Big group took over pool but they were nice. I do think it may have been able to be better “handled”. The coffee ran out each morning. Should start with more! The bathroom/drain had an odor? Had to run water/soap to help with odor. Staff was friendly.

Room was a great size for a family. Breakfast was good but weekend was slow getting food out so we waited about 20 min for them to refill things. Bacon overdone but nice staff. Overall one of the best hotels we stayed at. We travelled for two weeks and one week we stayed at this hotel. Nice to have a heated outdoor pool. Wish had hot tub though.

Room was a great size for a family. Breakfast was good but weekend was slow getting food out so we waited about 20 min for them to refill things. Bacon overdone but nice staff. Overall one of the best hotels we stayed at. We travelled for two weeks and one week we stayed at this hotel. Nice to have a heated outdoor pool. Wish had hot tub though.

Our family had a great stay. Breakfast provided was decent quality and every member of the family found something to enjoy each day, from cereal, oatmeal, bacon, make your own waffles, make your own breakfast sandwich. Was nice selection for being included. Pool was nice. We had to ask for towels, cause none were provided poolside. But we were accommodated immediately. My only concern was that we went swimming when it was dark and the pool light was not working. And the out door light was lacking. The room we stayed in was big enough for our family of 4 the kitchen was nicely stocked. The full fridge/freezer was a nice bonus.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It felt cheap cold and unwelcoming. The bedding was thin and the curtains throughout the room were just odd. The shower had a major issue, with water leaking from a slit in the door. The parking lot was tiny, and when we arrived late, there was nowhere to park. Overall, it felt unsafe and not worth the money.

The stay was good the only that I did not like the fact that we couldn’t have access the pool door. Every time my family and wanted to go the pool we had to find a staff member to unlock the door because our keys didn’t work to access that doo.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years and there was zero hot water for my morning shower. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't care less when I provided my concerns.

The bed was amazing. 3 pillows but they were huge so thats ok! It was really quiet around there. Friendly staff. I got to choose what floor i wanted to be on. Super cool. I also go a complimentary comb. I left my brush at home. I always forgt something but the nice young man that evening (sunday night) gave me one. It was flimsy but it was something. So ill probably be staying again next time i visit my friend. Thx for everything!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the less than stellar rating was that we arrived after midnight Yuma time, coming in from a long day of frustrating travel to find out that our room was automatically canceled at midnight. We had to pay that one night stay and book another same night, plus rebook for the following night. Both at higher rates. The front desk did say that if we had called to give them a heads up that we were on our way, we could have maybe avoided that. Hilton was not willing to waive this one night cancellation fee, even though the hotel was not fully booked and we did show up right before midnight California time. Will avoid Hilton Hotels in the future.

Great check in -speedy, informative, and happy to help. We forgot something when leaving and didn't have room card anymore. quickly got us into the room. Location is perfect. Rooms are clean, stylish, and with a short walk we were accessible to historic spot and buildings that now are the home for great restaurants and bars. My one suggestion, open breakfast earlier. Didn't get a chance to eat both mornings.

In town to perform at a street fair across the street and down the block, so the convenience was incredible! Even if it had been a “normal” weekend, the restaurants, shops and nightlife in the immediate area would have made it a great spot.

Great location. Heard music from a nearby bar the first night but not too bad. Easy walk to the historic prison, historic downtown and paths along the river. Seems like a local (homeless?) guy hacks into the hotels network each evening - he was outside the front entrance each evening. Be careful with sites you use.

Big group took over pool but they were nice. I do think it may have been able to be better “handled”. The coffee ran out each morning. Should start with more! The bathroom/drain had an odor? Had to run water/soap to help with odor. Staff was friendly.

Room was a great size for a family. Breakfast was good but weekend was slow getting food out so we waited about 20 min for them to refill things. Bacon overdone but nice staff. Overall one of the best hotels we stayed at. We travelled for two weeks and one week we stayed at this hotel. Nice to have a heated outdoor pool. Wish had hot tub though.

Our family had a great stay. Breakfast provided was decent quality and every member of the family found something to enjoy each day, from cereal, oatmeal, bacon, make your own waffles, make your own breakfast sandwich. Was nice selection for being included. Pool was nice. We had to ask for towels, cause none were provided poolside. But we were accommodated immediately. My only concern was that we went swimming when it was dark and the pool light was not working. And the out door light was lacking. The room we stayed in was big enough for our family of 4 the kitchen was nicely stocked. The full fridge/freezer was a nice bonus.

I have to say, I was very impressed with this hotel. I've stayed here about four times now, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The price is hard to beat, and we really like booking the room with two beds and a pullout couch—it works perfectly for our family. Everything is always immaculately clean, the customer service is outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast is better than expected. What really stood out this trip was that we accidentally left our car key behind. The staff safely held onto it, and we were able to pick it up on our way back from San Diego without any issues. Straight-up A++. Great hotel, excellent value, and I highly recommend it.

Stuck in Yuma when my car had mechanical issues. This is a great hotel in an excellent location! Stayed in a king suite with a kitchen. Lots of room and amenities. Such a good value with lots of breakfast options and coffee included too. Everyone was super nice. Plenty of parking. Two elevators. Luggage racks. Filtered water to fill up your bottles as well as iced cucumber and lemon water. Lobby is nice with seating, tables, outlets and a couple of work stations. It’s within walking distance of Main Street in the cute historic downtown Yuma area. I loved the food and drinks nearby at Prison Hill Brewing two blocks away that also had beers to go. My only complaint was that the pool didn’t have any shade around it. At 112 degrees I took a swim and had to immediately go back in. I still consider this a 5 star experience.
