We were a group of 7 women playing in a tennis tournament in Yakima. We absolutely loved this house! So charming inside and out! Very well maintained, clean and lots of cute details. Plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped- everything we could need and more. The outside area was wonderful- we so enjoyed sitting under the awning and looking at the pretty garden. Would definitely stay here again. Thank yo so much!

We traveled to Yakima to do some hiking to see wildflowers and to tour Reactor-B in Richland. The house was perfect. Very clean and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is especially well equipped with everything you would need to cook. We loved the backyard and patio. It was a great place to relax after the hike. It is also a great centrally located neighborhood.

The place is great. The owners are great. Communication was great. The place has obviously been remodeled recently. Super comfortable. Due to time of year and our plans we didn't spend time in the back yard but it is set up with all amenities. Multiple tvs inside and various hang out areas

Among the best homes we have stayed in. I doubt your kitchen is as well-appointed as this one — modern, clean, and loaded with all you need. The home has thoughtful touches that can go unnoticed unless you DON’T have them, such as excellent windows and screens throughout the house, night lights in the bathroom, and reading lights on both sides of the bed. It is a child’s paradise, with tons of toys and games downstairs and a foosball table in a separate shed. Beautiful backyard with a delightful water feature. And, finally, Heather is super-responsive and easy to deal with. Make this home your first choice.

We loved our stay! Super clean home with lots of space and so many thoughtful touches. Backyard was fenced and had lots of room for our dogs to play safely. The house is absolutely AMAZING! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at all the neat old houses. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for our dogs. We were in Yakima for the State volleyball tournament, and it was close enough to come back to the house and relax between games. Would defiantly recommend this home and would stay again.

The home is very large and could easily accommodate a large group. It was just me and my dog!! Great fenced back yard. TV's in every room is a nice addition. Home was spotless. Franklin Park is a short walk. Heather was great in communicating. I will stay there again

Beautifully redone house with new appliances, bathrooms and very well equipped. Perfect spot for a family retreat. Loved the downstairs basement. Perfect for teenagers to play games, hang out, and have their own space. Very clean! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. What can I say, this house was awesome. Loved the attention to detail right down to the makeup remover in the bathroom. I had forgotten to bring mine and it was already there.

Lovely family friendly home, clean and comfortable with incredible attention to detail, and many thoughtful extras,providing what guests may need or want. While we did not bring animals, there was even a comfortable bed for a dog. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for an out of town wedding.

We went to yakima for a 2 day volleyball tournament. The house was very comfortable for the 11 of us staying in the house. Everyone had their own bed. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. I would book again

From the moment of booking I knew this would be a good stay. Our host was on it. The home was as described and beyond expectations. Plenty of beds, and not stacked right next to each other. The Back yard is gorgeous, with plenty of room for the pups and kids to play in. Plenty of smart TVs. Overall this home was wonderful and will be staying here on our next visit to Yakima.

Heather was GREAT to work with, answered all of my questions promptly, and the house was just right for what we needed. A gathering place for team meals -- tight with everyone, but there is a lot of outdoor seating as well -- and a comfortable place to relax in between games. Not a new home, but it fit our needs perfectly. AND -- she mailed (at no charge) a forgotten important item. Thank you Heather!

Our large group stayed in Yakima for a debate tournament. This sweet home accommodated many teens and parents very comfortably. We were all happy with the central location. There was an obvious attention to detail which was appreciated and made our stay non-complicated. There were zero issues and Heather was quick to communicate with. The house is a beautifully updated older home with lots of character. It is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. We will definitely book this house next year for the tournament. It's difficult to find a property that will accommodate three families with children from 1-9 years of age. This property is extremely well equipped to handle a large group. Ample options are available for sleeping, entertaining and cooking (inside and out). We visited in the winter, but would love to come back in the summer to better enjoy the yard. The instruction/recommendation book provided is well written and was helpful when choosing dining and entertainment options. Within walking or short driving distance there are breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. We look forward to a future visit.

Great place to stay. Close to the Yakima Sundome. We had a great weekend. Host was a great communicator. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is absolutely AMAZING! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at all the neat old houses. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for our dogs. We were in Yakima for the State volleyball tournament, and it was close enough to come back to the house and relax between games. Would defiantly recommend this home and would stay again.

The home is very large and could easily accommodate a large group. It was just me and my dog!! Great fenced back yard. TV's in every room is a nice addition. Home was spotless. Franklin Park is a short walk. Heather was great in communicating. I will stay there again

Our large group stayed in Yakima for a debate tournament. This sweet home accommodated many teens and parents very comfortably. We were all happy with the central location. There was an obvious attention to detail which was appreciated and made our stay non-complicated. There were zero issues and Heather was quick to communicate with. The house is a beautifully updated older home with lots of character. It is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. We will definitely book this house next year for the tournament. Heather is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is very pet friendly. There is a pretty yard and patio with lots of seating, including a covered area. The house is comfortable and welcoming; the kitchen is stocked with all the dishware and cooking utensils we needed.
