The printer in the business area doesn't work. I could not print my boarding passes.

One elevator was only working did not see a elevator repair truck all day?? Then of course the only elevator broke. Go figure? Next morning before ck out it was broke I am a senior I had to bring all luggage down myself and I still have sore back because no elevator working

great property, parking was great and free. pool area was nice. showers was hot clean room, bedding and bathroom.

So it looks better on the outside than it is on inside . We had a constant leak in our hotel room that they blamed on us “turning up” the air condition from 66 to 72. Our room has a Will smell the entire time our shower was severely stained. Finally . There was NO parking we had to park at an adjacent hotlel just to come back at night . Also they charge $12 pp for a standard continental breakfast. We won’t be back .

Been staying at this location since it opened in 2020, always a great time! Only down side, it has a beautiful bar that has never been opened. It’s just for looks.

A/C not working Elevator not working

Carpet in room had food on it. The bar was not open, so you couldn't take advantage of any drinks or specials. Front desk clerk just said the bartender called in sick. Offered to sell can beer out of a cooler. Only had one 6 pack ( Blue Moon) available. Terrible, will go back to Embassy Suites. Not Tryp

We have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years and always enjoy our stay. Huge rooms, nice hotel, and free parking! They also have a gym, pool, business center, and plenty of seats in the lobby.

I went to have a great girls trip! Bar was not open at all its decoration, sad! The pool closes at 6pm… why? 6pm though? My room had so much moisture my clothes were damp, ALL OF MY CLOTHES. I had to hang my clothes in front of the window to get them dry. Smitty was well you would think he is the owner, lol He was so apologetic offered the dryer anything he could to make our stay a better one!! I just don’t think I will return :(

Mainly issue about this property is that there's not parking if you arrive after 11pm pm a busy night, in our stay, it seem that the hotel was completely booked and was not parking available at all, the option was to park by the curb in front of the parking spaces, with the hope that the person coming out of the parking spot doesn't hit your car. Besides that issue, the property is 5 star.

There were roaches in my room and also you can hear the guest down the hall from me dog barking. Ultimately, I checked out 10 mins after checking in.

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly.

Room was not clean, a lot of trash on the corners of the bedroom, also when we walked into the room the smell of Clorox was super strong. Also the inside of the elevators was dirty and trash on the corners, they need to check in their cleaning staff

They have ROACHES! The staff was nice enough to switch my room, but that still doesn’t take away from the fact that I found a ROACH in my room.

The hotel was set up very nice, we arrived late in the evening and once in the room I dripped water on the floor and went to clean up, my surprise was all the dirt on my paper towel. I went down to the front desk and was told that deep cleaning would be next day. They don’t clean the floors? Front desk gave me 2 towels so I could clean the floor myself seeing that was so late, I can tell you those towels will never be white again. Other than the dirty floor the room was nice, don’t take your shoes off and you will be ok

The shower head was dirty. You can hear in the room, people talking in the hallway. Breakfast was 12 charge it was not worth it. Something you would get for free at another hotel.

I have stayed at this property several times but this time I had a bad experience. The room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty with towels full of blood and hair everywhere. I hope they improve the maintenance of the property.

Big rooms & very spacious. Parking was great. Upkeep of our hotel room though was lacking—floors felt sticky, rust seen under the ac unit, and some noticeable dark staining in the grout of the shower. Location was convenient though but definitely not 4-star level. Staff were kind at least!

Amazing stay as usual! Staff was great and very friendly, room was clean! Only thing I'd say they need to do is upgrade to smart TVs, there's no Netflix, Hulu, etc. Available, just basically cable with not many channels.

The showers aren’t very great as far as water pressure and kinda just spits 5 strings of water. The AC isn’t as cold as I’d like. I moved to another room and same situation. But it’s the hottest month of the year. The room did cool off when it got dark out. Beds are super comfy!! Linens are white. Clean and crisp. Bed is fluffy when you lay down and so cozy. It feels really clean in the room. Very tidy. Good area close to everything Seaworld and Discovery Cove is why we chose this location exactly. Staff is super nice. They have snacks and drinks for purchase. A very nice breakfast area and sitting area. The computer station and gym are a nice bonus. Overall, I think anyone would enjoy their stay here.

The location is excellent—close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and the Convention Center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which made everything super convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Angela, who stood out with her upbeat and friendly attitude—she made check-in a pleasure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, a word of caution: if you’re booking a mobility capable room, be sure to clarify what type you’re getting. I’ve stayed in one before without issue, but since I checked in very late and the hotel was fully booked, I was placed in one of the two truly mobility-accessible rooms. It had a roll-in shower with a wand shower head, which was difficult for my daughter and me to use. It wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team—my daughter accidentally left her Apple Watch in the room after checkout. I wasn’t expecting it to be found, but thankfully, TRYP has honest staff. Huge thanks to Jose for ensuring it was returned to the front desk. It really meant a lot. Overall, I would definitely stay here again—just not in the mobility room. Great value, great location, and outstanding customer service.

Wifi was spotty, shower makes a mess in the whole bathroom. Besides that every was good, nice room, bed was super comfortable

Great location, comfy beds. Good stay for the price. Loud AC and it felt so humid in the room. Overall it was decent.

It's the bunk bed rooms, game changer for families!

