms midway through the stay. The employees who assisted me the day before Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving Day were extremely nice and helpful. One of them told me she would give me 3,000 points but stated that I should stop by the front desk and talk to the Assistant Manager when I checked out as she would be able to provide additional compensation for my troubles. During checkout, I asked the employee if she was the manager, and she told me she was the AGM. I asked for her name, and she said it was Lydia. I asked if she had been told about the problems in my room and she very curtly replied yes and stated that 3,000 points were added to my account. I was a little taken back because there was no apology, and she did not seem like she cared. I commented on the fact that she was only offering 3000 points, and she became loud and said well what do you want? She had a major attitude, was not professional and seemed to be angry about something. I asked for my receipt and told her I would write a review about the property. She stated, “you do that”. Having bugs in the room was bad, but the worst part about the experience was interacting with a non-professional employee.

This property is simply…perfect! Our room was very clean, extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel is fairly new, well designed and welcoming! We stayed five nights, was like living in your own condo! Highly recommend for stays longer than one or nights!

The property was clean, safe neighborhood, and good breakfast. The room was spacious, equip with refrigerator, stove top, and dishes. Would recommend.

This hotel has studio apartments rather than just rooms. They manage to convey an aura of spaciousness. Located conveniently off 53 & 312. Kwik Trip and Costco within walking distance.

The rooms are fantastic for one night and especially for an extended stay. Big kitchen area, sitting area with desk, king bed and very nice bathroom/shower.

It was very nice, our only problem was the bed. i was rolling into the middle during the night and having to climb back to my side, otherwise it was a nice stay for one night. The shower was wonderful! Very large and shower pressure was good.

Friend with back trouble slept so well that she left in better shape than she arrived!!!

This was a one night. Stay to spend time with family. Staff was phenomenal. Best breakfast i've had at a hotel in a long time. I feel like this is going to be our. Go to hotel moving forward.

I always stay here when I visit Eau Claire. It’s clean and quiet. It’s conveniently at the intersection of 53 and North Crossing. The rooms are huge, with a kitchenette and 40”-wide bathroom doors. The beds are comfortable, and the service is friendly, kind, and generous.

The hotel was a perfect gathering spot for our family. Very quiet, modern and clean.

I properly was clean and well kept. The breakfast was not good. Especially the eggs. They were really watery which made for a weird texture while eating them.
