客人需要比较自立才行，没什么服务，我们checkout的时候2个大人带着1个4岁的和一个1岁多，推了5个箱子往外走，路过的员工要么假装没看见要么就绕开了，到了大堂也没人帮我就只好自己推车，这时候就神奇的冲出来一个员工告诉我不能推，我说我们需要把行李推到大门口等出租车，这才有人帮忙简直醉了。吃的非常不咋地，非常有限，早餐还算可以，餐厅有一个讲英语的男员工是正趟旅程的亮点，非常赞他。红遍小红薯的小动物那边和酒店已经独立了所以所有的都要付费，然后因为在卖仓鼠或者小兔子，都不让摸，室内和户外动物之间仅有一个员工，所以要喂小动物就需要跑到室内叫人过来，然后他会站在那里等你赶紧喂完还要赶回屋里看店，感受很差。整体除了景观好，没别的，周围也没有景点，很不值这个价钱
