Hotel Jaroal

I stayed for four nights at the Jaroal Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent welcome from Erika. She is very sweet and polite. She accompanied us and showed us our room, which, to my surprise, had a stunning view from the balcony. Ana was also very attentive to the guests and always helped us with great kindness and willingness. Another staff member, Xhentil, who works at the pool and maintenance area, was very friendly and always chatted with us. And finally, my biggest surprise was Reyner, who allowed me to have breakfast before the buffet officially opened because I had to catch an early boat from Saranda to Corfu. He is extraordinary, always keeping the breakfast buffet impeccable. Nothing was ever missing, and everything was always clean and fresh. I also loved the pool area and was simply amazed by the entire hotel. Our room was huge and had a beautiful sea view. In conclusion, I absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend it. It is also very close to the Saranda promenade.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several things. First, there was no running water during one day of my stay ,we left a day before because of that. which is completely unacceptable considering the very high price I paid. The beach was also not great at all , definitely not what was advertised. On the positive side, the service from the staff was good.For the cost, I expected much better.

Food was great, pool staff lovely

Hotel jaroal is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel with hard working staff. We had a very nice stay there, but were a little surprised about Sarandë that is really crowded. The hotel itself is a nice and quiet place, but bars and hotels in the neighborhood play very loud music, which unfortunately sometimes affects the nice atmosphere in the hotel.
