I used to like staying at Tru facilities, but I don’t care for it anymore. I just don’t have any amenities that people who travel all week really need. For instance, an iron would’ve been great this week, and some drawers to put my clothes in or a bigger hanger space. And then I checked out a day early and they charged me $50 for leaving a day early.

We loved our room and the lobby with all of the area to gather, sit, connect, and just play or relax. The staff was very helpful. At the end there were a few odd interactions regarding our room key that didn't work, questioning why I needed another, but other than that it was fine. I also payed for late check out which was totally worth it but we still had to come down and reactivate our key which we were not told ahead of time. That would have been helpful. We would totally stay at TRU again! Great Breakfast etc... Love the options for other food/snack purchases as well since there are not restaurants close by to walk to very easily.

Our stay was great! We took our dogs. The room was clean. Check in was easy. We just wish we didn’t have to pay extra fees for parking
