Il n'y a qu'une borne de recharge non fonctionnelle, car quelqu'un est parti sans débrancher la connexion. On nous a par contre permi de de se connecter sur le 110 dans un espace de stationnement disponible, ce qui fut très apprécié. Endroit excellent, sur des palmiers différents, toutes les chambres font face à l'étendue d'eau.

Great and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the property. Property is part of a golf club surrounded with history and heritage. We had a great ocean view from the room. Room was clean and renovated/updated. There was only one negative experience - dirty windows. It was not pleasent to sit inside at the table looking at beautiful scenery through a dirty windows. Hope this will change.

Its a motel..with cottages and a campground all in one..also has a golf.course... a snack bar and an upscale.restaurant...pretty.much.something.foe everyine... go to.the snack bar for breakfast... have the golfers breakfast... the waffle is amazing..

Cadre magnifique, accueil exceptionnel, merci à Hubert de tous les services rendus. Le chalet etait grand, deux belles chambres, bien chauffé etbien équipé. La possibilité de laver du linge piur 1C$ est un plus tres apprécié. Et que dire de la superbe vue sur le parc Forillon ? S'il n'y a qu'un repproche, le resto etait complet et nous n'avons pas pu diner. Gaspé à 25km! Tres bon rapport qualité prix.
Cadre magnifique, accueil exceptionnel, merci à Hubert de tous les services rendus. Le chalet etait grand, deux belles chambres, bien chauffé etbien équipé. Impossible de faire nettoyer la chambre alors évitez les longs séjours..... La piscine était vraiment très sale, praticable uniquement le dernier jour. De même nous avons été facturé 60€ de plus pour 3 nuits en passant par la plateforme au lieu de passer en direct alors ne vous faites pas avoir....

We stayed in a room, it was small but we had everything we needed for our stay. They do not clean your room during your stay. If you need fresh towels or linens you need to bring your used items at the reception and they give you new ones. The area is very clean and well maintained.

The place have a great view. Close to Gaspe and Parce. The beds were not comfortable at all. When I entered the room it was full of dust and not well cleaned and there was no covers on the bed but didn’t ask for one as I couldn’t guarantee it is clean. The room smell was terrible like someone gutted a fish in there. The bath tub was not clean and the ´mini fridge smells bad. The staff was nice and everything is so good but they need to take care of the cleanliness of the place.

Terrible, j'ai passé 3 nuits et personnes ne vient faire le ménage. Il font le menage seulement quand ont quitte alors il faut allé porter les vidange, remettre un sac neuf dans les 2 poubelles. Les serviettes et débarbouillette s'empile et les plancher devient sale. Faut aussi aller chercher nous mêmes se qui manque car ils mettent seulement la chambre comme si nous restions 1 nuit. Service de mer**. Ne conseille a personne.

Nice Hotel and was delighted with the very good view of the Atlantic Ocean from my room. The ability to do BBQ and have a campfire right in the backyard of the room added a special touch to the experience. It was truly a unique and enjoyable stay. However, the only downside was that there was no air conditioning installed in the room. Overall experience was great, and I would recommend it to others, especially for the fantastic view and outdoor activities.

I am only giving it 4 stars because, upon arriving, we had a hard time opening the door. However, The room was nice and clean, but a little small but it did not bother us. The hotel is located at a good distance if you ever want to visit Gaspé or Percé. So I would recommend it if you plan to see more of Gaspésie

Our room was tiny and felt very dated but it was very clean and that’s all that matters. The view from the large window of the economy room was incredible and made it more than worth it. For the price we paid, we were very happy.

We got locked out during the stay. Though, they allotted a different room, it took a lot of time to get our stuff from the old room. Ended up losing some items during the move late in the evening. Also, the alternate room had issues with the shower and caused a burn since the water was so hot. Never managed to get the shower working fine. It was either too cold or too hot. The location is fantastic and the old room which we got locked out of had no issues apart from the lock itself. Hopefully, they resolve these issues to make the stay pleasant for future guests. Thanks Dennis for your help during the lockout.

Overall experience of this hotel is okay. The room is clean with river view. The outside scenery is nice. However, the reception is only available till 5pm. If you want to check in after 5pm, you need to call the hotel for special arrangement. I arrived the hotel around 4pm, but they can’t find me. I showed the staff my receipt to prove my payment but they said if you paid through the 3rd party, they didn’t get it and he asked me to paid them again in order to get the room. I booked the hotel through “hotels.com”, so I had to try to connect Hotels.com. While I was making the call, they found my name in their system and said everything was good to go and I got the key to the room. The door of my room was pretty hard to open but we managed to open the door; we then found almost half of power outlets in the room were not working, especially, the washroom has no light and the tower rack was broken. By the time we settled, it has passed the 5pm, so we just stayed there with above conditions. The no light washroom was really inconvenient. The lady at the reception was fairly friendly and the gentleman was harsh.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an issue that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel from July 1, 2024 to July 4, 2024. My friends and I were assigned rooms 41, 42, and 43. However, upon arriving at room 43, we were embarrassed to find that it was already occupied by another guest. This situation was not only uncomfortable but also caused significant inconvenience. After informing the reception, we were reassigned to room 51, which was quite far from our friends' rooms. This separation negatively impacted our stay, as we had planned to be close to each other. While I appreciate the prompt reassignment, the damage was already done. The experience of accidentally intruding into an occupied room was quite distressing, and being placed far from our friends diminished the enjoyment of our trip. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and its impact on our stay. I kindly request an explanation for this oversight and a form of compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

