What a lovely hotel, Clean hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good. Other meals expensive but good. Always seen people in and out. I requested a ground floor room with a walk in shower. I had what I requested and what a lovely room. Town just down the road. Just a small walk away Free bus by the bus station to the racecourse Had a lovely day there. All in all what a great and enjoyable stay at Ripon, Thank you team

Lovely hotel, great decor, great food and excellent staff Cons. Room glasses need to be covered or on doilies, Temperature too high needs customer control, windows need to be able to open for ventilation
