It was a very disappointing place to stay. The staff were extremely rude, and my room was not even ready when I arrived after a 12-hour journey. As a result, I had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes. The music at night was excessively loud, making it difficult to rest, and the lobby had an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was a very poor experience.Hot water wasn't working for shower so I ended up taking a shower with cold water.

Staff was very good, friendly. However the hotel owner did not honour what was listed on Expedia booking, as when I booked it specifically said meals were included and no the hotel did not provide any meal, no water bottle nothing. The room was not prepared in advance as well, not fresh towels every day. No paper towels, No Kleenex. Overall terrible experience, the only good thing was the staff the friendly.

Arrived on time. Reservation booked mid-May 2025 via Expedia. Hey could not find my reservation and were fully booked. They tried to book me somewhere else locally, but after 15 minutes of waiting, I found a place and paid double of my original booking price. I got refunded on the spot (good move), but I still ended up spending double of the original price. Will never book there afain.
