Hotel Sin Nombre

I like this place and the service was solid. That said, our room was small, the bathroom was very small and had no meaningful surfaces for any of our bathroom supplies, and the room had no windows. During out stay the hot water was out all night and so we were unable to enjoy a warm shower on the only night we stayed here. While the staff was very apologetic, their response was not as proactive as I would have anticipated. When I raised the issues we had experienced during our stay, they offered to remove the incidental charges on our tab for an appetizer we ordered at the rooftop restaurant. It was a nice gesture but I would have preferred to have hot water and a window to provide fresh air to the room. I really like what they have done with the shared spaces and may choose to stay here again but would make sure to get a room on the upper floor to avoid the stuffy vibes on the ground floor.

La habitación más o menos limpia , el personal muy regular se les pidió hacer 2 reservas en restaurantes y en una no estaba la reserva y la otra la hizo en una sucursal muy alejada de donde estábamos. Por otro lado desde muy temprano el personal del hotel hacía ruido en los pasillos y no nos dejaron dormir 2 días por el ruido , la habitación no tiene ni TV ni teléfono para poder comunicarnos a recepción

Staff was great and helpful. The hotel was nice, the included breakfast was edible. My “luxury suite” lacked a window, which is odd and wasn’t mentioned when booking.

El personal muy amable.

Muy incomoda y deficiente habitación era como una bodega sin ventilación ni ventanas la peor habitación en que me he hospedado. El baño nunca funcionaba bien y con muy deficiente iluminación El personal es excelente y amable
