An overnight stop on a longer journey. The hotel was good value and had an EV charger which was a great boon. Slightly old fashioned in atmosphere but the room was spacious with a balcony and a sea view. A five minute walk to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants. The receptionist was welcoming and charming.

1er séjour programmé dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes en passage vers l'Umbria. Très bon accueil, facilité de parking sécurisé, personnel très accueillant. Le manque de restaurant sur place est compensé par d'autres dans le quartier.

Comodo parcheggio (ottobre...) di fronte all'albergo, accoglienza molto cordiale e professionale. Camera ampia, pulita, così come il bagno dotato di doccia molto spaziosa e ben finestrato. Arredo un po' datato, ma si intuisce un progressivo restyling dell'hotel. Chiavari è una meta da non perdere, al di là della collocazione balneare. Parkplatz dazu buchen lohnt sich. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und das Hotel war sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick was sich gelohnt hat.

j'ai réservé pour 4 nuits pour 2 chambres double je me suis retrouvé dans la chambre au 3 eme étage en coin de l'hôtel dans la chambre qui n'a pas était modernisée, PdJ nul pour 7€ pains grillés et confiture !!! les draps n'ont pas étaient changés de quatre nuits !! on vous demande par affichage de limiter l'utilisation des serviettes ??? le bac à douche 60 X 60 très difficile de prendre une douche il n'y a pas de shampoing le distributeur à savon fait le complet. Très grand lit mais la literie n'est pas confortable. Parking extérieur disponible bref à déconseiller pour plusieurs nuits

They turned off the air conditioning on the hottest days of August, claiming an electrical blackout, even though the reception's air conditioning, elevators, electric gate, lights, and hairdryers were all working. It's clear they wanted to save on electricity costs when guests would use the system the most. I'll never return to this place.

Vi bodde där för att kunna göra dagsturer till byar i närheten som ex Portofino! Det är ett perfekt läge på så sätt. Personalen var toppen, super trevliga och hjälpsamma! Frukosten var helt okej. Parkeringen var säker och bra med grind och övervakning. Väldigt nära till både strand och stad samt massvis med restauranger!

Ce séjour est en fait le deuxième. Nous sommes sur la route de retour d'un petit voyage en Umbria. L'hôtel est bien situé pour une petite halte. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place mais il y en a assez dans les environs.

Il personale molto gentile pulizia camera e bagno ok molto disposti nell ascolto dell esigenza del cliente e pronti subito a soddisfare i bisogni di esso...io sono celiaca ed anche per la colazione erano molto premurosi ed organizzati...L unica un po mia delusione è stata vedere le condizioni della camera e del bagno...puliti vero...pero molto molto vecchiotti...con davvero bisogni di intervento di ristrutturazione dalle mura ai sanitari moquette poco spazio in un unico piccolo armadio...peccato perche davvero pensavo meglio...comunque sono stata bene e ringrazio gli operatori che vi lavorano..

Es war ein sehr schöber Aufenthalt. Leider hat man die Züge sehr gut gehört. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen wäre einmal Bettwäsche wechseln gewünscht

Great hotel, close to the train station. The hotel room is a great accommodation for the price paid and the staff is very nice, they are willing to go out of their league to provide a great service. Is also close to the beach and to the main plaza in Chiavari. All within walking distance.

Vi bodde där för att kunna göra dagsturer till byar i närheten som ex Portofino! Det är ett perfekt läge på så sätt. Personalen var toppen, super trevliga och hjälpsamma! Frukosten var helt okej. An overnight stop on a longer journey. The hotel was good value and had an EV charger which was a great boon. Slightly old fashioned in atmosphere but the room was spacious with a balcony and a sea view. A five minute walk to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants. The receptionist was welcoming and charming.

Comodo parcheggio (ottobre...) di fronte all'albergo, accoglienza molto cordiale e professionale. Camera ampia, pulita, così come il bagno dotato di doccia molto spaziosa e ben finestrato. Arredo un po' datato, ma si intuisce un progressivo restyling dell'hotel. Chiavari è una meta da non perdere, al di là della collocazione balneare. Una piccola nota negativa: segnalazione preventiva della camera esposta lato ferrovia, ma sarebbe più opportuno sostituire tempestivamente serramenti ormai obsoleti. Rimane fermo il giudizio positivo, compresa la colazione discretamente assortita.

j'ai réservé pour 4 nuits pour 2 chambres double je me suis retrouvé dans la chambre au 3 eme étage en coin de l'hôtel dans la chambre qui n'a pas était modernisée, PdJ nul pour 7€ pains grillés et confiture !!! les draps n'ont pas étaient changés de quatre nuits !! on vous demande par affichage de limiter l'utilisation des serviettes ??? le bac à douche 60 X 60 très difficile de prendre une douche il n'y a pas de shampoing le distributeur à savon fait le complet. Très grand lit mais la literie n'est pas confortable. Parking extérieur disponible bref à déconseiller pour plusieurs nuits

They turned off the air conditioning on the hottest days of August, claiming an electrical blackout, even though the reception's air conditioning, elevators, electric gate, lights, and hairdryers were all working. It's clear they wanted to save on electricity costs when guests would use the system the most. I'll never return to this place.
