The hotel is located next to BTS with its own sky bridge. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation during our stay. The hotel was able to provide transport to another pool but 15mins away.

Sehr herzlicher Check in. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber mit allem was man braucht.Hotel super ausgestattet mit Pool, Restaurant,Spa etc. Metro Station direkt vor der Tür. Sehr aufmerksames überaus freundliches Personal in ALLEN Bereichen!!

位置非常方便，BTS ON NUT 站1分鈡到酒店，房間都舊但非常整潔，執房員工做事認真不馬虎，泳池不大但另有按摩池，可以曬太陽但游水就不太適合，Check in 員工服務態度very good ，酒店連商場亦可以由2/F天橋通過BTS，落雨也不怕，酒店行出或對而就是夜市。

We stayed for one night on a stopover and the hotel was nice. Our room was clean and modern with a view towards the city. The pool area is lovely, with a large gym and comfortable beanbags. It's quite far from the city centre, but a little closer to the airport which worked for us.

Honestly a super stay, the room we had (Deluxe Skyline City View) was impeccable, modern and clean. The bed was massive and very comfortable. They set up a complimentary baby bed for my daughter for our arrival. Breakfast we had included in our stay, was buffet style and delicious. Majority of the staff were extremely friendly, there to help and wait on you, however a few which I thought could have cracked a smile once in a while.. The terrace bar was a perfect chilled atmosphere and perfectly lit after dark. Surrounding area was good for shopping, street food etc but for a man who loves a drink I thought the area was rather dull for Bars etc other than the Bar at the Avani. However the SkyTrain is literally outside the property so easy travel. This is a honest and caring hotel, we left the property and after about an hour up the road we had carelessly left behind some belongings including Gold Bracelets and AirPods. I soon received an email with photographs and descriptions on what had been left and that they could safely look after for up to 12 months. (We went back to get them due to the value of some of the items.) Therefore I wish to thank the Cleaners/staff that handed them in and thank them for their honesty and Integrity. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Overall it was good, great location next to On Nut BTS. We had air con vent with water dripping badly and our room’s entrance floor and some of my stuffs got wet. Hotel staffs arranged new room for us.

This is my second stay in this Avani hotel but was disappointed. The hygiene condition in my room was not satisfactory. Rubbish bin was not clean on the 2nd day and used towel under basin on the 3rd day, while no new towels ready in room on the 4th day. Also, hair on floor was not vacuumed away and left on toilet’s floor.

First of all, these Hotels are upper-mid class hotels and they are in most cases always good. If you have money and you don't want to stay a month, it is a good choice. This is my second experience with Avani. I stayed 4 years ago in Riverside, exactly the same quality. If I sum up: - Location: very good; Sukhumvit, near 2 Malls, street food, 7/11, BTS 30 meters. - Cleanness: very good. - Breakfast: asian offers: very good, european: good. - Bed: Clean but too soft. - Room: typical small. If you have more than 2 mid size luggages a bit problematic. - AC: Typical problem is they are loud in the night but I guess there is no solution for that. -TV: No german channels, Chineese, english, italian?, french and thai.. - Pool: Small but enough for a afternoon refreshing. - Friendly personal. With final words, I always recommend this hotel.

No matter what issues I had with outside dealings back home in USA with my banks or anything else. The staff was helpful and considerate and extremely helpful and understanding to MY mistakes or my USA Banks Fault .. this hotel was my favorite breakfast Buffett in Bangkok and also right next to the BTS ( Train or metro station). So transportation to go sightseeing was excellent.. The staff was helpful in sharing what to do and where to go based on what I was looking for …. All in all it was a great experience ( highly recommend )

Terrible experience – they basically robbed me! This hotel is an absolute disgrace. They charged me for minibar items I never touched. I had to argue for a long time before they finally admitted I didn’t buy anything – but then they still kept the money from my room deposit! In other words, they stole from me. I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I will never visit this hotel again.

是在check out的時候排隊時,有待改善.建議設立queue可以供客戶排隊，可依次序去不同counter處理,因為有員工辦理客戶服務時間很長, 令本身排隊的客戶要等很耐，反而遲來的客戶可以優先獲得服務，很不公平。另外酒店是2023年才開業的嗎？房間牆壁竟然有污漬。

Good location for dining and train transport. Excellent service from restaurant staff and good view from restaurant over the city. Food is of reasonable quality. Good breakfast. Front counter staff (some of the girls) need to be a little more welcoming and friendly. Felt like I was imposing on them when I asked for the room to be serviced and on check out they left me less than impressed with attitude.

Love the location right at the BTS... easy to get everywhere. Connected to a small shopping mall with a McDonald's and Starbucks as well as a lot of other dining options. Housecleaning is excellent.

The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety to choose from. Had the best taste noodle soup in the entire trip. however the next morning they changed the menu, and did not have the chance to have it once time more. It is a bit far from city Center. If plan to use public transportation, please prepare to stand in the packed train a little longer. But it is close to both Lotus and Big C with walking distance. The shopping mall attached to the hotel also provides lots of food options. Generally it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

The staff at check in counter and the room service are very nice. Only one point should be improve, it was the service in the greenhouse restaurant, when we having the breakfast, the restaurant staff did not clear the tables, and the tables were quite narrow, so after we got our food, there was no space to put it down. I observed that the restaurant staff only cleaned the tables that were not being used by customers.

The bathroom door was not waterproof, when after bathing water was leaking from the gaping glass door. The rest room floor was wet. The breakfast was terrible. The foods quality was poor. I can’t believe a 5 star hotel’s breakfast was like that. I’m very disappointed.

①朝食はおすすめですが、パンの種類が少なくちょっとがっかりだったが他の料理は良かった。 ②朝食会場のスタッフはいつも忙しい様子。そのせいか笑顔も少なくフレンドリーさに欠ける。 ④宿泊ゲストは団体客が多い様でロビーが混雑している時が多かった。 ⑤ホテルはショッピングセンターと併設。更に向かいには大型スーパーも有り買物食事に困る事は無い。 ⑥交通の便もすぐ目の前にＢＴＳオンヌット駅があり移動も便利。 ⑦総じて値段に比べるとコスパの凄く良いホテル。
