The check in lady was very pleasant and great and the property in all was very well maintained. My wife made the reservation on line after I called her to find me a place with a pool. The outside pool area was really cool but closed for the season. Water filter was still on and it really was 85 degrees out. Why close a pool in Oklahoma after Labor day and having it so inviting for another week? Only outdoor pools up north close at Labor day. Still great place, Great rooms etc.

The room was pretty dusty and the shower would not work, only could fill up the bathtub so I didn’t get to take a shower. Checked out the next day! The swimming pool and courtyard was the best thing about it.

Centrally located. Had a nice breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Air conditioning worked well. Yes the rooms are older and show wear and tear but the housekeeping staff kept our room clean. The only negative was they forgot to refill the coffee so we had none in the morning. The pool is wonderful. Ask for a pool towel.

It's an older motel but is fairly updated inside. They still use metal keys. It was very clean and had a microwave, coffee pot and fridge with a tv. Rooms on the lower level have 2 doors which is nice. One leading directly to your car (literally 2 steps) The other leads to the pool/restaurant. The downside is there isnt an elevator for those staying on the 2nd floor. Noise level is comparable to any other motel. The restaurant has amazing home type cooking thats DELICIOUS! Prices are hard to beat. I booked online with a total of 78.00 tax included!!

Absolutely disgusting. Unsafe area. Smells of weed. Room is not clean at all. Bed sheets in my room had blood on them, pillow cases had yellow stains, and bugs in the bed. Didn’t want them in the room while gone for work, came back to find the he’s been made again after I stripped the sheets. The sheets they put in the bed were the same ones from the first night. Not sure how that is sanitary.

Stayed here because of high ratings. Where did those come from? Cigarette holes in bed blanket, dead bugs under bed and in corners. Moldy shower curtain, bed bug. No table on one side of bed. Inadequate plugins for phone, cpap, etc. No clothes hooks at all in the bath. Did have a working microwave and small fridge. Receptionist was friendly.

Air didnt get cold. Found 2 bed bugs. Had swin ware. But because it was a bikini. My wife had to get out .was no happy. But it was a guy sanding down a bumper at 7am in the morning. I told the front desk an the guy didnt do anything. About it. I think it was because. Iam black an t he other guy was white. He didnt say anything to the guy. Get look an him..wish i could get my money back.

When we arrived at 1:00am, a very kind, courteous lady was there to greet us. Comfortable beds, Very clean, removed sheet,inspected dust ruffle, everything was spotless. Was very happy with our stay, will definitely use again.

I've been wanting to rent the suite for a while now. Was really disappointed when we got in the room. Out date like 90's outdated. I don't like to bash my hometown but the room needs an update. Have stayed here many times before and the other rooms were Great!

Everyone was very friendly and the room was as clean as it could be considering it was built in the 1950's. Freshly painted. Some of the outlets didn't work to plug in our phones but we made do and just enjoyed the retro feel of the place. It also has apartments for rent on the same property which didn't affect us at all. We stayed one night and didn't get a chance to go to the restaurant but it was packed Sunday morning.

My room was huge, it had a front door and a back door. The pool was 8ft deep, The hotel was vintage, but in great condition, you actually had a key to open your doors. This is my all time favorite motel, it reminds me of the good ol days.

Only negative was my suite was facing the highway (50 ft ) away and the traffic sounds kept me awake. I live in the country and not accustomed to sounds from busy road traffic. If youre used to those sounds it might be acceptable in your stay.

The night staff was extremely sweet and accommodating, but I put out a do not disturb sign where my kid was not disturbed before check out, and they still started knocking at the door at 10am I told them I was up and getting ready and to come back at 11, instead they knocked 4 times during that hour. I tried talking to the owner/supervisor about it because I felt like I was being harassed by the housekeeping staff when I pay to be there until 11 and have good service instead of listening she was extremely hateful. I do not recommend this place at all.

The room was clean and cold. Early check out on Sunday morning. Left my wedding ring on the night stand. Called an left a message for Supervisor to call me on Tuesday when see returned to work. Ms. Jo did not return my call. I called her. Diamond ring was not turned in. Claims her staff would never steal. always return items found to there customers. But yet my wedding ring was not returned to me. I had that wedding ring for 21 years. Beware when your staying at the Friend ship Inn do not take anything of value off.( etc.. rings, necklaces.) House keeping has hot, sticky, fingers.

Bee was friendly and welcoming, and she told me about the property. She gave me a voucher for a free drink at the nearby lounge, and she told me about the restaurant on location. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would look forward to staying here again in the future.

So I book my room and drive 6 hours on a budget to pick my son up from his dads. my husband works so we left late get to the hotel go to check in and the counter lady tells me I have to pay an extra $50.00 because I'm local never has this happened before so she tells me its new poilcy but can not provide me with this new policy and keeps changing when this so called policy went into affect..and I'm having to argue with this woman at 1am this is ridiculous

The lady who checked us in at was rude to start with the n the housekeeping just walks right in the room without our being told anything even though we put something in front of the door to let them know not to come in then later that day my in-laws come over to the room and I guess the day person thought we were smoking (when we were in a non smoking room) when we were not she starts an argument and tells us to be ashamed of our kids because we were smoking when we were not smoking in the room my sister-in-law went outside to smoke and we had walked to Walmart and we're smoking there so she was just looking for an argument and after my sister-in-law said something she kicked them off the property she called the cops and everything was not needed she called the cops way before she even came to talk to us because they got there super fast if they would have paid attention they would have noticed that we were smoking outside instead of in the room wasn't even there for 24 hours before all of this popped off hands down the worst experience from the hotel or a motel whatever you want to call it the staff members are just rude!!

This is the first time I've stayed at this place. I was in town working, for the week. The rate was very good. Very conveniently located. They even have a decent restaurant on the premise. I greatly appreciate the daily cleaning and replenishing of the towels. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

In the town I grew up in, the accommodations were convenient to all the locations I would be visiting. I enjoyed the attached restaurant for my early morning breakfast. When I need lodging in Altus in the future, my reservations will be at Friendship Inn!
