Love the roof top pool and gym, great location, walking distance to everything (restaurant, massage, bars, conv. store, fast food, street food etc.) Stay here twice in 3 months, only down side is the low water pressure for shower.

Informed on arrival that pool was going to be closed during my stay. Room was noisy from lobby / courtyard noise. Doors slamming shut all over the floor. The expected me to know all about the “ tap” system with room key for elevator and room. I have never used that system before.

Kleine schone kamer. Heerlijk rooftop zwembad. Niet al te veel ligbedjes. Enkel laatste nacht gingen ze om 01.15 am op de gang een airco repareren. Beetje vreemd dat tijdstip voor niet urgents denk ik zo.

I had a great room, was nice and quiet. The pool and bar were great. Drink prices were too expensive though unless you go for happy hour. Guess that is the privilege of not having to leave the hotel. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I had an interior room, which got very little natural light. The room was clean and new, although the daily housekeeping did not clean the bathroom sink or counter each night, so it got pretty dirty. Poor sound insulation between the room and hallway: I had to wear earplugs at night because I could hear conversations in the hall & doors closing as though my door wasn't there. Biggest annoyance was the AC, which kept resetting itself to 21C every time I re-entered the room. I always wanted 23C. A few times I think it reverted to 21C in the middle of the night and other times though I hadn't left the room. The various lights had no memory either and I had to go around hitting switches each time I came back. Shower and toilet were good, bed was comfy. Too few horizontal surfaces for my clothes & luagge. The desk had only enough space for my laptop. The top of the minibar was about the same size. The bathroom had a closet-like nook but I didn't want to store things where there was so much moisture. So I had to scatter things around messily. However, the hotel's location is great, and the price was pretty good for NYE and despite only booking two weeks in advance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and highly recommend it. Every single staff member without exception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, with fresh towels every day. Internet service was fast and efficient, also. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of Asian and western cuisine and varied every day. They also had vegetarian offerings. Hated to leave, but was signed up for a bus tour to Northern Thailand and the tour company was using a different hotel. Wish I could have stayed at Ibis Silom longer!

This property has efficient, friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. There are also snack and meal options.The lovey rooftop pool is very inviting and, along with a well equipped exercise room provides an excellent view of the city. Shopping, restaurants and transit are nearby.

I was not able to stay the three nights that I booked here. After one night and two rooms I checked out as the bedding was not clean. Air con in one room not working. I asked for a refund of the nights not stayed and this was not honoured. Very disappointed also that Expedia didn’t step up to offset this cost I incurred.

Liked: 1.Very convenient and 2. modern looking property Disliked: 1. Did not allow a little early check-in 2. Having the sink in the main room is not good 3. Glass walls in the bath room looks odd and other person can see one having bath! (though there is a curtain, person can still see inside)

The room was good, we got exactly what they promised. Not spacious, but enough space for 2. Very close to the metro and a sky train, easy to get around from here. There's only one thing wrong with room 826, every evening around 11pm something was going on on the rooftop level right above the room, which was loud. Sounded like someone was using a rowing machine.

I supposed to have the Premium Room, but it was far from being premium. The room 234 is situated right above the reception and is very noisy 24/7. The guest can hear all the reception buzz. I also did not like the bathroom concept when the bathroom and toilet are not properly separated from the bedroom. The location is fine and the breakfast, pool and other hotel perks were great, I would just prefer a different room next time.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and above all super convenient location in the middle of Silom, across the steer from the Patpong market. In the con is the waterwell-like construction of the hotel that captures and amplifies even the slightest noise at the ground level and you can hear it in your room. They either need to invest in the soundproof windows of find the way to block the sounds from the lobby level.

I have stayed at Ibis Styles Silom many times. The staff is always very friendly and the location is perfect. Close to shopping, night markets and public transportation. The rooms are well cleaned and the hotel presents very well. Some small downsides- rooms facing the atrium can get noise from the lobby, you have to request to make room temperature changes, and sometimes not enough staff in busy areas like the rooftop bar/restaurant. Overall a great place to stay.

Was not a pleasant stay, 1. I arrived around 12pm and asked if I could have an early check-in, but the answer was "no", another guest arrived 2 min later at another counter, and got his room! The staff still asked all the questions and registered me, he claimed the key will be ready for collection after 2pm. 2. I returned at 4pm, the staff held a handful of keys ready to be assigned, but my key was not there, so they asked the most basic question again "How many people are staying?" 3. My friends requested for late check-out and got it, but I was being rejected. And the smile of the staff disappeared as well.

My return stay. I am still impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the reception staff. Special mention goes out to Tong. She is always bubbly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Ibis Styles Silom is located within walking distance to BTS and Silom Subway a bit further away - 6 mins, and is near to a 24hr causal restaurant Took Lae Dee (Foodland). Hotel’s lounge staff were friendly and polite. We just need to bear with the “overwhelmed” hotel restaurant service crew, in particular, a certain male staff who was expressionless, even when I greeted and thanked him.

Excellent customer service. Clean facilities. Check in/out was very smooth process. Location is good as there were a 7-11 and Lawson within 1-2mins walk from hotel. There was also a night market alleyway thats across the street too. It felt safe for us two women traveling by ourselves.

It's a great hotel, and such a perfect location: nearly next door to both Skytrain and MRT subway. Location is great - within walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS/Silom MRT and the newly opened Central Park mall. There’s a 7-11 nearby too about 150m-ish walk away and a Lawson 108 which is nearer. The hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of eateries around - Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine especially, and a McDonald’s on the opposite side. Service is awesome, staff are all very friendly and prompt when requesting for items from room service. Only incident that happened and scared my mum 1 of the nights was when the room blacked out while she was bathing. Be sure to have another person in the room so that the sensor can sense someone otherwise it’ll shut down the room.

My excellent was excellent. If I had to make any criticism I would say that the food (room service) is not amazing. That said, again the hotel is in a great location, super safe, clean, nice pool, and friendly staff.

The hotel design is Amazing, lobby area is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast is good but mostly Asian food - not enough cheese selections. Rooms r small but nice . Pillow are very hard and I am use to softer ones so slept without. The only issue is that rooms are not well soundproof so u can really hear what ever is going on on cordons or next room or even in lobby if u have the internal rooms. Recommend to ask for out facing rooms only far from elevator