Only we have issue eith the Bed is too low and too, too soft mastress .

I love the area. It’s on I-Drive and easy to get north to downtown, south to Kissimmee and of course right there in close proximity to the theme parks. There are also ample restaurants to choose from nearby. The room within the hotel is spacious and so is the bathroom.

I wanted to love this hotel! It’s perfect for a family & the beds / pillows are super comfy. Everything appeared very clean & staff were friendly. There are some issues that need to be addressed before I would recommend, however. When we tried to warm the room just 2 degrees from 68 to 70, the room filled with humidity & everything from the sheets to the floor became damp within minutes. The floor was quite slippery. We turned the air cooler again, only to find a water puddle the next morning under the AC. From what I’ve since seen on Google, this is NOT a new issue & while staff was apologetic, they didn’t note it or seem too concerned. Parking is free, but there is not enough. People were parking all over, so if you have a late night, good luck. Most of the outlets in the room were also broke so our phones could not charge. Which led to final problem. When I went to turn in keys & check out, I asked if that was all & was told yes. But about 40 minutes later, once my phone charged, I saw a text telling me to check out by phone that was now telling me I checked out late and would be charged $30. When I called, she said to just ignore it. When I said I thought it had already gone through, she said she was nothing she could no because she hadn’t made the charge. So now I will have to wait to see if is removed from my security deposit. There is potential here, but they need to do some work to fix issues before I would recommend.

Great room, thin walls but able to get a Good night of sleep.

I would never stay here again. The parking situation was a nightmare due to overbooking, and the staff seemed completely unprepared. When I checked out at the front desk, the employee assured me everything was set, but it wasn’t. I requested a receipt after checkout, only to be told they couldn’t provide one. When I inquired about unclear charges on my card, the employee had no answers. The hallways reeked of weed, and at 3 AM, when I needed to leave for the airport, there was no staff at the front desk. Security was also a major concern—anyone could walk in and access the elevators at any time without restriction.

Overall great accommodations. Stayed in family style room with bunk beds. Very impressed. Clean, quiet, and right down street from IHOP & Dunkin Donuts, amongst other dining and convenience store options. Only thing I did not appreciate is Housekeeping continuously entering our room when the sign on door clearly indicated that we did not want service that day and front desk giving me the excuse that they are Spanish-speaking and are just not getting it and can't read it. Are you serious?!! I would have secured all our stuff like I do on days I know they're coming inside. Instead, everything was unlocked and open and spread out everywhere. My work laptop could have been compromised. No free breakfast or anything was offered, nor did management reach out to me.

The stay itself was fine but I have to say that I am extremely displeased with my experience at the Tryp Wyndham Orlando. In the middle our stay, my card was charged an additional THREE HUNDRED FORTY TWO DOLLARS because of an “overnight” technical glitch. I spoke with Andrew, who jumped into action and had the charge cancelled, however, I had to wait a ONE WEEK for my money to be returned which put a damper on expenses for the rest of the trip and bills that I had scheduled to pay. When my bank agreed to release my funds if the hotel sent a letter on an official letterhead, I was told that could not be done due to “legal reasons”. Also, for my inconvenience, I was told that I would be given 2 free stays to any Wyndham property and that the voucher would be emailed to me.. it has been a week and I haven’t heard nor been sent ANYTHING. I am extremely unsatisfied, to say the least and will not be staying at this location again. I have to also mention that Angela at the front desk was amazing from the first day we arrived, I had to shout her out for sure!

The property was very clean, well maintained, conveniently located and the staff was great! My family was greeted by friendly faces and smiles from Jose and Manager Ricardo. We plan to make this our hotel of choice during our next visit.

The stay ok but the customer service was terrible. We walked in to check in and only one person was checking everyone. There were three groups including us that were waiting while the other front desk associate was looking at us but not even offering to help. Ended up waiting 45 minutes to get fully checked in. Terrible customer service will not be bringing us back.

My son and I had a great stay here at TRYP during our vacation. It was a four minute drive to Seaworld and Discovery Cove, as well as near CVS, Walgreens, a grocery store, miniature golf, and an outlet mall. Very clean, and comfortable. Staff was always helpful, available, and attentive.

Had a problem with the tub being stopped up. They fixed it right away and offered us a complimentary late check out!

Property is modest in all physical aspects. Central location to Disney properties. A vehicle is required to access food, OCCC and other noted Orlando destinations. Recommend car rental versus Uber/Lyft; cost effective.

The hotel was very nicely appointed. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It is very conveniently located to the convention center. Plenty of resturants to choose from.

only thing we weren’t impressed with (may be due to time of year) was the hotel bar and pool bar were completely closed despite the mid 90s weather.

Everything was fantastic & especially like the family room setup. But the breakfast option is not worth the money! That breakfast bar is what other hotels include for free with their stay. Will not fall for that again!

We loved how spacious our room was. Definitely gla great room for a family vacation . The breakfast was also very reasonable . For $10 you could have all you can eat waffles, bagels and a few more items like fruit, bacon , eggs why yogurt .The front desk was always very approachable and polite.

The hotel is good however, it does not have some of the essential amenities such as restaurant and bar. Also, they don't provide bottled water. You have to buy it at $3.00 each

Coffee was great. Breakfast pretty good. Staff was really accommodating. Stress free stay. Love walk in shower.
