The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The pool and hot tub were kept very clean and were big enough for all those wanting to use them. Custom omelettes on the weekends we're done great and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any needs we had. This hotel is worth the money. Great location near the freeway and far enough away from the chaos of the cities.

Super friendly kitchen staff. Rooms clean and loved the vinyl flooring. No carpet for me in the rooms!! Very convenient having the charging stations for electric vehicles. Will stay here again when visiting Southern Utah.

This is the nicest chain hotel I've ever visited. I thought I was at a 5-star hotel rather than a Best Western. Elizabeth, who checked us in, was warm and welcoming, even coming out to help us plug in our electric car. She selected a room right above our car on the top floor as requested so we could keep an eye on it. She also explained the hotel and recommended a dinner place. Lots of thoughtful touches... The hotel was exceptionally clean and featured a beautiful, large hot tub and pool with a stunning mountain view. It is gorgeous at sunset. For breakfast, Jacob the chef brought out surprise breakfast sandwiches which my daughter said were delicious. When I shared that I couldn't enjoy them due to a gluten allergy, he said, 'I can make you an omelet instead,' and made me a delicious cheese and veggie omelet for breakfast. Very over the top and appreciated! I have nothing negative to say about this place. Spotless all around, comfortable beds, quiet, and best service I can recall, and I just left a trip with 5-star hotels. Choose here while staying in St. George. It was also so affordable!

I was very, very impressed with this hotel. From the helpful front desk staff to the beautiful room, and even the outdoor spa and firepit- this rivaled many top tier hotels I've been to--- I will certainly be back.

The toilet was not cleaned and was disgusting as someone had used it and left a mess. We were very impressed with property but this left us uncertain if the rest of the room was clean. Housekeeping came and did clean it.

Our stay wasn’t that bad our only complain was the room we got was suppose to be pet free. But the couch was full of dog hair and the ac/ heater was full of hair and orange peel. We did report it but they couldn’t do much all they did was give us a blanket to cover the couch. But I’m allergic to dog hair and cat hair so that for sure did not help. We really didn’t make a big deal because we weren’t going to be stuck in the room. We were out all day and arrived only to sleep

Really beautiful hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Overall really clean but my shower was a little dirty (a couple big dark hairs from previous guests) and the hot tub could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t bad. The pool was so comfortable. The bed and pillows felt very comfortable to me. I didn’t care for the breakfast items that I tried very much except I did like the omelette option, I had a very good omelette with nice service. There is a bit of noise from the freeway if you happen to get that side of the building. Overall it’s a great place and I would stay again.

I spent three nights at this property. Positives were convenience to the interstate, friendly front desk, check-in, facility seems new and clean, nice view of the area from our room, pool and hot tub. Negatives were hotel, was not as insulated from noise in other rooms as compared to other places I have stayed, breakfast was nothing exciting, and slow to refill breakfast items. Overall, not a bad place to stay and positive outweigh the negatives and I would stay here again.

The room was clean, but the beds were very hard. The tv is on the wall above the desk, so if someone is watching tv while someone is at the desk them the tv is right in their face. The room is laid out a little weird.

This is a beautiful facility with great people. But there is one big issue I truly wish they would solve. We've stayed here twice now, and both times had this exact same issue. When the fan kicks off, as the thermostat in the room reaches the desired temp, the air in the room quickly becomes very stagnant. VERY stagnant! And unfortunately in most rooms they have fixed the thermostat settings to NOT be able to choose to run the fan continuously for constant air circulation. Because of this one big issue, even though this hotel is really nice with great people we probably won't be staying here again.

Pro: Dora was wonderful in helping us find a better room. Breakfast was a good start in the morning. Having our dog stay with us. Con: The floors are do thin. We could hear the guest on the the room above us pace back and forth. It was so loud it stressed our dog. First room we had, children in the upper room were running back and forth.

Everything topnotch except... Wooden floors? 3d floor tenants stomping on our heads after 11pm and before 7am... needed sound deadening or concrete poured floors. Meanwhile stick kids on first floor or otherwise isolate. We used hvac and sound generator to try to block out the noise above us... sleep is, after all why most folks book. Otherwise great new facility. Laundry is reasonable but most or all machines rejected credit card processing due to 'no connection. '

Had stayed here before and enjoyed property so decided to come back. Pillow had to be taken to front desk as stain on pillowcase was spotted as soon as we walked in the room. Interactions about room with staff were dissatisfying. Will not stay here again on future trips.

We had a great stay at BW+ Settlers Point Our room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the desk with multiple charging outlets made it easy to get my work done. The bathroom was clean as well, and the overall setup worked great for a short stay. The sound-proof windows kept the freeway noise out, and there was plenty of parking. The location is very convenient, with gas and food options close by. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to a friendly and helpful front desk team. The desk staff, especially Kevin, were excellent and the breakfast was the best ever - great variety! The body wash bottle in our room was empty and the power outlet closest to the bed on the window side was "wonky", the plug would not stay connected. Aside from those minor problems, the place was great! Definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great and the time excellent. The made to order omlet was a great surprise. The employee was so friendly and accommodating. You couldn’t help but like him. It was a little farther away than we usually stay for our trip, but we didn’t mind because we loved the overall experience. This was our second time there and would stay there again.
