Great house and location. Met all our needs. Will stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a solid house. It is a bit worn around the edges but nothing big, plus the rental agency is very responsive. The two things that impacted our stay were the presence of roaches, pest control came on a weekend to spray but should be done when no one is staying in the house; the second issue was the lack of a back deck. This meant no sunset view and no respite from the wind. I would stay at this house in a heartbeat with the addition of a back deck. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay! We celebrated my husband's 50th with family and friends. We had everything for all ages. We loved how close the home was to the beach. We were able to easily walk to the public access and enjoy the day. (There are not any beach items) Our family took advantage of fishing and dolphin watching tours. It was a great experience to have enough room to enjoy each others company and to have meals together. Thank you Lost Shaker!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose Lost Shaker of Salt for our annual Memorial Day weekend family getaway. Our group included adults, teens, and three children under 3 years of age. The house had something for everyone. It is an older house with some obvious wear and tear. There was a broken floorboard on the lower level, and the rollaway bed was in no condition for sleeping. We appreciated having two refrigerators, dishwashers, and two washers and dryers. The pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool were relaxing after a long day on the beach, just a short walk away. There were tons of mosquitos but that wasn't the homeowner's or rental company's fault. The kitchen was well-equipped as well. Overall we had a great weekend and would definitely rent Lost Shaker of Salt again.
