Disappointed we had to move rooms because the people above us were so loud the walls were shaking. They made us move as we complained instead of party making all the noise. No hot water couple times in evening. Otherwise nice facility. Decent breakfast.

One staff member was very rude when I slipped on black ice and near feel. She stated I should quit smoking instead of asking if I was ok. No salt trucks were called for nearly 3 hours as many guests were slipping. Breakfast was typically what you would find in any lower end hotel. Rooms were small, expected more from a King Suite. If you used the pull out sofa it would be against the bed. No lighting by the computer area. No seating for eating if you used the kitchen.
