We absolutely loved our recent stay at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. It was exactly what we needed - kid-friendly yet still luxurious. If you have children, check out the kid’s conservatory. It’s the nicest supervised playroom I’ve seen. The food and drinks are excellent and so is the spa. I loved that there were VIP coaches daily to take you to the parks. The best thing was the breakfast- the freshest, most delicious breakfast spread ever. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We were upgraded to the Family Suite and it was super beautiful and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). We’ve decided that we will only stay here from now on when we go to Orlando!

I did not like pool area staff as the bar was close at 5 pm or so they said . Food at restaurants is not good fish and tabs tasted frozen not good Spa does not have jacuzzi or cold pool and had more people in the rest area so could not sit .

This place is on the expensive side of things. But it is top notch. We had a great two day stay here, after being on a cruise ship for 10 nights. Was good to chill out. The free shuttle service to the Disney attractions was great.

Absolutely beautiful resort property with many amenities. Practically less than a mile away from Disney theme parks and Disney Springs formerly known as downtown Disney which has expanded and changed so much that it’s impossible to imagine how insignificant it was before. It’s a complete destination of its own. The only negative would be the parking. I already have to pay for parking at every park so why do I have to pay to park at the resort??other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

This hotel is beautiful and clean, room and pool services are 10/10. I took one star from the overall because of the hotel administration and front desk policy that needs revamping and retraining. They charge my card everyday instead of charging the balance at checkout, in my opinion that was poor business tactics, even my financial institution thought it was fraudulent charges. At checkout we paid the full balance which went out of our account and almost a week later there is still a hold on our card. I must add that the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in trying to resolve our issues.

While the property itself is quite nice, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and dining area. During breakfast, we noticed lipstick on a coffee mug that was served to us, popcorn kernels scattered around the bed left from a previous guest, old stains on a face cloth, and hair in the bed that had not yet been slept in, as well as hair around the toilet. After mentioning these issues to the front desk, the gentleman assisting was extremely dismissive and couldn't be bothered to help or resolve the situation in any way; he said, "Sorry, I'll let housekeeping know, but I can't do anything else about it." Needless to say, I'll probably stay at a different property during my next visit.

This was a great experience until it was time to check out. They charged me upon arrival for an upgrade then when it was time to checkout they said I hadn’t paid because my card was declined. I called my card and they said they decline the new transactions but I was charged the day before $200 for the upgrade. The clerk kept wanting to go back and forth with me until I said stop. I will dispute that charges with my bank because I’m going to be late for DisneyWorld!

Check-in was not too good. Front Desk does not smile and girl that checked us in seemed very nervous. We were told there was a large group of cheerleaders and we did not get our room until 4:40pm. Staff is unfriendly aside from Valet and bartender Raymond, I believe that was his name. Outlets are decent, but way overpriced. Room was just average and bed was not that comfortable. Pillows were awful. Average property for such a high price.

Very disappointed. I booked five rooms for me and my family. Why? First of all, very much understaffed. The first day we arrived, they gave us room 1131. We got into our room, to be surprised that our room was being occupied by someone else. That’s a huge faux pas. Two, the room is nothing special, just pricey for what it is. Three, the top restaurant Illume is understaffed, with just one guy for the whole bar. Three, beware of extra charges by the hotel, don't trust them. Always ask for a final receipt; I refused to pay additional parking and other nonsense fees that were incorrectly charged. Finally, very bad attitude from the front desk staff Ashley. It almost looks like the people there hate their jobs. I wouldn't go back. Try something more convenient, like Shingle creek hotel, which is a better price for what you get.

Such an incredibly delightful experience to stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in its clean, inviting and tastefully decorated. Every staff member was polite and helpful. Both restaurants offered excellent food and drinks and each bar made drinks that did not disappoint. It's also in a very convenient location central to everything. We would highly recommend staying here. We will be returning.

The hotel is beautiful! Everyone from valet, front desk. to housekeeping were all very nice and accommodating. The ONLY bad thing is the food. Sear and Sea was a pretty restaurant but the food was not good…I actually got food poisoning from the beef carpaccio appetizer. Room service the food was mediocre. So while I recommend staying at the hotel and having a drink at the lobby bar I would NOT recommend you eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel.
