Hotel Complejo Turistico Los Alamos

Todo muy nien en el check in y muy amable el responsable. Lo malo fue que en la noche se activaba cada 10 minutos un artefacto (pienso que algo así como una bomba de agua) y hacía un ruido muy molesto que se escuchaba de manera considerable en la habitación. Por la mañana no había energía eléctrica. No sé que pasó, pero nos fuímos poco antes de las 11 am y no regresó.

Excelentes instalaciones pero fallas en su operación. Hubo problema con la calefacción no estaba en servicio el sauna ni el spa. Buena atención humana. Buen desayuno

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! One thing to note is that communicating your arrival via phone or WhatsApp is helpful. We found it a bit tricky to initially get into the compound because there is a closed gate that you only can operate yourself after checking in. The good news is that the phone number to reception is posted outside the gate and staff is responsive when called. After making that initial contact we were connected via WhatsApp and that made communication so easy. This became especially helpful when we needed information about local medical services we were given a referral and offers of assistance if needed. The personal concern and homey atmosphere were comforting. Our expections were exceeded!

Podria tener mejor hospitalidad, la habitación comoda con todos sus comodidades pero falta mas limpieza ademas que tuvimos problemas con el televisor que no pudo ser utilizado
