25 Hours Hotel

The hotel check in time (19:00) and check out for consecutive stay guests (at 08:00 EACH MORNING) then the lag time to recheck in each day was not clearly stated or communcated upon booking. I was not even allowed to leave my bag at the hotel. Overall a total lack of customer service, and utterly devoid of any hospitality. I made a judgement call and ended up booking another hotel for my business trip to Busan about 10 minutes after arriving. I literally paid to not stay in this hotel. Don't be like me.

I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at this hotel. The hallway lighting was quite dim, which made the area feel unwelcoming. When I arrived, the bathroom floor was wet, and there was a noticeable smell, possibly coming from the toilet. I also saw what appeared to be mold in several areas of the bathroom. The mirror was unclear due to smudges, and the bathtub didn’t seem properly cleaned. I noticed exposed wall plug outlets in the room, and the bedding was not comfortable. The pillows didn’t look fresh, and the blanket was very thin. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which wasn’t ideal for a restful sleep. There were also visible marks on the walls. When I asked to move to another room, the staff was unfortunately not able to assist. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable and had a restless night, which affected my trip. Based on my experience, I would personally not choose to stay here again.

Stayed in a room with a double and twin bed, the twin bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have a proper blanket. Asked the staff for a blanket but they refused to give one. Didn’t even have proper towels or toiletries available…not worth the money.

不潔感のあるホテルでした。 ベットの下のゴミがすごかったです。

Bei unserem Zimmer haben einfach die Basics gefehlt: - keine Badetücher - keinen Schampoo - Zimmer wurde vor Eintritt und während unseren Aufenthalt nicht geputzt - intensiver Geruch nach Abwasser Ich würden keinen empfehlen, die Unterkunft zu buchen.