After informing the reception, we were reassigned to room 51, which was quite far from our friends' rooms. This separation negatively impacted our stay, as we had planned to be close to each other. While I appreciate the prompt reassignment, the damage was already done. The experience of accidentally intruding into an occupied room was quite distressing, and being placed far from our friends diminished the enjoyment of our trip. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and its impact on our stay. I kindly request an explanation for this oversight and a form of compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

1/5 Terrible Most unprofessional desk clerk I could ever imagine holding that position.Only the “ My way or the highway” tattoo was missing Definitely not good for business and customer relations. Rooms clean and new reno was neat . No where at all to hang a shirt a coat or anything for that matter in the small room occupied by mostly beds because rooms were a tad to small . Washroom clean and new but small again no where to hang clothes or towel or shaving kit or anything for that matter zero .. not well thought out in amenities or convenience

Although there was no staff to greet us at 6:00 pm (shortage of human resources), entry was made easy with the keys left at the front door. We also ate at the restaurant: very nice and cosy. The whole area is spectacular!

Très mauvaise expérience Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Le gestionnaire a eu une réaction exécrable avec les clients. Au lieu de présenter des excuses ou de proposer d'autres options, il a simplement déclaré "c'est comme ça, et si vous n'aimez pas l'hôtel, vous pouvez partir ou trouver un autre endroit". La chambre était très petite pour le prix élevé que nous avons payé. Comme il n'y avait pas assez de place, ils nous ont mis dans un petit chalet qui sentait mauvais. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ou à obtenir une réduction en raison de la mauvaise qualité par rapport au prix payé, ils ont répondu que c'était tout ce qu'ils avaient à offrir et qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres options. Si nous n'étions pas satisfaits, nous devions quitter l'hôtel ou ils appelleraient la police ! La gestion est désastreuse et le respect des clients est inexistant, même avec une réservation de 4 chambres. L'argent dépensé ne vaut absolument pas le service reçu. Le propriétaire n'est pas du tout professionnel. Hôtel à éviter absolument.

I am only giving it 4 stars because, upon arriving, we had a hard time opening the door. However, The room was nice and clean, but a little small but it did not bother us. The hotel is located at a good distance if you ever want to visit Gaspé or Percé. So I would recommend it if you plan to see more of Gaspésie

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Not very private - the hotel rooms share a single front porch, and the view of the bay includes the campers in front of the hotel. There were people waking up and making breakfast as I was watching the birds, and surely they felt like I was watching them. BUT it’s a great location, in the middle between Gaspé and Percé, right off the highway. We went at the high point of high season- mid-Quebec construction holiday- and this was an affordable and convenient place to sleep. In spite of the close quarters and fully booked accommodations, our room was quiet and we slept well. We had no time to try the pool or the beach, to my kids’ disappointment. I recommend Fort Prével, especially for golfers.

Nice seaside view, access to basic television. Didn't have body wash or shampoo luckily we brought some. Pretty isolated so if you forget something it's not so easy to purchase as the mearest malls are about 30minutes away

Nous avons séjourné dans le motel du camping. - Il n'y a pas d'air climatisée. Seulement une petite fenêtre à l'avant, donc malgré la présence de 2 ventilateurs, difficile de faire aérer. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait une canicule, donc c'était très inconfortable. - Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et le robinet du lavabo était défectueux. Avec la canicule, c'était très dérangeant de ne pas pouvoir prendre un bonne douche après nos randonnées. - Aucun service aux chambres. Personne n'est venu faire le ménage de la chambre malgré notre demande. Personne n'est venu vider les poubelles dans la chambre où nous avons séjourné 4 jours ! Nous devions demander à chaque jour pour des serviettes et débarbouillettes propres ! - C'est loin de tout ! Il n'y a rien proche, tout est à au moins 30 minutes de voiture. - Seul point positif : la vue magnifique sur la mer. Bref : rapport qualité-prix exécrable !

En gros ses bien mais chere pour la chambre 180$ chambre camping, pas comme un vrais motel . Je donne 3 sur 5

Great and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the property. Property is part of a golf club surrounded with history and heritage. We had a great ocean view from the room. Room was clean and renovated/updated. There was only one negative experience - dirty windows. It was not pleasent to sit inside at the table looking at beautiful scenery through a dirty windows. Hope this will change.
