Crawford Square Apartment

It appears to be a basement that’s been converted as an apartment. Spacious living room and the 2 bed bedroom. The kitchen is a bit tight and the single bed bedroom is tight and no closet. Frosty glass window that’s next to the window with no curtains or blinds to filter out the light unfortunately. The window the bedroom did not open as there was a plug in air freshener that was a bit over powering when we arrived. Tried to open the window to air it out but couldn’t. The footsteps are well heard from the basement unit. The toilet is super close to the sink although there’s plenty of room in the bathroom. Poor design / layout. The TV was color saturated which made for a poor viewing. It was too much red filtering going on. Recommend upgrading it. Mattresses also need upgrading as well. Otherwise the place was cute. Plenty of living room seating.

Excellent location and apartment.

Poor lighting in the bedrooms. One of the double mattress sank in the middle. Plug in the bathroom sink,wouldn't stay down. Outside areas dirty and drab. No seating. No plants no garden. Building site next door. Fire alarm went off on Thursday evening. Tried ringing 2 numbers that we had, with no joy. So another holiday guest rang the fire brigade. Could not contral the central heating. Shower was not suitable for us. As there was no shower mat or grab rails. No coat hangers or bathroom hangers for towels or clothing.

Property as described. Check in was very thorough. Quiet area, short walk to the action. I would stay here again when visiting Derry.

A beautiful big apartment with all you need for a great stay in Derry, 10 minutes walk to the centre, a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and beautifully decorated. Breakfast also offered. I would highly recommend
