Quality Inn - Pratt

Good stay. Hot tub at 86 degrees, off season so not used too often,

We checked in pretty late in the evening. When we got to our room we discovered our tv didn’t work. They offered for us to change rooms but it was late and didn’t feel like moving everything we had already unpacked until we tried the shower and 1 the drain didn’t drain and 2 we couldn’t get the water to shut off. So we agreed to switch rooms by the time we got into our new room and settled it was close to 1 am. The new room wasn’t much better. Carpet was gross and coming up in some places. They clearly do not do any maintenance to any rooms. The shelf was broken the microwave sat on and was being held off the bottom by towels. One of the elevators didn’t wasn’t working. None of the ice machines worked in the hotel and there was a sign saying they had ice in the kitchen so when I asked they said sorry we ran out! This hotel is very deceiving! Looks great on the surface but then you get in and it’s one thing after another wrong! I included pictures from the first room we were in and the second. I told them I had a lot of food I needed to put in fridge as we were traveling for baseball and the 2nd room they put us in had a tiny fridge. When I told them I needed a bigger fridge they told me they only had one size fridge in the entire hotel which was not true. The first room had a bigger fridge. If they try to put you in room 404 don’t do it or 407. Like I said I do t think they do any maintenance!

The hot tub was not very warm (which was ok with me), an elevator was broken, there were two nail clippings on the nightstand and the AC wasn't working properly.

Room and hotel were clean overall, except the pool which smelled terrible. The beds were hard. But had a good breakfast buffet.

Very nice breakfast, clean pool and hot tub. Bed was clean and comfortable. Many TV channels to choose from.

No ice and elevator wasn’t working and staff was not friendly

Everything was very good. Only complaints are one of the elevators wasn’t working and luggage cart needs new bearings

ice machines didn't work, indoor pool was dirty, with used bandaids and other debris. staff was barely helpful. bathtub was stained so children did not want to use it.

Kind of difficult during a busy softball tournament going down from your room, when 1 out of the 2 elevators doesn't work going down, just up. Elevator bank area on 4th floor VERY humid. Air conditioner should be on higher, especially since there is a wait.

Very nice but treadmills didn’t work

Breakfast was not good. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Pool area was dirty. Short staffed.

Room was not cleaned very well. (a towel was left in the refrigerator???)

Trash overflowing at entrance and in the lobby restroom. Non-smoking room had numerous cigarette burns in the carpet. Stains on the shower floor. Towels laundered without softener, scratchy like sandpaper. Hallway carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. DEPRESSING!

The carpet squares were dirty and the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky.

Neither my husband or I could use the walk in shower because the shower floor was dirty from a combination of hard water and black dirt. Disgusting!

The tub had stains

I really like staying at this property, but our room number 21 the carpet was really dirty and the shower knob did not work right other than that it was OK

The staff was very accommodating. The room however was dirty. The shower still had hair in it and massive rings of hard water. The floor tiles were coming up off the floor. Room amenities were nice but not sanitary.

The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.

This the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and this time the room we got was nasty (no other way to put it). Stains on the furniture and carpet, bathroom was dirty with long hairs stuck to the walls. The bedding was CLEAN so that was a plus!! I only to my shoes off to hop into bed and shower and would only touch the white sheets. The room just left an icky feel on you....needs a good cleaning and update!!! Never swam but the pool had a green tint to it. Next time I will pay more for a better hotel!

The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy. We had a kingsize bed that was super comfortable. Our room was clean. Nice shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, shredded cheese, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The shower did not work!! (The faucet handle was broken & rotated 360 degrees!) The light above the bathroom sink did not work, and the A/C was very loud! The desk attendant stated that they were unable to offer any type of compensation.

The property is on the downhill, looks visibly worn and in need of upgrading. Carpet in rooms for instance needs to be cleaned. Room was "clean" but felt damp and smelled moldy. It was hard to sleep because of the poor air quality and overall lack of air circulation.

Nice hotel with a terrific staff but the rooms need serious updating. Carpet squares in rooms are stained and torn. The chaise lounger in our room was deeply stained in several places.

We were in Pratt with our adult children for a funeral and stayed here because it was reasonably priced and offered a free breakfast. Our rooms weren’t uncomfortable and to be honest, I would probably stay here again because of the price, but the shower in my room did not work and I had to go to one of the kids’ rooms to shower. The carpet squares were not glued to the floor and slid around some. We are not high maintenance people, but it missed the mark on those points. The breakfast was sufficient, but not amazing.

