It’s an oasis. Beautiful and peaceful. Absolutely the best stay of our trip. Spa treatment was a great price and the staff was beyond professional and caring. I’ll definitely stay there again!

Great place for relaxation and comfort without noise. This is not your usual hotel. There are only two rooms. Each one has it's own hot tub which we used and loved. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

The room was really big! We loved the jetted tub and the fireplace. Easy access to restaurants. We liked how this place was set up for a whole wedding party and/or guests to stay in one place and the wedding can take place on site and/or the reception.

I had high expectations for this hotel based on other reviews, but it was honestly a bit of a letdown. Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, although I could see it being too firm for other guests, but it was perfect for my back. The jacuzzi was very fun and spacious and cleaner than I expected! Instructions on how to use it would have been helpful, as it was a bit confusing and the handles were quite touchy. The bathrobes were a nice touch. The room was spacious with some nice furnishings, and the outdoor area was lovely and green. I also got a massage during our stay and the onsite spa was good. The cons: Our customer service experience was less than ideal, particularly considering this hotel is meant to double as an event venue. We were staying there to scope it out for a reception and short honeymoon, but definitely won’t be doing that based on our interactions with front desk staff and the complete lack of response from the events staff. Getting into the rooms with your luggage is a trick because of some narrow, unnavigable spaces. We had quite a few spiders in our room, one of which bit me in bed. The bathroom is tiny and only allows one person in at a time. There is also a service hallway leading into the room - make sure you put the Do Not Disturb on that door (not the main entry) if you are in your room during the day. Finally, the location feels very removed from anything, which could be a positive for some guests. I recommend an actual hotel for a Vernal trip.

Stone Hollow is a very cozy stay that is located a mile or so from the rumble of Main Street, The inn is actually part of a spa/retreat/event facility, so doesn’t have the feel of a typical hotel. With the large backyard, it seems as if you’re staying in someone’s home. Staff was friendly and helpful with my Sunday check-in, which was done remotely as the front desk is not staffed on Sundays. This place was amazing! Loved staying here. The staff were very friendly. They only offer 2 rooms, so it was very quiet. I am a very light sleeper and I got a great nights rest. Definitely staying here again!

This was a great place to stay. Not your typical motel. It was very private and quiet. I stayed in the 2 queen bed room. It was welcoming and so clean. The shower was SO clean it looked like brand new. Thick towels that actually were body sized was so nice. The beds were SO comfortable. Definitely more on the softer side. I would 100% stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay at Stone Hollow. The room was immaculate, quiet, extremely well furnished and comfortable. The staff was very kind and catered to my every need. If I ever come back through Vernal in the future, I'll be sure to make a reservation at Stone Hollow!

We were traveling through Vernal and it was a good value for a quick, one night stay. It's not like a traditional big chain hotel but it met our needs just fine. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were great.

Staff is great and super friendly. The room definitely had a smoking room smell and made clothes smell like cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Didn't think to make sure it was a no-smoking room, but definitely ask if this bothers you. It was fine for one night. The room looks like it was created out of a larger meeting space and the bathroom had a commercial restroom sign and then had commercial soap pump and paper towel dispenser along with nicer soap and real towels. Kind of weird. All in all - an ok stay for one night.

Wow! I checked in quite late, and the hotel had a number I could text after hours to get checked in. It was quick and so simple. My room was so clean and comforting. It's big and spacious with all the amenities.

Beds are not good…springs are noisy, mattresses need to be replaced, ancient coffee maker that doesn’t work. Bedside lighting and night stands are pretty sorry. I absolutely love this place! The bed was so comfortable with so many pillows and nice sheets! There was a Jacuzzi for two in the corner and a beautiful fireplace. It truly is a honeymoon suite, tucked quietly away. You would never know it was a hotel room. They had everything you could imagine and a nice coffee selection.

The room was beautiful, large, and spacious. Had plenty of space to relax. Having the large jetted tub was very pleasant, especially after hiking at Dinosaur National Monument. A great getaway. Very quiet.

Lovely grounds, the check in person was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the bed groaned loudly each time you got on or off and the bathroom door wouldn’t close without a lot of effort.

Great stay during our five week road trip. We spoiled ourselves with the honeymoon suite and enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi after exploring the great surroundings on the day. Recommended!

Searching for a local option to Motel 6 for our short stay. It turned out to be adequate for our needs. Linens and fixtures low end variety. Noisy wall mounted climate control. Shower pressure strip skin with no adjustment available on base model showerhead. Easily repairable /replaceable things might make for a better stay for next guests.

Our room was in the very back of the hotel event's room. It was really quiet, but I'm not sure anyone else stayed in the hotel that evening. It was a fairly large room, but the bathroom was tiny. I could see using this hotel for a base to visit the Vernal area. The only drawback would be the need to drive a few minutes into town if you want any prepared meal.

It was difficult to find a office to check in because it was also the office for yoga services. We were the only guests. There was no staff available to check out. The room was clean. The facilities appear to be oriented to a wedding venue. There was no breakfast.

We were traveling through Vernal and it was a good value for a quick, one night stay. It's not like a traditional big chain hotel but it met our needs just fine. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were great.

This place was amazing! Loved staying here. The staff were very friendly. They only offer 2 rooms, so it was very quiet. I am a very light sleeper and I got a great nights rest. Definitely staying here again!

Wow! I checked in quite late, and the hotel had a number I could text after hours to get checked in. It was quick and so simple. My room was so clean and comforting. It's big and spacious with all the amenities.

What a gem! Stone Hollow was a delightful find. We stayed in the honeymoon suite (king bed) with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The bed was SO comfy and the pilot light in the fireplace gave a warm glow as a nightlight. Sadly we didn't get to try the jacuzzi. We went back to Dinosaur National Monument after dark to see the stars (DO THIS!) and were too tired when we returned. I guess we just have to return!!

Quaint and quiet little place. Very courteous with check in. Real bed! Real blankets- normally I freeze in cheap hotel rooms. Real pillows! Real towels that don’t feel like Brillo pads. Front desk was very sweet and escorted me to my room. Even pointed out that I could park closer. Quiet edge of town and had a backyard too!

Stone Hollow is a very cozy stay that is located a mile or so from the rumble of Main Street, The inn is actually part of a spa/retreat/event facility, so doesn’t have the feel of a typical hotel. With the large backyard, it seems as if you’re staying in someone’s home. Staff was friendly and helpful with my Sunday check-in, which was done remotely as the front desk is not staffed on Sundays. If you’re looking for a relaxing break from the road, I highly recommend Stone Hollow!

A lovely get away place , took my wife to celebrate her birthday, she wanted to explore the area and see dinosaur bones. Is fairly close to the quarry , the room is very cozy, relaxing vibes and the jet tub is the cherry on top. Staff was great , facilities look very clean and that king size bed was delightful. We had a wonderful stay, definitely will be coming back.

We just needed a place to stay half way through a road trip. The only “issue” was there isn’t anyone on site, we had to call to get our door code, but that wasn’t a huge deal once we figured it out. It was clean and quiet and worked well for us.

It was a nice country style room with modest bathroom and bathtub in the room itself that I did not use. However, air conditioner was so loud and turned on and off all night. I was not able to sleep well and next day did not feel well enough to do any serious hiking because of it.

Clean and easy to access even though we got there around 11 late. They sent us a link and it worked perfect. Room was clean. Ac is one of those old kinds so kind of noisy but it kept us very cool! Would definitely stay there again.