Really clean and modern.

It was clean, but the carpet was coming apart, the drain in the shower was broken, and the shower head was coming off the wall. The lawn was very tall and un-mowed. The rocks in the rock bed were strewn all over the parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, but no yogurt or fresh fruit.

Very nice room and hotel. King Studio was spacious and comfortable beds.

Property looks nice and fairly new. Lobby and common areas are clean and upkept. However, in the rooms the carpet was dirty and there is paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom.

Had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Understaffed

Staff is very accommodating

Stranded due to a blizzard in Pratt Ks. Called for an early check-in to get off the road. Sam at front desk was amazing. Upon hearing of our ned to safely get off the road, she arranged to get a room cleaned to allow us in early. As the weather the next day was also questionable, I asked about a late check-out. She was again very accommodating, advising to take as much time as needed to ensure the parking lot and area roads were safe to travel. She definitely knows and practices customer service. This facility is a true gem. Very clean, modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were wonderful people. We had to leave early in the morning for check out and the breakfast was ready a half hour before posted hour: which was greatly appreciated. They also had some great recommendations for dinner.

Due to an issue with our reservation our requested room wasn't available upon arrival. Samanth went into action. She provides us a temporary room for resting while SHE cleaned our room and made it ready for us. Two Housekeepers had called in sick and no one was available to clean the room. Samantha made our room ready while also juggling checking in other guests at the front desk. I've stayed at this property in the past and received the kind of service that keeps bringing me back when staying in Pratt Kansas. Samantha is a rock star going above and beyond.

Check-in took 20 minutes because the system was down. One elevator doesn't work. This was my second stay, and in both cases the TVs did not work properly. All this said, the staff is very nice.

Property called me ahead of my arrival to let me know they had to change my room accommodations. Most places would have waited till I got there to tell me.

The staff were very welcoming and grounds, common areas and my room immaculate. Breakfast was much more than most other hotels offer and all for a very good value price. I look forward to staying again.

I had messaged the hotel that we wanted to check in about 2:30. The room was ready and check in was super-quick. She was very pleasant! We travel through Pratt twice a year & always try to make this hotel our stop. Breakfasts are full with multiple options.

They gave away my room. My room was prepaid on Expedia and I even called, at noon, making sure it was okay that I was getting there around midnight. When I got there, I found out my room was given away and the they had no more rooms. It being midnight, I had no where else to go. Had to wait an hour while they cleaned a room. The man at the front desk was nice and apologized and cleaned a room for me. But the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the lobby for a room to be cleaned when I had paid for a room. I will not go to this hotel again. No refund policy and they give away rooms that are prepaid, stay away.

Close to many restaurants.

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is not too big, not too small. Plenty of personal supplies at the front desk and the location is convenient.

On the edge of town but easy to get to

Our room was clean, modern, and very quiet. The hotel was quite full when we were there but still very quiet. Breakfast was good too and the location just off the 61 made it very convenient. We'll be back!

There is no where to walk our dog. No sidewalks near the property.

This was a stop while traveling. I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times in the past. Facilities are fine and the staff is friendly. I’ll likely stay here again.

The breakfast has slipped in quality as well as the overall property and rooms

We enjoyed this hotel. Check in was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was at breakfast. Breakfast was being served from 6am-9am. We went down at 7am only to find there was almost no food. The guy ahead of us had to scraped the gravy out of the pan for his biscuits. There was no sausages left. Eggs were cold and no one in sight. There were 10-13 people that came down after us and were disappointed and left.

Great breakfast and super clean hotel. Can’t beat it for the price!

Decent place for the price. The reviews were good for the breakfast. it was adequate, juice machine was not working, no rolls, muffins, or fresh fruit.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic value. They made it easy!

There were few guests yet we were all roomed in the same area. Most of the night we heard loud pounding feet from the room above. No water available for breakfast. When I made a comment to the staff they responded, well, there’s a water fountain around the corner😳

Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was a disaster. Juice machine broke, eggs all gone and asked for more and was told “ their gone” coffee luke warm. Room wasn’t up to standards for cleanness. Won’t stay again
